My family and I have been coming to this clinic couple times, and every visit leaves us completely satisfied.

Lately we saw dr. Elok at this clinic for my kids' problems. I would say she is one of the most skillful and competent doctor here in Jakarta, very patient and communicates very well with my 3 year old daughter. Not to mention that she speaks very good english like native that I thought she was trained abroad.

It's not a busy clinic, so it won't take us too long to see the doctor, get the meds, even the result out pretty fast compare to other place.

But all this doesn't come cheap, you'd better prepare min $200 for one consultation. Well, fair enough with the service quality.

My husband needed a rabies shot after being scratched by a monkey in Bali. I contacted Sr. Monica to ask about vaccine availability. Everything well processed.dr. Inneke is very professional at work. Thank you.

Will never step in here again, riping off clinic, disappointed. Very expensive its not at all worth the money. I went for my 11yr son, having fever and allergy, initial interaction with Dr was fine, but followup took time, response late. Later since fever still there, so I had to further request for diagnostic test and we went for Boold and urine test and for that they proposed cost of 5.6mio (~370$) that's insane. Never seen such cost even in big private hospital. Its not Ethical, not a kind serivce being in health care.

I went there after a tricky fracture (jones fracture) received world class treatment and guidance by orthopaedics department. World class service! Highly recommended

Quick appointment. So so service. English is like you would expect, average minus. If an American, check CDC treatment guidelines before you go as you might have to guide the doctor to be more aggresive in treatment. They pushed for me to wait in observation, which added $1.5 million to the bill. Big surprise and ripoff.

The doctors are good but will do
Everything to get more money and will not tell you. I have been there two times. 300€ for throat infection and 600€ for bacteria infection. Really expensive in here.
Also the nurses will threat you not nicely and make you feel you are disturbing them.

Every time I go there, they are 1 hour late.
Very little consideration for the patients time.
Treatments and medicines are way too expensive. About 3 times the price from Europe or America.

Unprofessional and unprepared staff. Particularly, I highly discourage anyone from bringing here small children for blood tests. They butchered our son without even managing to get his blood sample. Will never set foot here again.

Terbaik, saya berobat ke mana² berminggu minggu tidak kunjung sembuh. Namun di bawa ke SOS Medika 1 hari langsung sembuh dengan obat yang diberikan. Saya rela datang jauh² hanya untuk ke SOS.very recommended

Have been coming here for years. Expect a wait even after your appointment time. Generally good service but the prices have been increasing dramatically and are now 5 times what you pay for the same doctor in a local hospital or clinic. It's ok if you are on insurance but anything not covered then you shod go elsewhere. Basically the american model of medecine. High charges for insured patients and tough luck for everyone else. Indonesia can have better than this.

Its been more then two years since we are living in Jakarta and for our Medical needs we always visit SOS, i wanted to mention their services are excelllent and the credit goes to a Lady Ms. Eunice she is simply great and she makes sure that everthing goes smooth under her management Dr. Narain, Dr. Thomas and Dr.djohan are the best Doctors and i am pretty sure rest of the doctors are equally good too. I highly recommend this place.

The doctors here are the most trigger happy to prescribe antibiotics. Gets the job done but those who don’t like antibiotics better think twice because their first option is prescribing antibiotics

Resepsionistnya sakit jiwa x yaa. Ditelpon ga ada sopan santunnya. Malah teleponnya dimatikan tiba2. Tolong yaaa di ajarin resepsionistnya untuk sopan santun terhadap klien.

Very very dissapointed. I was prescribed medicine but i reacted badly to it. I went back and told them. They told (ordered) me to continue to take it. I did and i suffered the consequences.im going from doctor to doctor to solve the issues that had been caused by that medication. My career doesnt look promising because of this. All i can say is. Not all the doctors at this clinic are good: (.

Hurt my shoulder inTanggerang. Suspected a dislocation. Departed 1800h travelled approx 50km and arrived 63min later. Bloody Jakarta traffic! Short wait at the front desk sorting out personal details passport, address etc.their level of English was very basic so it was lucky my INDON friend was there to help. Once they knew I had comprehensive medical travel insurance and saw the contract, documentation etc, was attended to immediately and seen by doctor in emergency. I was very impressed with the general cleanliness of all the facilities I was taken through and used. The imaging equipment looked dated but I was able to buy a copy of the XRays to bring back to my own Doctor. The Indonesian doctor was helpful, asked a lot of questions, manipulated my shoulder and discounted a dislocation. We recorded his advice and afterwards did our own research which was later confirmed by a doctor back in Australia. Happy to recommend this hospital to other Aussies in JKT but make sure you can pay for it on yr card or have travel insurance documentation with you
