Bad service. Cashier too lazy to enter store number etc to use Kempinski reward voucher properly. Please train the cashier more.

Really nice food and atmosphere. It was a bit pricey, but the quality was well worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful looking pastries and breads. I had the eggs benedict (New York, New York), nice a lemony hollandaise sauce, and perfectly cooked poached eggs. Drank a iced cappuccino that was also delicious. Sometimes, you need to treat yourself, and this was a treat.

Nice croissants and other pastry. The coffee is mediocre (I guess that’s why they mostly have the milky kinds). But this place is inside a mall, so why would you wanna go here anyway?

Lokasi di east mall lt. 2, pesan double decker, rotinya chocolate croissant dan cinnamon raisin (take away). Tidak banyak antrian di hr sabtu jam 18 an dan tidak perlu menunggu lama pesanan selesai.

Tempat nyaman, kapasitas tidak terlalu besar, tapi cukup nyaman untuk nongkrong lama dan tidak terlalu crowded dibandingkan cafe lain yang ada di mall grand indonesia.

Like to come to this place to get some dessert for cakes and coffee. Today we had blackforest and finger hazelnut with latte coffee. They all good.

This place has never been crowded whenever I came to buy the pastry n cakes. They also served cured meat to enjoy at home.

Arguably one of the best bakeries in central Jakarta. Important tip: all produces are at half price after 8pm, what a clever way to move produces!

Great choices of bread. Great quality. The cakes are cute and delicious. Especially the little ones. Come after 9PM everyday to get 50% off.

I will definitely recommend this KempiDeli to all my friends and families. In fact, some of my friend already loving it and return so many times after I inform them about KempiDeli's pastry and bread. Now is kind of my friends and I things every week. Not to forget, the staff are very friendly. Some of them even remember my name and what I like to order.

Love the coffee. Got a bit taste of wine. Haven't confirm it with the barista, but I think it's honey process. Great!

Secara tempat, kusuka sekali, karena ada dipojok dan emang gak terlalu luas tp tenang~~ gak banyak orang lalu-lalang. Pas pesen cakenya enak banget sama latte nya juga ok. Yang kurang, saya lupa buat cek semua menu karena ada "pork" dimenunya. Bagi yang strict sama makanan halal, mungkin tidak disarankan kesini.

Gluten free bread as well as authentic rye bread are just two of the many choices available here. Buy after 8pm for excellent discounts on all baked goods.
German sausages and deli meats are also available. Delicious!

An oasis to have some quite time in this crowded shopping mall. Coffee is decent but their sandwiches and breads are top of the line.

Seating is very limited but now they provide additional seating in Paulaner, so don't worry about it (only, it is hard to add more orders if you seated here, since you have to walk back to the deli)

I didn't buy any of their bakery products during my visit, but I did purchase their quiche. Wow, it's really good and well-portioned and completely worth the price (it's around 75k if I'm not mistaken).

This place is located deep, deep, inside the Central Department, if you're coming from Grand Indonesia's East Mall. It's nearby Paulaner Brauhaus. I assume from the name that the deli is still part of the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski group. The place is very secluded, and not exactly designed for you to stick around for long. Service was okay.

Great place for a coffe and one of the best bakery in Jakarta. They also have a good selection of ham, sausages and other deli stuff. The deli is just next to Pauliner in Grand Indonesia mall which makes it perfect for a visit to both places

Love the sandwich, the capucino was very light though. They should make it better with more coffee

Slightly hidden place that serves varied delicious artisan breads, and any other baked goods. Make sure to try their scones and bring home the whole meal bread!
