Good middle class home cooking chinese food, good service, affordable price.and Good service too

The restaurant area that we visit today smaller than it was back then.

Food is great as usual. Service is also great, all dishes came out from the kitchen without delay

For today's dinner we ordered crab meat with asparagus soup, spicy szechuan noodle, xiao long bao, salted egg shrimp, sauted beanstring.

The salted egg shrimp and the crab meat asparagus soup are still the best dishes in town.

Ok Taiwanese chain.quality used to be better whilst menu was more diverse before than today.but still generally okay

Truffle Fried Rice and Beef Black Pepper Steak. The truffle fried rice was similar to Korean wild vegetable bibimbap and tasted good, and the steak is very good as a side dish that can be eaten together.

Poor served, taste plain. They let trainee kids to serve us without assistance from senior staff. And she knows nothing about the food, and still we eat and paid expensive rate, lol. Please improved and realized that, your at 5 star place and running 5 star resto.

Pim 2 is such a disappointment. The service is terrible. I ordered and waited for 30 minutes, to even get my hot Chinese tea. There was no sign of anything. Food and drink. I walked out never to return to that restaurant

Ini sebuah gedung tiga lantai dalam kawasan Plaza Senayan, mall dgn sewa termahal di Jakarta. Arcadia lebih sepi daripada mall. Ia hanya tempat2 makan termasuk Din Tai Fung. Enak buat ngobrol dgn makanan Taiwan.

Harga relatif tidak mahal, rasa agak terlalu gurih. Pelayanan cepat dan ramah

Pangsit saus peda rasanya agak tanggung - cenderung tawar dan isinya sedikit kurang terasa, tekstur daging cukup baik
Ikan asam pedas cukup enak meski agak kurang krispi
Nasi goreng ikan asin bisa utk sharing dan rasanya cukup balance dari gurih ikan asin, telur dan tekstur nasinya
Buncis bawang putih agak terlalu gurih, namun tekstur sayurnya terasa crunchy sehingga cukup menutup gurihnya

Local franchise of a Taiwanese legendary place. A good place, reasonable in price and fast service. The decor could be much better. The Arcadia Plaza Senayan branch has much better food than Pacific Place. Also available in Plaza Indonesia.

Came here when my buddy had a wedding event. Some Food was already cold but taste good so overally it was a good experience.

Good food, nice place. But BAD SERVICE! Semua yang kita tanyakan atau request di layani dengan malas-malasan dan bahkan dicuekin. Saya makan di sini hari kamis thl 11 nov 2021. Tolong di cek staff pelayanan pada tanggal tersebut! Tidak ramah sama sekali!

The food is horrible, tasteless… this is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The fried rice, chicken sweet sour everything are very bad. Something is really missing in the dishes, even the kangkung tumis belacan is also not nice. This is the 3rd or 4th time I ordered din tai fung dishes in my 7yrs stay here and got disappointed on all my orders. Din tai fung have to send the chefs for training. Please improvise on your Chinese dishes. The road side Chinese food in Malaysia and Singapore is way too better than here.
