Cloud Lounge

We ordered, Nachos, Salmon and prawns which was very good. However the chicken satays needs more marinating and flavour. Has a beautiful view of the city from the top.

The prices here are 200000-300000 a drink.
Surprisingly pricey for Indonesian standard.

Cocktails were ok to my standards and food was normal nothing disappointing or amazing about it.

Service definitely up there with very enthusiastic stuff.

There is a band playing there that is loud but if you like music I guess it's okay. There are outside seating arrangement going for minimum spending 3 million if I'm not wrong.

Oh not to mention, the view of Jakarta is definitely worth a visit.

Di balik resto yg mewah, tapi manajemen yg sangat parah, kasihan pekerja nya, apa lagi org dapur. CLOUD tdk punya koki yg baik.

Exorbitant minimum charge just to sit, and of course they only tell you after you arrive. Waste of time.

I visited Cloud Lounge for their wonderful selection of drinks, nice ambience and great hospitality. I found out that their churros is very good and i decided to try for myself. I am elated to have their churros because it was good.
Cloud is one of the most luxurious and high end rooftop bars in jakarta with great views of the city. Decor looks nice. Tables are quite pricy wih a minimum spend.service was great and staff were helpful.overall nice place to start off the evening on a weekend
The city view from high above was absolutely wonderful! I could see the notorious traffic jam, but it looked great from above. Best time to come at around 6.30pm when the sun sets, then the city lights start to lit up entering the night for a night view. Stunning view!

The ambiance was cosy, with leather sofas which was perfect for me and my friends. Staff were friendly enough. I had a glass of house red wine, a thin crust pizza (oven baked) and feeling naughty I had dessert too - delicious. Enjoyed them all!

As for the dessert, it was something I could not forget as the taste of the Tiramisu, melted in my mouth, tasted so heavenly. I'll be back for the Tiramisu!

Cool and nice bars to sit and chit chat. It comes with indoor n outdoor, but i choose outdoor area to avoid too much smoke. Music was Ok and entertaining, but some drink not available. Worthed to try!

Nice view, but to get seated on one of the outside tables, you have a min. Consumption of 1.5 million. There are also tables inside.

Drinks are pretty bad. When mentioned to the staff, they just told us they are to “be this way”. This were the worst cosmopolitan in our lives, still had to pay 200k/ drink. Feeing ripped of after this, can not recommend.

Great choices of drinks, coziest place to be with friends and family. Especially rooftop and its scenery of Jakarta’s City Center. Amazing.

Sishanya enak, dan banyak rasa vaforit, lgi ada promojuga. Recoment banget, tempatnya juga asik dan enak. Musicnya keren banget

Came here for my birthday, I have to say the hospitality was unbelievable. The waiters were so friendly, the food was delicious. The view is absolutely beautiful. Loved the vibe of the place, make sure to ask for Mas Nando, he was a delight!

The side dish of Salmon is never came, We asked 3 times but nothing happen, when we start our food which is Valentines dinner the music so Loud and we asked to talk to the manager but no one care, we just want to enjoy our dinner, we can’t even make conversation. We continue our Valentines in another place.
I would never ever go here again.

In my opinion this is not a real rooftop bar, just semi one i think or “sky bar”. The ambience is ok. We went there on Friday night and live DJ was there. Music just ok. Food and drink just ok as well.

Best rooftop views in Jakarta, if you’re wondering where to find places to chill on the rooftop, Cloud is the best place you looking for.

Used to be our favourite Jakarta hang-out.before the 2019 renovation destroyed it all. Everything behind glass indoors, music much too loud, drinks menu incredibly overpriced even for Jakarta standards. Such a shame!

There have been several hangouts at this place and it’s always satisfying for its service. Seeing the city of Jakarta at night while listening to the live band really made me complete in the night at Cloud Lounge. For the food is also delicious, here there are Italian food and Asian food. And what makes me surprised here is that the price is cheap with a high class place like this. Highly recommended at all, the Cloud Lounge. I will make Cloud Lounge my favorite place

1st night:
Overpriced and lousy service. I went there and ask for “balentines” bottle which cost abt 1.5mill and the waiter said they’re out of stock.then i decide to order “chivas” which is cost 2.1mill so they gave me sofa and they told me the minimum spend for the sofa is 3mill.after half a bottle, i decide to order another bottle just to make it to 3mill.all the cheap wine they said no stock and i think its so funny they put it on their menu while they dont have it. And then i ask the waiter (Another waiter) to check for the “balentines” at the bar.and the waiter came back to us and said they got stock for it. So why the 1st waiter told us that they are out of stock? Its so frustrating and i decide to call to the manager. So we called the manager and told her the story. The manager said its a miss communication of their waiter and apologize for it. I then told the manager how unhappy i am and i feel cheated. And the end of the night, they gave me 10% discount for the total bill. TQ to the manager name ibu PUTRI.

2nd night:
I decided to go there and finish my other bottle, this time they were not so strict so they gave mr sofa for no minimum spending required.
But when i ask water for mixer, they start giving me the expensive water bottle for the mixer, hesitates to complain, i just proceed. And after half the bottle, i think the waiter want to go back early or something, they start pouring like he is drunk but not us, who mixed half of Glass of liquor and 1/3 of water? Expexting us to finish the bottle faster and open another bottle? That is so lousy and irresponsible attitude by the waiter.
Im so frustrated and not happy with the service, and i promise u that is the last time im going there.

I came here at night to enjoy the view and chill but it was like a night club very noisy and the lights are so bad I asked them to sit down next to the nice view and the told me there’s a minimum charge for about 300$. Will never get back here and I felt that they made my last night in Jakarta so bad very disappointed. Not happy about this experience.

Quite a view. Got here at sunset, and stayed until like 8 pm. Nice view, but overall the air was not so clean.

Close for renovation.

The view here was absolutely amazing. The service needs to step up there game but overall was an enjoyable experience.

We arrived at 10: 30pm on Sunday evening to discover the outdoor bar is closed for renovation. There were people leaving as we arrived suggesting they had a similar experience.i can see why. The cocktails are just cocktails. Gins are expensive and if it was mixed with tonics and ingredients I would not hesitate on paying the price.but the choice was Schweppe standard Indian tonic and lemon.same as any bar serves.to top it off it is advertised as late night bar snacks.we were told kitchen closed.no food.not even a lousy pizza.and service.u have to go find a person working.all sitting around talking to each other. Very over rated and not what expected for location and price.
