How could a chain burger resto run out of tissue/napkin? Also, I expect the quality of the patty to be better. It's thin, underseasoned, and way to dry.

Delicious! The combination of pineapple and beef in the burger is truly delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed the fries with their skin on. The only drawback was that the portion size for the fries was quite small, leaving me wanting more.

Pesen paket yang isinya ada Ayam Goreng, French Fries, & Onion Ring lewat aplikasi ojol. Dapet minuman lemon tea juga. Rasanya lumayan tp menurutku si onion ring terlalu kering & keras. Rasa ayam & kenyangnya oke tapi tetep lebih suka fast food chain lain sih Entah knp rasanya krg membekas di aku jadi jarang banget beli di Carl’s.

Senang juga dapat bersantap di Carl's Jr. Lotte Avenue. Tempatnya nyaman. Apalagi menu-menu di sini enak-enak. Minuman nya (soft drinks) bisa di refill.

Minta chili sauce tambahan.di jawab sebentar ya kak.trus ngilang… males minta lagi.besok bawa saos sambel sendiri aja

It is on the lower ground. They have burger, fried chicken, and onion rings. The interior was simple, it somehow felt empty eventhough many seats were taken. The burger and chicken were okay, the onion rings were crunchy. Drink is free refill if soda.

It used to be a great burger joint where theres salt, pepper, and tissue on the table, where you can take sauce by yourself and refill drinks whatever you like.
Now it just an empty table and you can only drink carbonated drink, you can't refill green tea any longer.

Untuk makanan cepat saji, lemot benar, apa lg sudah resto pilihan di grab, seharusnya, sebelum driver datang sdh di proses.

Seperti biasanya, rasa tetep enak. Tp sayang penyajiannya trlalu lama. Sepertinya akibat pemangkasan karyawan. Krn diliat dr kasir, kudu lari2 tuk ngelayanin jg (ngasi minuman) plus handle customer baru (hanya 1 org). N trmasuk dr dapur jg sptnya dipangkas.

Untuk resto cepat saji, lemotnya minta ampun. Mana sudah kerja sama dengan gojek, resto super, seharusnya sebelum driver sampai resto sdh di proses pesanannya, dari luar ke resto bisa 5-10 menit, tp blom di proses jg pesanannya.

The Real American Hamburger. Selain kualitas daging dan bahan yang berasa, pelayanan yang diberikan juga sangat memuaskan. Kasir dan waitress yang ramah juga jadi nilai tambah. Harga sesuai kualitas dan buat kamu yang mau nyobain burger amerika yang bener bener asli, Carls Jr memang tempat yang paling tepat!

My go to place for burgers. I think compared to other similar chains, I prefer Carl's for burgers. My fav menu is either western beef bac or their memphis BBQ. Their buns are soft. And the meat also very tender. You should order their combo menu, it's more bang for your bucks.

Saya datang waktu hari minggu, so far mirip2 lah dengan restoran fast food yang lain. Cuma ada beberapa catatan di sini, dr beberapa menu yang di pesan untuk menu eskrim saya menunggu 20 menit. Padahal hanya eskrim bukan menu yang lain

Mungkin karena kondisi pembeli sepi, sempet beli makan ayam nasi di sana tapi nasinya ada bagian keringnya

Overall oke,
2x kesini pelayannya kurang ramah.
Semoga pelayanannya lebih baik lagi

Driver minta minum ja ga boleh padahal driver ojol secara ga langsung memajukan resto lewat delivery.

Solide burger restaurant, hygienic.
But little bit dark, should install more lights.
Taste is quite good.

Pesanannya lama, belum jam 10 malam tp udah mulai closing dari setengah jam lalu, dan memaksakan pakai cash untuk pembayaran.

Longing for the burger from here, finally I stopped by and enjoyed a classic burger with medium fries. So satisfying at IDR63.500 or about USD4 only. Located at the LG floor of Lotte mall.

I expect the same quality as the one in US. Charbroiled 100 % beef, cooked by order. My fave is mushroom and cheese.it turn out just like other chain burger rest. Cold, taste like old beef patty sit for months in the freezer. Really? My expectations free fall from 9 to 1, the only good thing is refill on my green tea. Not worth a visit

It takes me to get my takeaway food for more than 30 minutes. I know it is crowded so I go for a walk first, and come back later.they should just make my order and while I come back i wish already received my order but it is really unpleasant because there is no explanation from the staff, they were just busy with other customers. And I got my order after more than 30minutes. Quiet disappointing
