This Bose store has just the right combination - high quality products and staff.
We went to this Bose shop since we were in the market for sleep buds. They had exactly what we were looking for and we ended up purchasing 2 sets. Mainly because of the product but also because of the customer service.
Andry explained the product's features in a professional manner and patiently walked us through the set up process. We didn't feel rushed at all which is nice when you're making a high value purchase. We would also like to recognize Ferry for his friendliness and resourcefulness.
Both Andry and Ferry provided the type of service that creates loyal customers and repeat business.
