Chung Gi Wa Korean Restaurant

Restoran korea yang dulu favorit, setelah pengalaman hari ini, ini jadi yang terakhir kali kesini, refill kimci hanya 4x, kita 8 orang, kimci dikasih 2, dan hanya bs refill 4x katanya, ya g berarti hanya bisa untuk 6 orang, pelayanan sangat buruk, dipanggil tapi tidak perduli, refill minum 5x baru datang 1, minta mangkok untuk sup, minta 4 datang 2, tidak rekomen sama sekali untuk didatangi lagi, masih banyak yang lebih baik

The services really bad, unpleasant waiters, even the supervisor. We asked for the waiters to help us grilled the meat on our table, but the say they couldn't. Meanwhile, another customers (korean) they served them very well and politely. I didn't know why, but it was very disappointing. I prefer Chung Gi Wa in Kokas.

Idk how many time i've eat in chung gi wa even for the different location.so, not only in this location they have a bad service.idk why when we ask for a refill side dish (banchan) they're really slow respon for it.even at that resto is only 2 tables (include mine) eat there.and my table has 13 people eat on that table.but they only refill 2 times for the banchan idk why.everytime i eat in chung gi wa they're really bad at refill the banchan.maybe i decide to not eat here again.the other resto really give a better service than this.

I like the barbecue especially sweet pork, kimchi jigae, sundubu and also the vegetables & garlic. But sometimes you have to check cleanliness of those vegetables

Selesai makan baru sadar banyak yg sudah comment, super duper poor service.
Bahkan kalo anda coba sopan dan baik dengan mereka, tetap saja servernya mukanya jutek.
Kelihatan karyawan disini tertekan dan tidak bekerja pakai hati.

Service is so bad, and I promised not to return for dine in at the restaurant again. And due to the restaurant busy so the waitress did unsatisfied and careless services

Mungkin krg beruntung aja pas rame, daging pangggangnya item2 gosong, bawang putih minta 2x kaga dtg2, rasa ya so so, but for me magal is better

Udh ga diragukan kalo disini mah pasti enak, makanan pembuka nya bnyk sprti umumnya restoran korea lain.daging nya juicy, saus enak, harga nya lumayan mahal

Very few side dish
The meat are plain, not marinated yet
Kimchi not so nice. Less seasoning
Overall cozy place, but dark.not so clean toilet

? We were 12 persons, they served 2 sets of side dishes only. When asked for the 4th kimchi they said we run of it. We didn't ask for another side dishes but only the 4th kimchi.

The foods were tasteless, small portion and since they were the one who cook so yeah.

Definitely not going back?

What is happening to my once favourite to-go restaurant! Service was good but the quality of the products have gone downhill. The samgyeopsal in particular smelled funny. The beef was very hard to chew and small in portion. Side dishes couldn’t be refilled.

Used to eat here until recently they become money oriented.i mean really money oriented.
They charge for every additional lettuce refill (we had a refill 2x). When i asked for garlic they say its an additional item which you have to paid. (usually its a free item in other korean resto)
When i asked for a refill of the side dish they say the maximum additional side dish is 2 dishes. (i just know there were limitation in the sides)
Btw i ordered 3 dish of meat, 1 soup and 1 capjae!
It doesn’t feel like eating in a korean resto any more!
Was really disappointed.shoul have gone to MAGAL or BORNGA for better services.
I wouldn’t come here again!

Quality is decreasing.they charge over garlic.korean restaurant shouldn't be like this.better go other korean restaurants

Not recommended place to eat korean food.
They limit your side dish and charge for every addition lettuce/veggies.

I think they are quite racist.hence i am not korean so they charge any additional side dish and lettuce.
If you are korean you get a free flow of refills of side dish and veggies.if not you got to pay extra.

Pelayanan lama, uda gt masa minta garlic kok di charge sih, ga masuk akal, pdhl di resto korea lainnya minta garlic ga oernah di charge mahal lg 22rb buat garlic doank.

Pelayanan managernya orang korea sangat buruk, pada waktu kita komplain dia datang tanpa menggunakan masker dan berbicara dekat meja dan diatas makanan kami, pas bicara otomasi ludahnya keluar mengotori makanan kami sangat tidak proffesional disaat pandemi gini melayani org tanpa masker dan pelindungi wajah ckckck.to much bad

Waitress got some attitude issue. Ordered hot tea only to get ice tea after 20 minutes and also no sorry for that, instead they blame each other.

The price is affordable, and the food is good. The meat options are enough (chicken, beef and pork). You must try the pork kimchi sundubu

And a bottle beer will make your meal completed.

Okay i expect a lot from this restaurant.usually visit the original one in dharmawangsa.but the food quality not good.

Warm service of owner is particularly noticed. Usual franchise of Chunggiwa is diff. Hope to enjoy the service.

This place has a goood interior design
provided with a bery comfkryable sitting places.not a good place to relax.but a good place to eat.
Price is also fairly welll, not that expensive or cheap
The food taste nice.the sauce is tasty & worth ur visit

Makanan so so, daging nya rada alot, pelit karena sudah pesan pancake ke 2 kali tapi hampir 1 jam baru datang, itupun setelah ditanyakan 5x

The place in ruko is nicer than before. It is clean and cozy. The staffs greeted loudly in korean when we came in but most of the servers has no smile on. It was lunchtime.

The beef and pork for BBQ is very tender and yummy. The vegetable is very fresh.
The clear beef soup is also tasted good.

The server didn't take note on the requests so japchae came out spicy and oily although i had told her twice it was for the kids.
Beside japchae, the other let down was the bimbap. I am a fans of bimbap, so probably won't come here for it.
So far it is ok for me.

Love the food. But: i asked if it was wheelchair accessible and specifically ask the to assist. The wheelchair entrance was used for parking lot. I got get hold of the staff and pick my mom up. We got to the table and the reserved table was dirty. Have to call them twiCe to clean. Good food, bad service. Shame shame.

Makanan nya enak. Suasananya nyaman. Mungkin perlu banyak promo discount, biar makin rame lagi. Hehehehe
