Worse customer service ever! I took business class flight from jakarta to shanghai (transit in manila) They rescedule the flight and did not let you change the flight eventhough the flight is available.

Absolutely useless. Most passengers will only have the lunch hours to settle ticketing issues and yet they are closed until 2pm and then will be closed for the day at 3pm. What is the point? The contact number is uncontactable. The Global Reservation Hotline does not offer any helpful advice at all, just passing around. My recommendation is to fly with another carrier.

Di email responnya lama sekali refund diberikanya travel voucher sudah 2 tahun perpanjang terus padahal percuma berangkat dalam kondisi seperti ini. Mau berangkat eh Manila belum diperbolehkan menerima penerbangan, gmn mau berangkat. Sekarang saya positif covid dan mau minta uang kembali buat biaya berobat susahnya minta ampun.ga usah deh pakai maskapai ini lagi.
Karena dibatalkan penerbangan akibat pandemi covid, kami mau meminta refund, namun telepon semua extension dikantor ini tidak diangkat, dan email satu pun tidak dibalas. Kapoklah berurusan dengan PAL, mending naik maskapai lain yg sedikit lebih mahal tapi gampang menghubungi maskapainya.
Had a very very bad experience with Philippines airlines. Sebelum keberangkatan, nelfon dulu ke kantornya dg nomer telfon yg blkgnya 78.dikatakan untuk baby tidak tersedia bassinet, hanya diprovide baby meal saja, kemudian krn transit 8 jam, dikatakan tdk diprovide hotel, krn kategori tiket budget safer, tapi diperbolehkan keluar bandara manila kenyataan di hari H: di bandara blg, untuk babymeal harus request h-7 keberangkatan, tapi lg diusahakan.di pesawat: tidak dapat baby meal di bandara manila: tidak boleh keluar bandara

I tried updating my PAL booking via call center, not efficient because the staff could not understand my problems eventhough its not difficult.
However, I went straight to the Kuningan office today and was served by staff named Egi. She was friendly and efficient, and was able to resolve my booking on the spot.
