One of the best, if not the best korean restaurant in jakarta!

Chunggiwa sendiri sudah berdiri lama dan memiliki beberapa cabang di jakarta.

Untuk menu makanan nya pun sangat beragam, tetapi menurut saya menu pork nya yang paling favorit. Meskipun beberapa menu beef nya juga memiliki rasa yang enak. Rasa kimchi nya pun segar dan bumbunya pas.

Menurut info yang saya dapat, chunggiwa memproduksi sendiri sayuran hingga daging yang disajikan, sehingga membuat kualitas dari produk yang disajikan terjaga.

Actually compared to other Korean restaurants in Jakarta, this restaurant serves fairly good food with very reasonable prices.

I have to say the food are nice. They offer delicious Korean food & BBQ with fresh and high-quality ingredients. And the best part is, this banchan is refillable! The drinks (hot or cold tea) are served for free. And they will serve watermelon as desserts, for free.

The interior is dominated by the wood element with cool white lighting. Simple yet nice design with cozy ambiance.

Service is one thing that we thumb up for this restaurant. Almost in every branch of Chung Gi Wa, you will see the owner of the restaurant had come down to serve their customers.

For Korean lovers, in Wijaya branch, all you see would be Korean men wearing white shirts and neckties, especially during dinner. Price is excellent. Definitely recommended.

Setelah sekian lama baru sempet kesini lagi, pesen samgyeopsal dipanggangin sama waiter nya, pas nyampe kematengan jadi terlalu kering, ga juicy. Bubuk kacang kedelai favorit gw udah ga ada lagi sekarang.

Delicious meals and nice place. Side dishnya banyak dan enak.bisa nambah2 gratiss. Digingnya kualitasnya nggak usah dipertanyakan.

I had two portions of Odeng because of its delicate taste and fresh soup. Then I also had Tuna Kimbap which was acceptable but quite pricey for its portion and taste. I was quite disappointed in their Kkanpugi since maybe it wasn’t my cup of tea, too sweet, doesn’t suit my palate. And I have to wait so long for getting kimbap and the kkanpugi as well. I think I’ll need to reconsider re-visit.

Reasonably priced Korean BBQ next to Dharmawangsa.good choice of meat plus standard dishes.nice side dishes kimchi etc.definitely one of the best ones around south Jakarta

Not the place if you are expecting other chung gi wa branches. Esp.standard of the service has dropped.

Pelayannya Makin kesini makin tdk memuaskan. Beda banget dengan dulu. Side dishes nya hanya boleh nambah satu kali dan itu pun hanya beberapa jenis saja. Padahal dulu bisa nambah sampai puas. Bahkan pelayannya seolah2 kaya pura2 bego dan dikacangin klo ditanya ttg side dishes nya.
Meskipun harga makanannya terus naik, tapi service nya semakin menurun. Seharusnya dengan harga naik, mereka bisa tetap mempertahankan servicenya. Sangat disayangkan banget. Padahal ini resto fav gw dan selalu rekomen ke teman2 Korea yg sedang datang ke Jakarta. Tapi dengan kaya gini, kayanya ga akan rekomendasi lagi.

They just moved into new place which has spacious parking slot, meats are fresh, price is reasonable. I love this place even tho some staff needs to be trained more bc when we asked for non smoking place they gave me a smoking seat

Very good korean restaurant for especially beef & pork bbq. Vegitables are grown by themselves in the fatm located at clean sukabumi area. Guest also can buy meat grown by the farm owned bu the restaurant.

Korean Resto BBQ. Tak pernah sepi pengunjung. Diminati warga lokal & ekspatriat (Asia & Eropa). Recommended.

One of the pioneer Korean restaurants in Jakarta. But limited food varieties (no ginseng chicken and no grilled fishes) and the staffs seems not so friendly. Parking might be an issue on weekends.
