Conclave Wijaya

One of the earliest co-working there exists in Jakarta. Conclave is not only a co-working space but it is now home to several businesses such as a lash salon and also coffee and gelato joints.
Unfortunately the parking space is very limited and if you got there for an event, like I did, this Saturday, you can really feel annoyed by the parking space, or lack there of.
Nevertheless, the industrial feel and decor of Conclave will suit those who are into rustic interior design.

There is gelato shop called soia, the first soy based gelato in indo. Love their soia gelatoooooo so much don't forget to try their teh poci gelato. It's dabombbb

Coworking space yang bagus di jakarta dengan fasilitas yang kece dan terkini. Tempat ini juga ada ruang serbaguna yang lumayan besar untuk seminar atau acara lainnya.
Lokasinya agak sulit di kenali dari jalan raya tapi mudah diakses.

Edit: Since my original review +/-2 months ago, Conclave has contacted me and made many improvements: they added white table lamps for people who need to read in the cubicles, the AC works so much better, & the kitchen area has improved. Conclave listens and I think it could be a better place to work from now on. I'll still be returning there.

Unfortunately, if you're a solo worker/freelance, for the same amount of money (IDR 100000), you'd be better off in a coffee shop. You'll get seriously better coffee and a decent snack that will last you at least 6 hours.
0. INTERNET
If you're here hoping that you can work whole you connect your multiple gadgets (maybe you'd like to hear/watch the news on your laptop while you draw and search for photo references on your phone) to the internet, you can forget that idea. You are only allowed one internet connection PER person PER gadget. I asked and the staff at the front desk confirmed. She asked if I needed another one but clearly wasn't happy about it. Also I have to keep reconnecting the internet every 1-1.5 hours. The connection was good while it lasted.
1a. They offer amenities for coffee/tea. The jars for coffee/tea/sugar were covered slightly in dust (I wiped it with my fingers) ; the glasses were fortunately put upside down on the table but I don't know how often they care to wipe that table either. I saw 5 spoons and probably 3/4 forks and a few plates.
1b. The table at where you make coffee is about 9 feet away from the toilet/restroom with the door ajar most of the time.
2. No microwave. So even if you bring your own food, good luck. You can bring/store cold food because they do provide a decent size of refrigerator but not sure about the temperature.
3. Air conditioner -probably cold enough for the meeting rooms with closed door but near the windows (you might prefer work under natural light as I do because the working space has lousy lighting), it's uncomfortable. It's not cold enough to fight Jakarta's heat penetrating the windows next to you.

I've worked in multiple coworking spaces before and this isn't ideal for a solo worker. I've paid a bit over IDR 150k in a coworking space that has working stoves, an oven, several microwave, complete coffee machines (coffee, tea, cappucinno, tea, etc), photocopy machine, scanner, printer, and offered good snack for everyone everyday -nuts, small muffins/cupcakes, cereal, and milk.

Conclave doesn't care about their lousy coffee/tea/incomplete-dirty mugs and silverwares because they work with a coffee shop on the first floor that sells coffee and snack. Like I said, you'd better off working in a real coffee shop that doesn't limit your internet and most likely, cleaner silverwares. 2 stars for mostly empty space and smoking area outside.

Came here for a few workshop (I've been here for a couple times started from year 2018), the place is very cozy but sadly it's too far from my home ^^;

If you still have time to do your work after getting of the train, this time is suitable for opening laptops and doing work.just show your boarding pass and enter a phone number, you are given a maximum for 2 hours to be in this place.

Kamarnya nyaman, dilantai 10 bs melihat suasana kota jakarta, terhubung dngn mall dan resto, hanya saja akses keluar masuk ke lokasi harus memutar agak lumayan bila pakai mobil.

Tempat yang nyaman untuk bersantai bareng teman sehabis kuliah atau tempat diskusi. Lokasinya juga staregis

Cozy for meeting. Nice architecture If only they got food or at least snack it would be good so we don't have to order food from outside

Good place for work and exclusive area. Valley, saved our time, and on time schedule or appointment. Quick responed of staff/owner, great inovate.

Went there for a class/workshop and only trying out the basement class. The air conditioner is not that cold so it cause uncomfortable situation sometimes. But overall, it is located in strategic location.

Seru banget acaranya.ini juga kesan pertama ketika saya datang ke sini. Letaknya strategis.ada di pinggir jalan raya.

Saya rasa tempatnya cocok sekali untuk belajar kelompok atau acara komunitas atau hanya ingin sekedar bekerja dengan suasana baru. Ya daripada di kantor atau di rumah terus.

Tersedia musola, tempat parkir yang cukup lah. Karena ada basement nya. Ada dispenser. Its zerowaste guys. Jadi kalau ke sini bawa tempat minum/ gelas sendiri ya. Ada air panasnya juga.

Cozy banget sih tempatnya. Suka. Tapi kalau prize nggak tau ya. Hehe. Tersedia stop kontak, cafe, kamar mandi.

Kesimpulannya: recommended!
