Good food and a great relaxed atmosphere. If you’re in the area then this is the best bet.

I always love Raffel's burgers and fries. The place is like a hidden gem for me. It might not seem too fancy like new cafes nowadays. But the interior and ornaments give a very nostalgic feeling and it looks like we're somewhere abroad. The service is good. And they have various menus now too.

Padahal deket rumah, keluar gang lansung sampe, tapi baru nyobain sekarang? !

First time nyobain burgernya dan enak pake banget. Kejunya meleleh, dagingnya enak, rotinya juga juara.

Pengin mampir lagi cobain menu lainnya di sini. Harus!

Anak gue sekali di ajak langsung dapet chemistry lantai dua nya, dan terlebih lagi, anak gue juga cocok sama rasa burger nya.

Lokasi di kalimalang yang berisik, tetapi karena ruangannya cukup kedap suara sehingga bising2 dluar tidak kedengeran. Makanannya enak

Tempatnya nyaman, hanya saja karena aturan pembatasan pengunjung selama pandemi ini, membuat tempat makannya semakin sempit.
Ada area luarnya (di lt atas), bisa buat yg merokok.
Parkirannya luas.
Pelayanannya bagus, stafnya ramah dan sopan.
Buat yg bayarnya non tunai, alat gesek kartunya, diletakan didepan dekat jendela, karena sinyalnya jelek diarea kasir.

Today I ordered the tuna cheddar sandwich and the big classic. Never had such a bad tuna sandwich! The bread was soggy, the salad was brown and wet. I couldn't taste the tuna at all because of the disgusting sour sauce on it. After two bites I was done with the sandwich. Guys, do some research about tuna sandwiches and do it right! It's really not that hard! Tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, onion, crunchy salad and a tomato slice. The big classic was soso. Just a wet bread with some slices beef in between. You seriously need to improve guys!

Sangat mengecewakan saya biasa makan raffles di kokas dan pondok indah, namun raffles kalimalang kalimalang standardnya mengecewakan. Karena saya beli big classic namun yg saya dapat seperti bigmac gambar besar tapi aslinya sedikit. Lalu disitu keterangannya generous portion of tender and roast piled high on a golden toast. Tapi yg saya dapat roti yg super dry, lalu daging yg sangat kering dan ga juicy sama sekali. Very unrecommend and super upset with raffles kalimalang. BIG ZERO

Sandwich philys steak is nice, to bad they don't serve soda drinks if they do it will be excellent.

Raffel's ini mirip burger tapi bukan burger, dagingnya lebih mirip smoked beef. Ada versi sandwich roti tawar, roti burger dan roti mirip subway. Lumayan banyak menunya. Ada keterangan menu keto juga.

Bisa dine in dengan prokes dan take away. Tempat order di bawah, tempat makan di lantai 2. Tempat parkir luas dan biaya parkir gak mahal.

I sometime go to this restaurant, their burgers are so good. But just today, I ordered take away Barbacoa Chicken and got this really tiny piece of chicken. Please be consistent, to serve the same size of chicken either for dine in and take away!

Lokasi mudah dijangkau namun sulit terlihat dari pinggir jalan karena letaknya ada di ruko.tempatnya nyaman. Harga standard. Rasanya enak. Fish and chips nya beda dari yang lain. Umumnya seperti steak tapi ini seperti gambar.

Located at the corner so you won't really notice the place at all, I have seen the place a lot of time but only this time I actually went there, turns out the place was really good! The decoration was real nice and it has a warm feeling. Meal price was quite pricy but worth the price. Parking lot was spacious. Overall it is a nice place to grab a food and have a nice chat with your friends.

Makanannya enak-enak buat yg lagi diet pun tidak usah kuatir karena ada menu gandum dan salad, lantai atas pun seru buat yg merokok, oh ya lantai bawah ac tidak dingin kalo segera diperbaiki tempat ini makin seru buat makan dan hangout

Restoran 2 lantai. Lantai bawah sempit, karena gabung dengan dapur masaknya. Lantai 2 lebih luas. Ada area smoking sama no smoking. Makanan enak2 dengan harga sesuai lah. Kalo member suka dapat diskon lumayan.

The place was so nice to hangout. The food there was good too with the good price also. You can have a long and great conversation with friends or gangs because the place not loud at all. I give 4 stars because the musholla there was too small. But no big deal tho, as long as they have a proper one. Once I ordered the chicken grill. The sauce was delicious, the chicken grilled perfectly for me. There also has a sub, a sandwich, a burger, and fried chicken other than the grilled one. The salad also fresh made, and the beverages was nice.
