NORU Rooftop Lounge Jakarta

What a great place to hangout with friends! Serving such a pleasant city view of Jakarta is a plus point for us. They have a great quality of food and drinks which made us had a really good time in Noru. Thank you, Noru!

Terrible place. Beside the foods just super basic.
- not allowing you to dine in cos you not wearing shoes or probably cos you not wearing fancy dress to go to rooftop restaurants.
We never had any this kind of problems in bali. Only in Jkt.
Also, the music is just too loud. For those that go on a date and coming here, wow you guys must screaming to talk to each other.
We wanna move the table, at first not possible cos they said people already booked It, but I managed somehow talked to one of the lady staff which we found it very nice compare to the others. So we managed to move a bit back forward to have a proper table that not crazy noisy.

Despite the price is crazy expensive for just a basic foods, and the views? Sorry but for those who wanna come here better go to Skye at bca tower they have much better view even req fancy dress at least you get something that great out of it and big Resto

Baru pertama kali datang kesini, dan langsung nyaman dengan tempatnya, servis waiters sangat ramah & sangat membantu. Oya untuk mba Ning yg super friendly.

The music was too loud for dining experience. The food and drinks were ok. I like the view of Jakarta scenery at night from the rooftop, I think that is the main selling point.

Great place to hangout with your friends for drinks and chat. You can see skyscrapers all around from here and is really beautiful to see at night.

I tried their dry aged ribeye steak and unfortunately it wasn’t that great. The meat was tough and it did not taste anything special or like dry aged meat. I also asked for medium, but it was a bit too rare on the inside.

If you’re looking for a place to just hangout and drink, this is a good place. However, don’t expect too much from the food here. The service could also be improved as the waiters weren’t very professional and seemed confused at times when asked about the food. Also keep in mind that parking is hard so you have to use their valet service and book your seats in advance if you plan to come here.

Tempatnya cozy banget posisinya di lt 5 (kalo gasalah) jadi sambil menikmati suasana cozy bisa melihat cityscape jaksel. Yang bikin aku tambah suka dengan tempat ini, yaitu genre music nya edm edm vibe gitu jadi tambah dapet feelnya. Kekurangannya lahan parkir sempit jadi kita diwajibkan untuk pakai jasa vallet sebesar 25rb agak kecewa sih cuma rasa kecewanya terbayarkan dengan nasi goreng (gurih) dan beef rice (creamy) yg aku pesen. Semoga membantu.

Tidak ramah untuk tamu yang walk-in, sudah ada minimum payment per pax masih dikasih waktu makan yang sangat minim (1 jam)

Parkir rada sulit tapi ada valet, view bagus waktu malam hari, lebih cocok untuk nyantai / hangout bersama kerabat

Suasana cafe cozy banget ditambah view gedung2 di pusat Jakarta yang cakep buat diliat khususnya dari sore ke malem. Servicenya juga oke banget. Buat makanan sendiri rasanya standard dan kurang beragam karena mereka sendiri diversify menu mereka di pilihan minuman + light meal-nya.

Selain itu kalau hujan, air hujan ini cenderung bakal tampias ke area makan tapi staff dari mereka akan cukup helpful buat bantu tutup area yang kena air hujan. Akses parkir juga sedikit terbatas dan harus valley. Ada baiknya untuk take kendaraan umum, lokasinya ga terlalu jauh dari MRT Bendungan Hilir, setelah exit MRT bisa langsung naik taksi/ojek online.

Was here for a gathering. The place itself is not so strategic as you have to go through quite narrow alleys. But the place was nice. Nice vibe, nice view and okay food.

Tempatnya nyaman buat nyatai malam hari, pelayanan ramah bersih lokasinya. Harga terjangkau, pemandangan cantik dengan lampu lampu gedung yang mengakar langit.

The place was really good for people thats stressed out from working all day and needs a place to chill at night while enjoying the beautifull city night view.the vibe and the ambience of the place was fenomenal but the food is pretty basic.people usually go there to enjoy the vibe, the view, and the bar.overall a good place to chill with friends and catch up about life.

I went there for the first time, they have minimum spend of 250K+ per person.

Disappointed with the hospitality there. Went there before 4pm and waiters told me there is a min order per person 150k only until 4pm, and if we stay more than 4pm the min order per person will be 250k, I said ok to pay more so we can stay longer. We sat, after an hour, another waiters came and remind us the bill per person is not 250k yet and we respond 'ok' at that time. A next hour later another waiters remind us AGAIN told us the bill is not 250k yet and we have to leave at 6pm because we only allow to eat there for 2 hours. We complained because they do not inform clearly at the first time and scared like we'll not pay for the bills? This is really uncomfortable, waiters pushing customers to pay in 2 hours. Not recommended, will not come back for sure

Awesome rooftop bar. Every table has an MC so the guests are leaning towards the civilized types:) which is always a plus.

View ok, makanan bisa lebih enak untuk harga segitu (overpriced), dan untuk hot tea mustinya disediain option sugar nya.overall ok, kalau bisa pada saat adzan musicnya at least di kecilin ;)

Meski aksesnya sulit dan berliku, tp ini mmg hidden gem bngt sih. Dia rooftop lounge di hotel nostoi. You wont believe it exist in such vicinity. Designernya brilian sih, pasti rame dan syahdu bngt kalau jam2 sunset. Pemandangannya iconic skyscrapers at the heart of Jakarta. Mknan ga tll bnyk pilihan tp ini 2 enaakk, harga jg ok. Cocktailnya yg a-theng in the sky jg recommended, gin-based with a hint of sweetness.
Syg chair biasa yg di meja2 agak kependekan dan krg nyaman mnrt saya. Kalau yg sofa buat rame2 sih spertinya ckup comfy. Oh ya they provide free valet service!

A hidden gem, the view is just wonderful, it's a really nice place to just chill and enjoy the golden hour after work.
Apparently I think they need to really upgrade the service, drinks and food.
Would expect something good coming to your table if they charge 250,000+/person to get a table and 2,500,000 to sit in the sofa.
This place could be really good if they actually know what they're doing.

To the timeless design and the remarkable city view, Noru is the place to be when you want to recalibrate your energy or simply to enjoy one’s companionship. There isn’t any other bar like this in Jakarta, and the cocktails are amazing to top it off. Most definitely worth visiting if you are in town.

My energy gets recharged every time i step foot onto this establishment. From the timeless tropical design, panoramic Jakarta view and more importantly the cocktails are definitely worth visiting for.

Access quite difficult, food menu not so variatif, but drinks was good. The staff was so communicative and humble

Parkir sempit, mahal pula parkirnya aja 20rb hiksss. Makanannya biasa aja, menu komplit tapi habis habis dan habis. Sepertinya memang cuma mau pasarin wine dan minuman alkoholnya aja, jadi ada minimum Charge nya 2.5jt. Spot foto biasa aja, mending ke wolfgeng, yg mau kesini pikir aja dl yah. Jangan sampai menyesal.

Gak rekomen buat kalian yg suka foto" pake kamera DSLR, hati" disini udah kena minimum Charge 2.5jt, + 1jt lagi kalau bawa kamera. Yg menurut mereka itu kamera Profesional. Hahaha. Gagal paham sama kamera DSLR, mending suruh bosnya coba" keluar maen ke tempat" nongki di jakarta Barat, coba liat bagaimana Sosialita main ke tempat" nongki, hampir semua pasti pakai FG, soooo. A very nice rooftop lounge.the staff were all very friendly.the vibe was really great, music wasn't too loud & noisy, the volume was just right.the foods here were also amazing.it's a very good place to just chill, hangout with friends, and relieve stress from work.would definitely find myself coming back here.overall, excellent! Tempat nya bagus banget buat foto foto, staff nya ramah2, kebetulan ak dateng udah 2 kali kesini saat weekday dan weekend. Ambiencenya beda di weekend rame bgt dan harus reservasi kalau gak reservasi dijamin ga bakalan dpt seat tapi kalau kalian mau nunggu dan sabar pasti diusahakan sm staff nya, aku aja pas weekend kesana nunggu 1 jam, but worth it kok kebayar sama view nya, pointnya sih sabar karena kasian juga staff nya kalo kita marah, Untuk di weekday pengalaman ak si lebih enak ya karena lebih santai dan gak terlalu ramai. Sekedar share pengalaman aja mereka punya regulasi sendiri yg harus di mengerti seperti gak bisa bawa kamera profesional harus info dulu trs ada minimum order.kebetulan ak dptnya di table dan untuk sofa sendiri MC nya juga beda

Best rooftop bar in town, for those who wants to take a break from the busy Jakarta life style can tone it down here! Sipping these amazing and different cocktails concoction while enjoying Jakarta's CBD view with a VERY different POV! VERY RECOMMENDED!

Just hanging out with my collages, the services is super good, they serve us in every detail, i just order Japanese sour, its tasty and fresh! With the evening views its a perfect match!

NORU is absolutely a hidden gem. Five stars for sure. This place has great drinks, great food, great songs, the ambience is off the roof, and of course, this place has a breathtaking view. Though I will say this place can be pricy to some, it is definitely worth it. 10 out of 10,100% will go again, 100% recommended.

Do I really need to explain how NORU is a really bomb place? First of all, this place has a million dollar view. If you do decide to come here, I advice you to come around the golden hour moments or at night, because this place just transforms during those times. Honestly, if only you saw what I saw then- gosh. The ambience is really chill too, I recommend it if you go with friends. The drinks are great too, even though I only drank the mocktails, the others that came with me who drank the cocktails said that it was good. Those are the aspects of this place that really stood out to me. Other than that, the food is great too, though some can find the variations lacking. All in all, this is definetly a great place. Just put this place in your "must visit" list, you won't regret!

Keren bgt sih tempat nya. View nya amazing. Hidden gem yg recomend buat hangout. Karyawan nya juga ramah. Kalo ke sini make sure ya buat kalian harus pakai sepatu. Age juga di atas 21th. Kalau mau foto2 pake HP aja udah keren. Tapi kalau kalian mau bawa kamera profesional, make sure dulu ya ke mereka. Kalau weekend ke sana yg sabar ya pasti waiting list. Karna mereka baru soft opening jadi masih butuh masukan buat perbaikannya service mereka untuk lebih baik lagi.
