A typical office building. There are a few quite pricey (compared to other office buildings in the area) eateries on level 5.

Lobby nya panas, ga ada ac,
Pas mau meeting, masi nunggu partner di lobby, tempat duduk nunggu ga ada, coffee shop/any cafe di lobby ga ada,
Untung ada bank mandiri di lobby, jadi habis ke atm, numpang duduk.

Lokasi tepat disamping kanan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat atau sebelah kiri gedung Capitol ICDX. Kalau dari arah Tomang kira kira 200 meter setelah jalan layang Slipi Kemanggisan. Lokasi gedung kiri jalan.

Untuk naik ke lantai 22, saya harus transit lift sampai 3 kali saat mobil parkir di basement, dan kapasitas lift nya pun terbatas, ribet juga buang2 waktu saja, pelayanan nya baik juga ramah.

Security sangat tdk sopan, menanyakan saya dan rekan2 saya hendak kemana seolah menginterogasi dan tdk disertakan kata maaf dan wajah yg ramah, receptionistpun jauh dari kata ramah

Tempatnya nyaman dan bersih, petugas – petugasnnya juga ramah. Tiap tahun selalu diadakan traning untuk tenant gedung, sepertinya kegiatannya selalu bekerjasama dengan pemerintah. Ada juga yang diberikan sertifikat untuk traning tertentu.view di lantai 22 juga bagus apalagi klo malam cocok untuk acara wedding, kesannya romantis

Spacious office space, the only complaint is only with the building access especially for walking in

Security dan resepsionis ramah, ada pick up point khusus ojek online, kalo Natal ada pohon Natal yg bagus bgt, lobi luas tapi ga ada tempat duduk. Ada ATM Mandiri.

I’m a tenant in this building, i arrived and asked politely to the front security guard for my car to wait for me in the lobby for 5 minutes (with a driver inside) cos i was quickly grabbing some stuff upstairs, i did this also because i saw another two cars parked in the lobby. It was 3: 45 PM.

When i went back to the lobby at exact 4 minutes later which was 3: 49, i saw my car being told to leave the lobby so my driver drove away, meanwhile the other two cars that was parked before was still parked there without any disturbance. I nicely asked the front security to what was going on? I thought i was given 5 minutes time & also why is it okay for other cars but not mine? He said those cars who are parked there are the building owner’s car & he don’t know what else to do.

Minor issue, but such unfair building management.

Friendly staff, clean toilets, large seating space in cafetaria floor, ada indomaret dan dumdum juga lo!

It feels like a military base. You're not allowed to enter without proper shoes. You can't enter the building through the left gate. But it looks luxurious, so okay whatever.

When you look for it for the first time, the sign plaque of Citicon Tower is tricky. It is low and you won't notice it especially when you drove by car with a 30 - 40 km/h at the center or right lane. But the building is nice. It is located at very strategic location and easy to reach. I came to this tower several time. It is easy to get parking lots here. The ambience is good because it's very rare to see the tower get overcrowded.

Kalau naik busway, turun di halte slipi kemanggisan, lokasi berdekatan dengan pengadilan Jakarta Barat.

A typical office building with wide open lobby but no seats for waiting. So make sure you know where you are going before entering the premise. There is a food court and a cafe on the 6th floor

Cozy workplace. Security willing to help stopping the traffic outside the road for our car.
However they didn't really appreciate pedestrian.
Pedestrian have to walk around the building.

A strategic place to work, accessible with TransJakarta and other mode of public transportation, such as conventional/online taxi and ojek. They even have a specific waiting space for ojek. Reliable and clean canteen at level 6 which open until 5 pm. There is also Indomaret - a convenient store. Great elevator and basic facilities.

However, during my meetings in Citicon, the cleaning service team should probably paid more attention to the toilets due to lack of basic consciousness in its tenants or guests, especially in the afternoon, for example in using toilet tissue or handsoap. Secondly, the cleaning service team should also put BIG TRASH BOXES in the smoking areas because people who take smoking break always leave their plastic coffee glasses or water bottles everywhere, including their cigarette butts behind and everywhere. Please consider my review because I heard the building is rated as one of green buildings in Jakarta. Thank you so much.

Nice building with very friendly staffs, but it has a strict rules about entering the building (dedicated lane for walking and using formal foot wear). Really appreciate that they allow and provide a place for online ojek to park while waiting for the customers.
