I've shipped a suhr and tom anderson from these folks, communication with Jun is amazing and he replies as soon as he is able to. Understanding to any unfortunate situations as well.

I love that Jun's business mindset is ensuring the customer gets what they want, he even advises me against certain decisions, knowing they are not worth it

True to it's name, only high end items are sold here. Most of the displayed items are PRS SE guitars which make sense, considering the risks of displaying more expensive stuff. I think you can only see the expensive guitars such as Suhr, Anderson, PRS Private stock, etc by reservation. The photos on the website are enhanced a bit too much, i'm a bit let down when i first saw a guitar that i reserved, in website it was shown as vibrant blue but in actual is more of dark blue (closer to black). Fortunately the guitar plays like butter so i can live with it.

Parah banget, suami beli guitar stoknya dari toko ini yg di jakarta dikirim ke Bali, begitu sampe ada parts yang ga berfungsi, sudah di cek semua karena kebetulan ngerti teknis juga, kurang dari 24 jam sejak barang nyampe langsung hubungi mereka minta dibawa ke toko biar bisa di cek, dibawa ke toko di Bali mba mba doang yg terima ga ngerti apa-apa contact boss nya lebih parah lagi, ga mau ngomong langsung sama suami, akhirnya bisa chat langsung jawabannya malah bikin kesel dan terakhir di cuekin dari 13 november sampai 5 maret 2021 tidak ada jawaban malah hp suami saya di blok, sangat arogan dan pengecut boss nya, you just lost customer dude, sorry customerssssss not just 1 person who owned great studio and will buy loads of music equipment in the future, but also we will tell all musicians friends not to buy from this shop and the remaining branches in Indonesia #harikonsumensedunia, dimana consumer rights dan refunds policy kalo banyak orang scam model kayak gini jualan, cara nya juga maksa pembeli untuk beli bisa dilihat di screen shot

Tempatnya gak terlalu besar tp cukup eyes catching. Isinya komplit mau gitar yg kyk mana ada tapi harus disediakan kocek yg besar klo mau kesini. Rata2 disini gitarnya harus preorder dl krn didatangkan lgsg dr luar
