They were 3 hours late, when asked why, the sales person blamed it on ganjil-genap, an accident on the road - when it should have all been taken into account when they promised the delivery, as to not waste anyone's time. 3 hours of tardiness requires us as the client to reschedule other engagements we already have prioritized. No respect for another person's time.

Pemakai BMW beberapa tahun terakhir. Pelayanan sangat buruk. Di awal membeli di berikan janji akan dibantu servis, garansi ini itu. Pada akhirnya cuma di lempar sana sini, cuma buang-buang waktu. Di awal nunggu velg dan ban bisa 10 bulan.lalu nunggu karet bisa 3-4 bulan Dan banyak omong kosong di depan. Mengecewakan sangat sih. BMW jelas brand Besar. Cuma tidak akan beli di dealer macam ASTRA gini. Cukup pelajaran sekali! Think twice or sorry later!

Tepatnya sangat nyaman, karyawanya pun sangat ramah, mau beli BMW ya disini tepatnya. 5 menit dari emporium pluit.
