Tempat ini sangat bagus dan instagramable. Makanan yang di sajikanpun enak sesuai dengan selera saya.

Hidden in on the side of Pacific place mall, this place is good for a lunch meeting as it not too crowded. They serve lunch set and also have premium meat cuts for those who want to have better meat

Located at one of the biggest Mal in Jakarta, Pacific Place, but you don't have to worry about the crowds. You may get to this restaurant through the direct access, and once you enter this restaurant, you will feel the different atmosphere, cozy and relaxing and private. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
Food wise, they serve premium wagyu with various menu. They also have salad, soup and desserts which you may have it in a set or a la carte. All are delicious.
As you may see it from its name, the price is also premium, but it is worth the money you spend.
Best place to enjoy with your family and friends.

Kalo makan disini jangan kaget kalo harganya premium, tapi untuk rasa wagyunya memang bener-bener manteb

Good fried salmon, excellent meat especially the wagyu. Lots of menu, and the place is classy but cozy.

Waktu itu coba di private room dan order Ultimate Wagyu set. Sayangnya gak difoto karena udah keseruan ngobrol dan makan.puas banget sama set menu nya. Dagingnya enak2 semua, ada A5 wagyu pula.salad sama soup nya aja enak. Great service, ambience, and food quality! Great for private events/gatherings/birthdays.

Harganya mahal, tapi rasa daging dan tempuranya enak. Masuknya dari luar pasific place. Bisa pilih masak sendiri atau dimasakin dagingnya.

Makanan enak, harga lebih mahal tapi tetap worth it. Tempat agak sepi, karena akses masuk disamping mall. Dari pintu masuk belakang PP ke arah kanan menuju lobby hotel Ritz Carlton.

Pricey but the environment is comfortable and food tastes great. Salad is also very good. Nice ambiance for lunch meeting as well

Too pricey and the food was not good. We ordered bibimbap, udon, etc. They were overcooked in some parts and the taste just weird. Moreover, the exhaust in the table is centralized, so you will hear the sound for a long time although you didn’t order the grilled menu

Came here because promotions, otherwise the price is high.
Food was great. Well prepared.
Comfortable place for Lunch or Dinner with family.
You might find difficult to find the place since it is actually on the outside of pacific place building.
Go to east lobby and take left, walk all the way till you find it.
Don’t expect good sound system here.
Indoor and outdoor tables are available.

I came to this place for business needs. My boss asked me to reserved this place. I thought there will be a little bit chaos because we'll be grilling and talking but apparently not.
The service is very good. I ordered 2 pax (2) and that's enough for 5 people.

Location wise di luar mall entry nya, Jarak dan jalan lumayan jauh exit mall dulu. Tempat nya kecil dan limited seat mungkin lebih cocok buat private lunch or dinner. Harga Wise as Expected wajar dan sesuai dengan kwalitas daging yg di jual

I actually like Gyukaku and think highly about Gyukaku Prime. But this evening when i ate during break fasting, we were not allowed to cook by ourselves, this make the taste and experience so less powerful compare to cooking on the table. We pay for something premium but getting things below standard!

Their reason is that the cooking equipment is not enough, but i noticed that all the tables is not cooking on the table. We did insist to cook at the table, but they said it is not possible due to unavailable cooking equipment. How can the cooking equipment become not available when no one is using it? I believe that the restaurant just want to be more efficient by sacrificing the customer's experience. And they lied to us about it!

To be honest.it just feels like we eat yoshinoya or hoka-hoka bento instead of gyukaku prime. T_T
