One of the best Japanese resto in Jakarta. Always busy during lunch hours. I Love its Yakiniku Course for dinner.

Pretty good Japanese food at a very reasonable price. In fact, for the price, this is probably the best Japanese food in town. However, the service time can be very slow.

Decent although not amazing.
Service is good and fast, place was rather empty. Food was overall OK, our favourite was the jibuni and hambagu. Price was 500K per person.

Nice little place that focuses on lunch set menu. They stick to original taste because their customers are employees from the same building complexes.
Lots of set menu collections starting from 100 to 250K per set. The set is quite fulfilling and the prices stated in menu are nett price! Quite affordable considering the location.

Overseas, the taste of Japanese food may be different, but here, the quality of food that tastes and looks the same as in Japan is served. So 5 stars.

Their lunch time was really packed with customers, service was abit too long, we had to wait for approx 15 mins just to get our drinks, another 15 for our side dish, and about 10 more mins for the main courses to be served.

The beef was good, but the chicken was just okay.

The server could not seem to keep his mask on, consistently touching his mask and could not decide between keeping it on or off.

The beef's price was ok, but the 2 piece croquet cost over 100k.

A Japanese restaurant in an office building with tenants mostly Japanese companies with Japanese staffs. This restaurant offers the traditional good taste of Japanese food. No wonder is always busy during lunch time. I like it.

The restaurant was posh, it has those high end japanese restaurant vibe and the waitresses are polite and professional. There were many japanese ate here and I heard some of the waitresses spoke japanese too.

I ordered the saba fish teishoku. It was the best tasting saba I've ever had anywhere in the world. It's cooked perfectly, the saltiness is just right, the size was proper, and I think they de-boned some part of the fish to make it easier to eat? It was fantastic.

However, with the set also comes rice, miso soup, and some vegetables. The miso soup is okay, vegetables is bland or ordinary, and the rice is the opposite of fantastic. It was too damp and I expected japanese restaurant especially the high end one such as here should know how to cook rice properly. While it didn't ruin the otherwise great saba, it makes me harder to recommend the place.

In the end, the coffee included in the set was good. There's liquid sugar and milk for you to add according to your taste. Nice finish.

I hope Miu can pay better attention to non highlight items in the future. It would sure elevate them in the world of Japanese restaurants in Jakarta.

Update 23 May:
I ordered the saba teishoku setagain, the fish's still wonderful. The rice is slightly better than my 1st visit. And unfortunately, they don't provide coffee anymore. Try their Grilled Saba and thank me later.

Rasa makanan enak, autentic jepang dan porsi cukup banyak. Menu bervariasi. Restoran persis di bawah kantor. Sayangnya terdapat beberapa menu yang mengandung Babi, namun pilihan yang non Babi dan vegertarian juga ada (harus bertanya kepada pelayan). Selain rekomendasi lunch set, pudding di sini juga enak.

The restaurant has some sections including private cubical rooms and teppanyaki area. Our dinner was teppanyaki sets consist of fresh vegetable that was beautifully decored with flowers leaves & eaten with miso paste, delicious cooked vegetable appetizer, 6-7 kinds of marbled beef cuts and finished with cold soba. Good quality sashimi set too presented with edible flowers. Attentive staffs and service. The owner lady assisted us for the menu recommendation.
