Cukup nyaman, pelayanan kurang friendly. Untuk harga reparasi lumayan agak mahal cuma masih oke lah karena mungkin sewa toko di mall agak tinggi.

Jahitan cukup rapi namun sedikit terlihat lemnya keluar dari area sepatu yang diperbaiki. Harga cukup bersahabat. Terletak dilantai 2 Ambasador Mall. Melayani perbaikan & cuci sepatu, tas serta koper. Di tempat ini juga bisa membuat cover untuk koper.

Good workmanship. We had a pair of shoes which soles need fixing. We were told that for best results, the soles needed to be glued and then stitched to make them last longer.
The work was good, and finished by the end of the workday as was promised. Stitches were of the same colour, so that it matched the colour of the shoes. Also, we paid upfront for the work, and so received a 10% discount from the list price. We were told that the result is warrantied for 1 month, so if the stitching ever come undone, we can have it returned and fixed without charge.
