I called the CS online (Jakarta) and spoke with Nani, she was so helpful and patience. My ph got disconnected in the middle of the conversation and she called me back and we were able to finish the transaction. Thank you so much for your help

Flew on business class redemption flight, LA-Narita-Jakarta. Horrible in-flight foods. The service was still good by their cabin crews. Luckily, we used our redemption miles; not worth it if we paid for the plane ticket. Different quality now.

Sangat lamban dalam service (4/5 nomor antrian dalam 1 jam), kekurangan petugas, tampang customer servicenya tidak kelihatan seperti level singapore airlines, tampang kecapekkan, aura ruangannya juga gloomy, dan terasa debunya lumayan, mungkin karena lantainya karpet.

Usual business office.providing you customer service any inquiry you need about SQ service. Though you might wait a bit but it gave better solution than calling call center

We have to change our scheduled flight home, because our son's family camping trip.
The staff helped us reschedule the flight but we have to pay some fees, cause we bought the tickets on BCA Fair.

Slow services due to all customers with all kinds of needs lump sum together generalized as one category customer except for PPS customers.

There is no quick fix as number of counters are limited for the number of customers visited this premise.

One way is to improve on line services for all queries category or call centers (same as Bank call centers) and I am sure SQ can improve its Pre and Post Sales customer services.

Long Queue, Slow Work. I will never use SQ anymore.

I have to wait for more than 3 hours just to talk with the customer service officer.

Maaf, mungkin harus di improve atau dipikirkan bagaimana agar pelayanan ke cuatomernya lebih cepat lagi. 2.5 jam untuk 12 nomor antrian terlalu lama.

Sudah mirip loket konsultasi drpd pelayanan penjualan tiket atau ganti booking.

Waited a bit too long almost 2 hours before being served. It seems like Singapore Airlines office in Jakarta need to recruit several customer services more in order to provide better services for the clients.

I went on 20th of April 2022. In the 40 min i was there only 1 person was served. At that pace, i would have waited over 4 hours. Only 2 counter were manned. On 2 other counter the person was on a brake.
I tried to ask how long it would take, but the security guard was very rude and told me to sit down. This is not acceptable for a first class airline.
I would give 0 stars if possible.

The customer care officer was really helpful. My problem was fixed.
Only the queue took abit long to get served.

Saya berlokasi di Australia. Selalu mencoba telfon tapi tidak pernah bisa bicara dengan Costumer service nya. Coba telpon yang di Jakarta juga tetap sama. Tolong perbaiki pelayanan cs nya.

Trying hard to find minus star. But could not find. Simgapore Airlines Jakarta does not deserve any star. Most poor services. Wonder how Singapore Airlines Central office does not take any action. You are loosing many customers day by day because of your poor service.

Extremely BAD SERVICE from the customer service system. Like others have said on their reviews here, very slow service indeed! They are not just understaffed, from 6 desks/counters, only available 3 staffs, of those 3,1 staff seemed always go inside, taking care something, leaving basically only 2 staffs in front desk.
I was here from 13.50, waited for 1 hour and still far from my queue number (10 numbers/people before me who were also still waiting) and during that 1 hour they only able to serve 5 person! While there were 12 people waiting. There was a lady who had been there before me from 11.30 am and still not being served. Apparently there is no such a thing called: Turn Around Time standard to serve customer more time effectively on their customer service playbook.
No queue numbers are being displayed on their queueing system monitor/TV. How do people should know what number that are being served? The staffs are taking their time to cater the customer and negleting the ones that are waiting. They even handled one customer for the more than 1 hour. So good luck if you're trying to squeeze in, come here during your lunch break, you probably need to take a day off.
I really do not understand how they keep on winning best airline in the world award for several times, such an overrated.

First class service. Di noblehhouse dengan layanan yang lengkap dan sangat baik. Staff yang ramah dan sangat peduli. Ruang tunggu nyaman walau tidak terlalu besar sistem antrian yang baik. Bagus dan okb

I came when the counters were serving customer no 19 while I was no 25 in the queue. It took 1.5 hour to reach my turn. Only 2 of 5 counters were open during my visit.

The new office is so much better than the old one. This one does actually respesent the airline. Service was quick and adequate as well. Had to exchange some of my Krisflyer for a route that could not be booked online. It was booked without hassle and according to my wishes.
