Not bad at all, but I’ve been to a better salon before. I just feel that Japanese and Korean salons on the same caliber are more professional:)

This is the WORST hair salon I've ever been to. Bad service. The hairdresser was called away in the middle of a haircut to blow-dry another lady's hair. Then a strange guy shows up to blow dry my hair with a filthy brush and a dirty hair dryer. I was so grossed out I got up and left with my hair dripping wet. They still charged me 600k rupiah. How is this right? When I tried to ask why instead of trying to explain they just stood there and laughed at me. I don't speak the language so I guess I looked funny to them.

The salon saw my first post and had the audacity to call my office to explain and justify their action instead of being apologetic. No remorse at all, shameless!
Do NOT go to this salon especially if you're foreign. They don't treat foreigners well which is completely contrary to my experience in this country. I have had nothing but great service everywhere BUT this salon! The WORST!

I had a haircut appointment with a stylist named Samuel. First of all, for a salon located in Plaza Indonesia, I would have expected a locker with a gown to wear before getting my hair washed. I had to walk in with my purse to get the hair wash. Half way into the cut, one guy came and spoke to my stylist quite angrily then the stylist rushed to go blow-dry another client while i'm just sitting there with my hair wet. A strange guy- who didn't seem even clean came up to me with a dirty backpack, opens it up, takes out an extension cord with a hairdryer that seemed to have been from the 70s, with a brush that was so dirty I wouldn't even comb my dog with it. He proceeded to blow dry my hair. I was so grossed out I decided to leave. My hair was wet, not done w/ the cut and they still charged me 600,000 rupiah. What was more upsetting was when I asked why the stylist didn't finish they just laughed at me. Everyone there just sat there and laughed at me instead of trying to help. This was a horrible experience on a sunday afternoon. What a terrible business! Places like this should not exist. So awful. The worst hair experience of my life!

Pertama kali sebagai cowo cat rambut untuk dapatin rambut silver gray. Dilakukan bleaching di hari pertama kedua kali hasilnya rambut masih kuning selama kurang lebih 3 jam, di hari kedua dilakukan bleaching ketiga rambut langsung patah, kemudian dimasukkan cat warna dan hasilnya rambut patah, warna tidak sesuai, kulit kepala luka, sehingga harus dibuat botak tipis.

Kemudian atas kerusakan tersebut, biaya gunting rambut dibuat botak tidak dicharge, tapi disarankan beli shampoo kerastase seharga kurang lebih 500ribu dan ditawarkan untuk ikut perawatan atas kerusakan (biaya sendiri yang tidak saya ambil, hanya shampoo saja).

Dibantu untuk dilihat rambutnya dan digunting kembali yang kedua (tidak dikenakan charge), kondisi kepala masih merah, rambut hitam mulai tumbuh.

Sampai sekarang rambut sudah mulai normal, hanya menggunakan shampoo kerastase biru, pengalaman keseluruhan trauma untuk cat rambut disini.

Indikasinya adalah karena sudah rambut tidak tahan dibleaching, tapi malah ditimpa cat rambut sekitar 10 menit di tempat duduk yang sangat perih dan panas (harusnya diwarnain di tempat cuci rambutnya langsung).

Salonnya jempolan bgt.pelayanannya ok bgt.guntingan rambutnya paling the best deh disini.selalu ke salon ini klo mau ngapa2in rambut. TOP bgt

Great service from Umi. I had my hair root coloured, as well as pedicure & manicure, all were a breeze.

Salon yg nyaman.mewah. Fancy.byk pelanggan nya.cewe cowo bisa.namun perlu waiting list cukup panjaaang jika mau dipegang oleh hair stylist yg handal koh dani.tapi hasil nya kece bgt.

Fast service. I came for a haircut on Saturday but I don't even need to que even though situation quiet crowded. Good hospitality. They serve drinks. The hairdresser asks and listen to me patiently about what I expected with the cut. Price range for cut IDR 250k to more than IDR 800k.
