Food and ambience is nice, it is just taking sometime for the order to arrive and the restaurant is not so busy.

Definitely a must visit restaurant for Sushi lovers or Japanese food in general. All the salmon are fresh. They are prepared and presented beautifully on your table. Best salmon carpaccio I’ve ever had in my life. Gyu Garlic Fried Rice was divine. I’ve tried every type of Aburi Salmon they have there except the one with cheese. They open three branches just in Kelapa Gading Area but this is the only one that’s not located inside the mall. Pretty convenient for those taking LRT as this restaurant is located just under one of the station.

Place is cozy. Food is on the more expensive side, but the taste is pretty good. They have a lot of variety in the menu. Overall, recommended.

The sushi is really really good. Worthed to buy and dine in. The atmosphere is pretty too. Although its pricey but its worthed with the taste of sushi, its great. And theres many variant of sushi in there.really really like this sushi.

I am pretty satisfied with the food and service, however to lifted up atmosphere would be better if you add more collection on music to be play inside the restaurant. Keep it the same type, only the instrumental. Thank you!

Salah satu tempat makanan Jepang yang saya rekomendasikan di Jakarta. Sushi nya enak dan meleleh di mulut. Ramennya enak, rasanya mirip mie ayam. Ocha nya free refill yg langsung diisi oleh waitress nya begitu isi ocha nya tidak full. Jadi kita tak perlu repot2 memanggil waitress untuk refill ocha.

Menurut orang makanannya enak tetapi karena dasarnya "orang kampung" jadi kurang menyukai makanan.

Been here several times. Price is fair, slightly expensive for some menu. I notice the sushi i ordered was smaller. Different chef? Although the staffs are friendly, the food takes very long. We ordered salad sashimi, a simple dish and it takes them half an hour. Couple other menu also took as long.

A little bit pricey and the restaurant is really small. But yes, this is the best sushi in town I've ever had and it's worth the price.the taste of all food I ordered: fantastic! Try 'salmon belly soup', the best! Oh, if you visit sushi hiro on your birthday (or one week before / after your birthday), tell the waitress, they will give you a "birthday sushi cake" for free!

Untuk rasa nya OK, tp pelayanan nya kurang bagus, saya hy minta sendok untuk makan soup, ke beberapa kali & beberpa pelayan tetap sendok nya tidak diberikan padahal seharusnya saat mengantar soup langsung disediakan sendok nya

This place seems big from the outside, its very easy to find it when you're still on the street.
The layout of this place is very unique although they have too many tables here, making this place feel narrow when we're came inside.
The service was very friendly, they welcomed us from the door and along the way to the table selected.
The menu separated between drinks and food and they have so many selection, usually traditional sushi, but still they included fusion too. They also serve alcoholic beverages with various range. The ocha felt very refreshing, the chawan musi was great, they have 3 various of them which is extra ordinary. The quality and the freshness was very good.
What we're not aware of, that the last order is 2 PM, so it is very inconvenience for us who meant to try their sushi near that time. Unless you visit their nearest branch at Mall Kelapa Gading.

Pelayanan oke, makanan rata-rata enak lah dari yang udah dicobain.ga tahu kalo menu-menu yang lain.sayang meja-mejanya agak kekecilan jadi terasa agak sempit.tapi ada dua lantai sih sebenernya.desain interior oke juga.ada bunganya.

Makanannya enak banget, tp tempatnya agak kecil, jd antriannya lumayan lama kalau jam makan siang atau makan malam. Apalagi week end.

A cozy place to hangout with family, but the place always crouded. Very hard to park your car if you dont have a driver. The sushi price start fr 35K till 200K, the price is quite expensive if you compare with the competitor like sushi tei.
The service is very slow, eventough they have a lot of employee. They need to add more cook, so the food can be delivered faster.
I gave only 2 stars for them, if you want to charge with expensive price.you must elevate your service.

Fresh and tasty Japanese cuisine, however the some of menus have been adapted to Indonesian favour. The prices are quite expensive and reservation is a must especially during weekend. All over this place still worth to be stepped in for some special occasions.

Untuk makanan wow tidak mengecewakan sama sekali, gils minta aja menu rekomen dari pelayan.ga mengecewakan banget kok, pelayanannya ramah sekali, untuk waiting listnya ga terlalu lama, suasana tempat sangat mendukung untuk terus makan

Tempatnya enak suasananya nyaman, nasi sushinya enak, harganya termasuk murah untuk ukuran sushi restaurant di jakarta, terdapat juga pilihan ikan yang aneh2, (ikan yang tidak bisa ditemui di sungai di indonesia) tapi sayang kadang pilihan di menu tidak selalu available (mungkin dikarenakan orang indonesia tidak suka atau masih awam dengan ikan aneh2) jadi tidak laku dan tidak stock

Waktu Pelayanan Kitchen Terlalu Lama padahal jumlah tamu tidak sampai full. Penerima Order Salah Berkali kali menyebutkan menu yg di pesan, juga sangat terburu buru sampai harus kami tegur. Attitude yg memberikan tagihan juga tidak sopan, menyodorkan tagihan di depan hidung dan sedangkan customer masih melahap makanan.

So far enak sih.tp kalau menurut saya sashiminya tidak terlalu segar.jd buat yg mau mencoba yg mentah2 menurut sy kurang ok.tp overall tempatnya seru sih.dibuat nuansa jepang, kalau malam minggu atau malam senin ramai sekali sehingga terkesan terlalu crowded dan no space.but so far so good sih.

Salah satu resto sushi terbaik yang pernah saya coba.setiap lewat sini (terutama weekend) selalu nampak antrian waiting list pengunjung di depan gerainya.kualitas memang tak akan pernah bohong.

Great Japanese ambience. Tempatnya agak sempit jadi kurang comfi. Entah ya disini waiting listnya selalu padat, gak tau klo di outlet lain. Agak pricey tapi worth it sama rasanya. Must to try king crab/oyster guratan! Melted kejunya!

Lovely place with massive selections of items (decently priced as well as premium) executed well. Nice ambiance, fast and friendly service.

Quite consistently long lines around dinner peak time. Come before 6 pm to avoid the queues.

PS: may want to find a complete album of music though, 1 song kept repeating throughout.

Somewhat disappointed by the food served as I've mostly heard positive reviews from friends and colleagues. Sadly during my visit, the sushi rice was hard and the nori was VERY chewy on my tuna maki. The place is great and all- and the people very helpful, it's such a shame that the food experience wasn't very good

My favorite sushi place. They got a sushi stair that is very instagrammable. Although its a bit pricey, its totally worth it. The place is cozy for just a chat, casual lunch, dinner date or group events. The parking spot is limited and usually there are some waiting list. You can spot the place from the main road

Tempat makan sushi yang enak, mana lagi selain sushi hiro.

Awalnya saya memang tidak suka sama sekali datang ke tempat-tempat makan sushi, karena memang tidak suka. Tapi setelah adanya sushi hiro dalam beberapa tahun belakangan ini. Sushi hiro menyuguhkan satu tampilan makanan yang menarik. Yaitu menyajikan sushi di dalam anak tangga kayu.

Selain itu berbagai macam pilihan makan lain selain sushi, seperti daging sapi mentah bakar, lobster, ebi udang besar dll. Rasanya wah deh ya.

Untuk masuknya pun harus benar-benar antri karena pasti selalu waiting list, tapi semua terbayarkan dengan pelayanan yang ramah, sopan dan ambience yang serasa memang sedang makan di jepang ya.

Top, sangat rekomendasi bagi kalian para pecinta sushi dan ikan-ikan an. Percaya deh, satu kali datang pasti kalian akan coba untuk datang kedua kalinya
