I’ve had many experiences dealing with other recruiters in the past but my most recent experience with Albert was a 5-star one. Albert was very resourceful on the job market condition, particularly on the legal market and (this is very important), fully understands the roles and challenges of legal profession that he could share fair and meaningful insights on legal career moves.

More importantly, Albert has been honest and open on his thoughts of whether or not a job opening is worth a leap based on his close review on the candidate’s qualifications, passion, and also expectations from both ends - which definitely a rare and invaluable quality of a recruiter where often (and sadly) getting the candidate taking the job is the one and only recruiter’s target.
