Rasa makanannya bintang 5, saya suka karena kuah soupnya sangat segar dan ciri khas vietnam bgt. Pelayanan sangat baik, dan ramah.

Tempatnya Cozy, soal rasa pasti enyaaaak apalagi Pho Dac Biet wajib mampir, pelayanan pun Ramah Adim.

Makanannya enak, service dan pelayanan dengan Mas Fajar sangat bagus, sopan, sangat komunikatif

The food is really good here, portions are generous too. So far I’ve had the vermicelli bowls, summer rolls, Banh mi and soups. Everything is fresh and there are always a heap of veggies in the dishes which is really nice.

Getting Take out is easy and they package everything up really nicely. They did forget part of an order once and I messaged them on instagram.

The next time I came for lunch they rectified the mistake and the manager was so lovely! So I’m changing my 4 stars back to 5.

Vietnam food style restaurant. Nice ambience and delicious food flavour pretty suit for our indonesian tounge, their uniqueness the dish served with lots of green vegetables condiments. Healthy cuisine.

Disappointment. The summer rolls have no taste and are rubbery. The vegetables in the salad are left too big. The one in Gandaria is anytime better. Will not come again.

Spring roll and banh mi were undoubtedly delicious! Try both fried and original spring roll! Worth the money! The beef noodle was so so though but the taste was there. Don’t forget their Vietnamese Iced Coffee!

I feel it is a little bit overrated of this place. I went to the branch at Grand Indonesia
mainly for Pho but it was just ok. The herbs were only tiny bit sliced coriander and more chopped spring onions (supposed to be there?) and no other herbs, such as mint or Vietnamese basils (I think can be replaced by Indonesian kemangi?). So the taste of the beef soup is a bit plain, which is very essential to me for Pho. The size of the fried spring roll is pathetic. Just a little bit bigger than my middle finger! Definitely not the same as shown on the menu. However, the pandan & ginger hot tea was worthy. For a late light lunch, orders of these 3 only I paid IDR165,000. However, the place is quite cozy with nice ambiance.

Terrible service from team. Pho was out without the herbs. Had to wait for it to come out and soup was already cold. Had to ask to reheat soup and took forever. I haven’t even leave the restaurant for this review. Taste was not even great, 3 slices of “ribeye” beef for 88k. I would say skip the place and go straight to food court for Pho 24. Seriously waste of time, money and appetite.

Edit: here’s a picture of my pho. My noodles are all cut off from overcooking. If it’s because of the reheat then my other pho should not have the same problem. It still does.

Spesialis makanan Vietnam. Tadinya sempet ragu bakal suka atau enggak sama makanan di resto ini, takut gak cocok di lidah sama makanan ala Vietnam, eh ternyata cocok dan rasanya enak. Tempatnya jg aestetik, interiornya oke, staffnya jg sangat helpfull sekali, ngejelasin tentang makanannya yg kita gak tau.

Tempatnya oke dan cukup luas, lokasi di dalam mall jadi ga ada smoking area nya. Rasa makanan oke meskipun dari segi harga agak pricy, tapi porsi nya gede sih kalo menurut saya, jadi masih worth it lah. Service nya oke, pramusaji nya sopan, sigap dan ramah.

Kalo kangen sama vietnam dan kangen sm makanan2 vietnam bs kesini, otentik vietnam banget.

Kebetulan lg kangen sm vietnam spring roll, akhirnya niat banget kesini cm beli spring roll nya.

- Nem Nuong Cuon (48k+) => ini semacam lumpia tapi kulit luarnya putih. Trs diisi chicken satay khas saigon yg uda dipotong n sayur sama semacam soun. Nah makannya pake sausnya. Enak nih sausnya ada crunchy dari kacangnya juga. Beneran pengen lagi! Oiya ini isiannya 2roll yg dipotong jadi 8pcs.

- BM Chao Saigon (89k+) => menu utamanya yaitu ini terdiri dari daging ayam n sapi dibuat 3 jemis yaitu chicken satay, meat ball sama beef slice. Makannya bisa pilih sama nasi atau roti. Saya pilih roti. Rotinya pas digigit itu garing di pinggir tapi tengahnya langsung pess tapi tetep enak. Apalagi ditaro berbagai daging, telur n rawitnya. Cocol juga kecap asinnya uda dah penuh banget di mulut. Ini dikasi juga telur setengah mateng ya. Udaannya super full daging di perut wkwkkw.

Tempatnya walaupun full jaraknya antar meja tidak terlalu jauh tapi cukup tenang n nyaman.

Restaurant dengan menu masakan Vietnam yang saya suka. Beberapa tempat yang sudah di datangi termasuk yang di Rubina, tetapi di sini juga tidak kalah. Pelayanannya baik dan responsif, tidak harus menunggu lama untuk mendapatkan hidangan tersaji di meja. Untuk harga sesuai dengan kualitas dan rasa makanannya. Sangat okelah menurut saya. Parkir juga tidak menjadi masalah karena terletak di pusat perbelanjaan. Direkomendasikan untuk mampir ke sini apabila sedang berada di sekitar. Cheersss.

Excellent service we got here. When we requested extra chilli, cilantro and bean sprouts for our pho, we got them for free!

Makanannya sih enak, tapi manajemen pelayanannya nggak seenak makanannya, berantakan.sudah reservasi tapi meja belum siap, sudah order pas nunggu meja disiapin, eh pesanan nggak datang2, mesti berulang kali nanya ke pelayannya.

Aku pecinta dan penggemar segala macam mie, termasuk mie Vietnam ini. Untunglah hasil pemeriksaan lab utk trigliserida kemarin masih dalam batas normal. Itu artinya lanjutkennn. Tidak lah, hidup harus seimbang, tidak parno tetapi tetap waspada. Tidak pantang berlebihan tetapi juga tidak bablasss. Jalan Tengah memang solusi terbaik.

Vietnam, sebuah negara yang jika dibaca Sejarahnya selalu dipenuhi dengan peperangan tiada henti, bahkan hollywood juga mengangkat kisah perang mereka dalam serial Rambo.

Meski demikan, makanan Vietnam termasuk yang berhasil mendunia, mungkin karena dibawa oleh manusia kapal yang berkeliling kemana-mana. Di Sydney, aku diajak mengunjungi kampung Viet dan kami makan di sana, ternyata rasanya nyam nyam lubis. Bahkan di India, Bhutan pun aku pernah merasakan masakan Vietnam ini.

Hari ini, kembali kangen dengan citarasa khas dari Pho nya Saigon Delight di Grand Indonesia. Oh ya, aku belum pernah ke Saigon atau Ho Chi Minh ya, hanya pernah ke Hanoi dan hampir tiap pagi sarapan Pho, hehehe. Rasanya ga beda jauh lho.

Kali ini, mencoba pesanan berbeda seperti Bun Bo Lui, nama yang menggelikan, orang melan pasti tertawa mendengarnya. Isinya bihun, tauge, selada, timun, sate, sosis, lumpia goreng dan disiram saus asin asam yang segar, ternyata enak juga. Lumpia khas Viet pasti ga ketinggalan dong, Goi Cuon Tom (rebus) dan Cha Gio Bo La Lot (goreng). Banh Mi (roti isi) terpaksa dibungkus karena sudah kenyang sekali.

Nama menu Vietnam dan Thailand tuh salah dua yang tersulit untuk disebut. Bayangkan orang Viet dan Thai kurang fasih berbahasa Inggris dan kami tidak bisa bahasa Viet dan Thai. Ckckck, tetap Salam Lubis saja deh.

Very nice food, the taste is almost same as in Vietnam, price is a bit high but still acceptable, general speaking very good

Solid Vietnamese restaurant in Grand Indonesia Mall. Came when fast was breaking, so it was a bit of a wait. At first they told us the place was full and didn’t offer us a wait time.odd. We initially left to go looking for a place that had seats, but the host came back to us advising us a table was ready.odd. That was the only weird situation with this restaurant. Once we were seated the service we experienced was super good. The waitress knew the menu well and was able to offer some suggestions.

Food came out fast and again service was super. One of the food runners came out with a dish that was entered incorrectly, but our waitress quickly spotted the issue and handled it well.

Taste of the food was good and there is NO PORK at the restaurant. Seasoning was on point and we were impressed with all the food. It’s actually quite hard to find good Vietnamese food here. But glad to see some more options pop up. I would highly recommend this place if you are at this small looking for a bite.

Makannya enak, minumannya sehat walaupun rasanya sedikit berbeda. Harga standar to expensive, suasananya enak, pelayanannya sangat baik dan ramah.

We love everything in here! From the service and staff, up to food and drinks! All the food here is very healthy and they provide a lot of vegetarian menu. Haven’t found a menu that we don’t like so far. Totally recommended!

Their broken rice reminds me of the one in Vietnam.the grilled chicken is tender and juicy.and it sauce is lovely! Must try.

4 stars because their staff are a little bit slow on respond when we need them.

Most of the food we ordered were delicious, especially the Pho and the Com Do Luc Lac. Drinks were OK, too. Very well-composed dishes.

But the service is absolutely horrendous. No one greeted and seated us upon arrival. Our Com Tam Bu Lui took around 1 hour to prepare and they almost forgot our Pandan Milk Tea. They also suddenly put a baguette on our table that we never ordered, then pulled it back to the kitchen “. Because it might belong to someone else”.

It is very apparent that their service is poorly coordinated and the kitchen was hectic. Having lots of guests is not a reasonable excuse for the aforementioned terrible events. Yet, none of the staff apologized. They did not even acknowledge their mistakes - “It was the kitchen’s fault” with no eye contact and a hostile tone was the only thing they said.

All employees clearly need retraining. It is a shame that such good food were not complemented with an acceptable level of service quality.

I and my wife came here for dinner. But I'll never come back to this restaurant! They got the best service in 2018 from Saigon Delight management? Well, I wonder how the other branches handles their customers?

We ordered fried banana as appetiser and meals for two (Pho and Pho Cuon) with pandan ginger + saigon summer for the beverages. The appetiser was quite OK. Then the pho came first after we wait for quite a time, followed by Pho Cuon around 20 mins later (I finished eating my Pho: p). Btw when my Pho came, I waited for 5 mins without any spoon/fork/chopsticks. Then I decided to asked for dining utensils for me to eat yet they didn't give us any napkin so we decided to use our own.

The Saigon summer came after we finished our meals, it was tasteless. It was water with jelly and selasih without any hint of sugarcane water as mentioned in the menu. The pandan ginger? It was never came until we finished our meals and paid it. The waiters never mentioned anything about the cause of the delay. Fortunately we brought our own drink that night.

But what made me really upset was when I met the PIC of the day, both of them were standing while I was sitting and gave my told them about my bad experience. I didn't feel any remorse from them. I hope you can train your staffs regarding customer service so they can handle customer better.

Makan disini karena bingung aja milih dari sekian banyak restoran di Grand Indonesia. Entah ya apakah ini restoran chinese food atau vietnam. Tapi dari namanya sepertinya vietnam. Banyak foto foto vintage. Menunya banyak banget. Dan sepertinya enak semua.

Saya pesan broken rice. Nasi+steak daging sapi+telur ceplok dan ada seperti kue mangkok labu gitu. Enak. Dagingnya empuk banget. Pelayanan cukup ramah. Mungkin perlu ditambah pegawainya karena rame banget pengunjung tapi yang melayani dikit jadi lama nunggu cuma mau mesen.

Tambahin baby chair nya soalnya banyak yang bawa baby tp gak dapat.

Restaurant yang menyajikan makanan Vietnam yang citarasanya luar biasa. Sangat disarankan bagi pencinta kuliner selain enak pelayanannya sangat baik.

Used to be my fav saigon delight to go before the rest moved to the other side of the mall. Then one night as usuall I ordered pho and shrimp roll but then came first was the pho. Asked to waitress named ocha why then she rudely respond with its different kitchen if You want I can take your pho back and stare at me. This is the WORST saigon delight ever as it ruin our apetite of dinner!

Very bad. I order on grab food which is 1 price. When the driver arrived the restuarant wanted to charge an extra 30.000rp. Very unprofessional and the lady was very rude on the phone. Will never go back to this place. The standard and quality has dropped since moving to a bigger location. Greed has set in already

The restaurant has a good ambience. We ordered Bot Chien Muc and Signature Pho for dinner. Big portion of food and you can share with your friends. I really like the sauce of bot chien muc, a lil bit sour but sweet. The signature pho was delicious. The soup was so tasty and I recommend you to try this. For drink, we ordered Saigon summer and Ice Vietnamese Coffee.

The place is rich with oriental ornamental, dominated by brown and green colors.the taste of the food is on par with another vietnamese restaurants in jakarta.they have large variety of menu.price are a tad higher compared to the others.give it 3 stars so they can adjust the price, or increase the quality to match the price.

The pho was nice and they give a generous portion but I hope they have seafood pho.they have nice decorations that are pleasing to look at, like a mini gallery.the staffs were nice and friendly!

So sad that the food is so good but the service is way below average. Bunch of trainees in peak hours and they don't seem to show enough respect to our orders. One of the guy is quite nice, but there are many others who just chatting around the sink and show unhappy faces.

Used to be my fav restaurant but today I am so dissapointed with the very long waiting service of my bun bo lui. Asked waiters around 8x and It was 30 minutes waiting.they gave me small baguette as compliment but still it couldn’t help my appetite.

Makan disana pake aplikasi EATIGO jelas jelas sdh ada di aplikasi bahwa SAIGON DELIGHT GRAND INDONESIA memberi diskon 50 persen jika pake aplikasi EATIGO.dan kenyataannya ditolak dan pihak Resto mengatakan ada kesalahpahaman.antara EATIGO dengan MEREKA.akhirnya saya komplen ke EATIGO.lalu EATIGO merespon dengan menelpon langsung ke SAIGON DELIGHT GRAND INDONESIA dan saya sebagai customer.

Hasil Pembicaraan, saya tetep diberi diskon secara manual namun saat pembayaran pihak SAIGON DELIGHT mengatakan tidak ada diskon karena tidak ada kerjasama dengan EATIGO.padahal saya mendengar percakapan EATIGO bahwa kesepakatan bahwa saya diberi diskon secara manual.

Ditambah lagi EATIGO juga menelpon saya langsung saat itu juga menyampaikan bhwa transsaksi saya tetap di diskon.sebesar 50 persen sesuai Aplikasi.

Pihak SAIGON DELIGHT dalam hal ini sangat mengecewakan sdh mengatakan hal yg berbeda dengan informasi yg sdh disepakati oleh EATIGO.

Adalah Pak Rahman sebagai petugas operasional di SAIGON DELIGHT GRAND INDONESIA yg mengatakan demikian.

Pelayanan ke customer jadi serba membingungkan.

Semoga saja hal ini direspon oleh pihak SAIGON PUSAT

Makanan disini memang enak, sayangnya pelayanannya yang kurang. Waiter sering terlihat sibuk sendiri, apa yg diminta mesti diulang sampai berkali kali baru diantar.

Imho harus ditraining ulang agar menyelesaikan dulu apa yg dikerjakan br lanjut tugas yg lain, bukan sekedar mikir multi tasking tp customer terbengkalai.

Makanan pesanan sudah datang 15 menit tp sup pendamping makanan utama (menu yg sama) dan sendok garpu tidak diberikan, sampai saya complaint.

Untuk harga makanan termasuk mahal, mungkin karena di grand Indonesia. Ambience lumayan, serving perlu ditingkatkan lagi speednya, suggestion buat owner, kl karyawan kewalahan, tambah lagi karyawannya. Resto ini seperti tidak punya manager in charge.

Ini kali kedua saya kesini, tp kali ini saya punya kesan yg kurang baik sehingga harus complain dua kali ke waiter, meskipun dikasih desert gratis sebagai compliment, tetap saja tidak mengobati kekecewaan customer. Terpaksa saya beri bintang 2.

I always love eating here. The price is worth the fresh vegetables and herbs, tasty food, and big portion. I've tried the fresh and fried vegetable spring rolls, steamed rice rolls with mushroom and chicken, banh mi, pho, spicy beef stew noodle, and broken rice. And they were all good. For the drinks, I tried the pandan milk tea, lime lemon grass (iced and hot), ginger lover (some kind of ginger tea), and they also didn't disappoint. The flan was also nice. They're the kind of food and drinks that make you feel better after having them.

Finish all the works, my wife ask me to go to a vietnamese restaurant. So I bring her to Saigon Delight at Grand Indonesia Mall, so we can also have a shopping time together. We order Goi Cuan Tom, Pho Dac Biet and Pho Bo Tai, the Pho soup is so yummy and full of flavour, condiment sauce and chopped chilli make it perfect. Love it. For drinks we order Pandan Lemongrass and Lime also with lemongrass, wow so refreshing. I order Banh Mi BoXao for take away. This Vietnamese restaurant is under the same management with Saigon Cafe at Kuningan area.

One of the best Vietnamese Restaurant in Jakarta. I love pho & I was so delighted by their Pho as I could get extra beansprout and coriander, Ha! And more importantly, even though the service was a bit slow but the staffs are friendly.

Best Vietnamese food in Jakarta. The pho is wonderful with flavorful broth and delicious beef. We also had the dry vermicelli with barbecue beef and fried spring rolls, which was also very good. Would definitely go back.

Their fresh rolls are really nice. Quite authentic. Too bad their pho is average. The beef slices are a bit hard. Will be back to try their bahn mi and broken rice.

Pricy but interesting menu.
Bahn mi is good but the vegetables weren't really pickled. Pho is a little weak. Bahn Xeo was great. Wait staff are great.
