I will not review Nuffic Neso, but GROW-Representing Higher Education Institutions in the Netherlands. For you guys who want to apply to University of Groningen (Rijksuniversiteit Groningen), please do not attach GROW in your application and do not ask anything to them. At the first, they will try to impress you and make you to attach them in your application. However, after that, even if you ask for urgent issue, they will NOT RESPONSE you at all. I do not know what their objectives are to attach them in our application, but perhaps you should ask in your mind why they do that. If you want to ask something, just ask PPI Groningen through email or Instagram, this will be more useful!
