Great hotel for sure. Bigger than Fairmont in Singapore. Much more bigger! All the staff are so nice. Rooftop Bar K22, it has a nice view. It might be at night. So can see the city lights. The room is nice, clean & the facilities are good. Location close to stadium, malls, museums, etc. Definitely recommended!

The room and services are perfect! The restaurant is very Nice, the food is delicious, the waiter are Nice and polite. Thanks for Ms Ary who escort me to the table and help me get a glass of warm water. Well, Quality comes at a price.

Bu Ary bagian restaurant yang membantu saya selama sarapan tiap pagi di hotel sangat luar biasa. Menyapa tamu dan memberi pelayanan yang sangat maksimal sehingga kita nyaman selama sarapan.

Lokasinya strategis, di pusat kota dan dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan Plaza Senayan. Good vibes, luxurious lobby, hotel yg private mungkin karena area lobbynya luas jd meskipun weekend & high season suasanya tetap nyaman tdk terlalu ramai. Frontliner yg ramah. Mulai dari security, receptionist hingga housekeeping staff sangat ramah & helpful. Kami menginap di kamar 1201 (cityview, GBK) & 1214 (golf driving view). Kamarnya sangat luas, luxurious room design & amenities. Tersedia coffee maker & illy coffee pod. Di area meja kerja ada aux & usb slot. Indoor private pool. Menu sarapan yg beragam & enak. Ada akses bawah tanah yg nyaman utk ke Plaza Senayan. Overall hotel ini sangat nyaman & recommended

Ok first, Their parking space is amazing! It’s really spacious and wont gives people hard time to park. They really think it through and didn’t take parking lot for granted.

Well its fairmont standard. Romantic warm lights, spacious, elegant and a bit dark. Yes its dark.

What i love most about this hotel is their spacious room. Even the most standard one is crazy spacious.

Any shopaholic will be happy to stay here since they have direct access to plaza senayan.

The bathroom is breathtaking.

This is the best bathroom I’ve ever tried. Even i tried the presidential suite from möv*npi*k before, but this is the winner, since the view from the bathroom is really breathtaking.

But this is also the reason I give only 4 stars. The bathroom direction is where we head to when we pray. For muslim you will understand why this is a cons.

Once you stayed you will understand why they charge so much for the room. It’s the little details that they provide for us which brings their services to the next level. Its the warm closet, the double wardrobe, the coffee maker, the weight scale, the comfy bathrobe and room sandals, the comfy bed, the amazing bed linen (this one is to die for, its really soft and comfortable).

Breakfast place is not to spacious, if you’re having a meeting that day, i will suggest you to eat first then take a bath. The small room makes the food aroma stick to your cloth and it wont disappear even after 13 sprays of jo malone Their hot choco is amazing and their cold stone yoghurt as well.

But the food variety and the place settings is not the best.

People said Fairmont staffs are friendly, try novotel bogor. To me they have the most friendliest staffs and I haven’t find any hotel staff friendlier than the one in Novotel. To me the staffs here is a bit too serious.

One question tho, why the amenities in here are
Le labo Made in china? The one in fairmont makkah are made in france. Under what kind of circumstances that the hotel standard is made? I’m really curious about this.

And another thing that makes me wonder is about their cup, it says china bone. And i asked the staffs, is it halal for muslim to use this cup? And they dont know the answer, which is too bad because it makes me unease.

I forgot to bring my praying cloth and ask royal service if they can provide one. And they can. It has a good quality as well. But it smells a bit like cigarettes.

If you have a night party while staying here. I suggest you to take an early make up session. Their lamps settings are warm so its really dark and hard to do make up once the sun is out.

Hotel bergaya modern minimalis, punya beberapa resto, punya tunnel langsung ke plasa senayan. Susah signal di parkiran. Ballroom kurang luas

Pertama kalinya datang kesini di awal sampai sudah ada security yang stand by untuk membantu menurunkan dan menyusun barang bawaan dan kita tidak perlu memikirkan membawa barang ke lobby utama karena sudah dibantu dari awal barang diturunkan hingga saat menunggu waktu untuk check in tidak terasa karena lobby untuk menunggu sangatlah nyaman sekali bisa dibilang duduk dilobby saja sudah betah lalu saat memasuki kamar kamar sangat elegan, dan fasilitas yang didapatkan pun cukup lengkap yang bisa dibilang sudah seperti standart internasional pelayanan juga sangat ramah sekali, walaupun cuman sehari menginap rasa puas untuk menginap disini sangat terbayarkan

We had a seminar on banking industry on the IR 4.0 at this hotel. The hotel is still new and very good, with the specialty of Japanese food and restaurant with authentic Japanese house as the decoration inside the restaurant, for group meetings or family's dinner. The food is superb. They served sushi, salmon, shrimp tempura, and even the served canape with small eatable vegetable and flower. They have a big musholla too inside. Its a very good new hotel and we were glad we had the seminar there.

A luxurious hotel located in the heart of the city. I’ve been there a couple times and never get bored of it since they have a lot of things to offer. The pool is rather small but pleasing. A nice gym to keep you in shape during your trip. It’s very close to Plaza Senayan shopping mall. And the food’s AMAZING!

Kamarnya bagus dan luas, bersih juga, kamar mandinya juga luas banget. TV sudah size besar dan banyak siarannya.

Sarapannya enak-enak, kumplit aneka daging dan roti. Ada sushi juga, salad, susu segar dengan corn flakes, dll.pokonya ga bakal rugi deh pesen hotel disini, mantapp

Diluar ballroom nya lumayan banyak nyamuk dan AC tidak terlalu terasa di luar ballroom.tp ballroom nya sendiri dingin

This is 5 stars hotel i think, the place are cozy and have a good view, really good hotel but can be quite expensive for some people, if money isn't an object to you and you need a good hotel to stay in for couple of nights when you visit jakarta, this is one of good place to stay
