Very strategic location, I had an enjoyable stay, room was really spacious.there were big sliding doors/partitions between the bedroom, living room, and the bathroom.capsule coffee machine available in the room.steam iron’s provided.nice bathroom amenities.

Hotelnya bersih banget nyaman dan pelayanan nya juga baik enak banget tidur dengan pasangan apalagi ditambah minum vitamalee bisa tegak berdiri kuat sampai pagi dan luar biasa dijamin aman dan sudah BPOM untung ada temen yg saranin biar lebih nikmat

One of Great hotel in Jakarta, nice suite, near mall, best spot on mega Kuningan, keep up the very good quality of the hotel

Hotel ini lumayan bagus deh. Letaknya strategis banget, di Ciputra World 1. Persis di sebelah Lotte Shopping Avenue, yang mal asyik buat nongkrong itu hehe. Asalkan bukan di saat pandemi ya.
Nah. Hotel ini design interior bagus banget, ga nyesel deh meeting di sini. Dan yang penting, harganya bisa masuk anggaran pagu Kementerian. That's the point hehe.
Pas meeting jarak antar kursi bisa sampai 1,5m sendiri. Aman banget buat physical distancing. Di tiap meja juga dapat personal care sendiri. Isiny hand gel, masker, dan tisu basah antiseptik.
Pas bulan Ramadhan kali ini, menu makan diganti kue kering. Asyik lah bisa buat kue lebaran. Walaupun pencahayaan di ballroom agak sedikit gelap, tapi sinyal wifi kenceng. Bisa sekaligus zoom pas meetingnya.
Suka deh.

The prooerty itself is ultra-luxury. There is an abundance of 5star glitz&glamour. In my opinion though, it leaves warmth in hospitality, care in attitude, and substance for food & drinks. I've had better meals at 3&4star hotels. The food quality is disappointing & unsatisfying in many aspects. Their service lacks luster & high degree professional manner. For such a top expense hotel they could focus better detail on their F&B management. The security is unwelcoming & scary. It can be a stuffy but classy hotel, yet I feel at times their staff can be akwardly unattentive, as if they think customers are there for them, instead of consideration to our needs. Again, the premises are beautiful & comfortable but the most&many dishes are ordinary and mediocre at best. Because of the dining, I would not rate this hotel, in the Top10 of Jakarta.

Great place, nice location, very nice spacious room, great service. Everything was perfect, except for the breakfast. For a 5 star hotel, poor variaty and decent taste. The service doesnt help either, half an hour to get me a white egg omelete. Sorry only 4 star from me

My first night sleep in this hotel.wow.super duper bagus banget deh pokoknya. Makan breakfastnya uenak tenan.sy g suka dingin banget. Tp AC d ruang tidurnya pas banget.sy tidur nyenyak.good job.

So recommend this place if you travel with kids: huge room, high ceiling, private bedroom. Amazing service!

Great ambience for family dinner, great decoration and feels comfortable like home. My favourite are salmon beetroot, salmon sashimi, and pecking duck. Service is great but it would be nice if free drink water is provided and main course menu is added as in other 5 stars hotels.

Hotel di kawasan segitiga emas Jakarta yang mewah. Saya belum pernah menginap di sini hanya mengunjungi ballroom. Sayangnya saya menemukan kaca dinding yang sudah berjamur di daerah lobby.

Lokasi di tengah kota, sekitar satu jammdari bandara. Dekat dengan mall. Fasilitas bagus, kamar besar.

The hotel room is quite big, with a seperate living room and a dresser too. The breakfast in the arts cafe was fabulous, they really maintain a good quality for their food. The hotel also has direct access to lotte shopping mal. And across there is the famous chris ruth steak house. You should try the spa if u stay here, they have a heated massage bed, which is very comfortable. Thumbs up! Better than k******i and r***c***. I would come back here again

Hotel ini terkenal saat jadi tempat menginap Raja Salman dari saudi arabia. Saya ke sini karena ada training dari kantor di salah satu room di hotel raffles. Jelas dari penampakannya saja ini hotel mewah, jika dilihat di situs menginap harganya bisa 3jt per malam lebih.lunch di restauran ini juga lumayan enak, peking ducknya recomended, harga per pack nya 500K.

Hotel sesuai dgn bintangnya. Makanan utk prasmanan pernikahan enak bgt beragam berikut steak dagingnya empuk. Tempatnya nyaman. Bwh ada shooping market. Parkir luas. Cm berada didaerah langganan macet. Tp jika sdh di hotel terbyar sudah.

One of the great hotel in Jakarta. It is connected to a mall. You can find food and anything in the mall and head back to your room afterwards. I love the extra details they put in their room. They even put eraser and stapler, which is very rare to find in other hotel. And all the stuffs working there are very respectful and polite.
