Pelayanan dan pendampingan yang sungguh baik. Dihubungi pertama tim Monroe melalui Linkedin memperkenalkan diri kemudian langsung menawarkan pekerjaan yang memang sesuai dengan pengalaman kerja saya. Dari pembicaraan awal terlihat bahwa tim Monroe melakukan research terlebih dahulu mengenai latar belakang kandidat yang diinginkan. Sepengalaman saya saat beberapa kali dihubungi tim talent acquisition masih bertanya kepada kandidat apakah kandidat cocok dengan jenis pekerjaan yang ditawarkan, kandidat harus berpikir terlebih dahulu. Namun tim dari Monroe sudah langsung mengarahkan dengan mencocokan pengalaman kandidat dan spesifikasi pekerjaan yang ditawarkan. Dari situ bisa dilihat bahwa skill dari Talent Acquisition Monroe berbeda dari talent acquisiton yang sebelumnya pernah menghubungi saya.
Kemudian untuk proses rekrutmennya, mereka mendampingi dengan cara beberapa jam atau hari sebelum wawancara, Talent Acquisition tersebut memberikan brifing mengenai topik yang akan dibicarakan. Dari situ kandidat tidak benar-benar kosong terhadap hal apa yang akan dibicarakan dan diujikan. Mereka juga memberikan informasi siapa pewawancaranya dan topiknya. Beberapa menit sebelum dimulai pun tetap ditanyakan persiapan kandidat seperti apa. Setelah sesi wawancara pun ditanyakan kembali bagaimana hasil wawancaranya. Kemudian cepat tanggap juga dalam respon bila ada pertanyaan.
