Scam, all employee not helpful, hidden t&c (what staff told and the reality is different)

Harga saja tinggi, mutu dan pelayanan buruk sekali. Pas foto abal2 aja jauh lebih baik. Sangat mengecewakan.

Refundnya lama, ngga diinfokan ada tambahan biaya kalo foto tambah org, nego minta tambahan 1 file foto aja ngga dikasih, ampun deh, blacklist.

Photo studio legend, kualitas terjaga dr dlu, karyawan ramah, tempat nya nyaman, berkelas lah pokoknya.mantap

Prefessional service, tp akses studionya harus diupgrade menggunakan lift.

Krn utk foto keluarga yg melibatkan opa dan oma, naik tangga ke lantai 3 susah bgt: (

Liat pamerannya di mal klp gading, ambil paket yg 8jt, dpt 2x foto keluarga dgn 2 tema foto berbeda, make up free utk 2org, janjian foto tgl 20 nov kemaren, bgtu sampe ditarzan pondok indah, ditawarin lah utk upgrade ukuran besar, nambah biaya totalnya 15jtan, dgn hasil cetak dpt 3,
Ok lah, trus nanya dong ama pegawai yg dibawah, kita dihandle ama ati ato siapa lah itu namanya, boleh ga nanti foto2 pake hp? Krn nanti kita cmn dikasi hasil soft copy ga semua, cmn hasil yg sama dgn yg dicetak nantinya, dan dijwbnya dgn sombongnya, ga boleh, what? Alasannya mrk itu udh peraturannya, helooo, hasil foto2 kita sbyk itu nantinya cmn dpt 3? Bener2 kesel bgt ama jawabannya,
Akhirnya mutusin ga jd upgrade, tetep ambil paket yg 8jt aja, sumpah kecewa bgt ama peraturan mrk, pdhal stlh 3bln nanti foto2 kita bakal mrk apus2in, knp ga dikasi aja sih semua hasil fotonya, mana hasil cetaknya ampe 3blnan ktnya,
Sumpah, kesel bgt ama peraturan mrk
Ga mau rekomended ke temen2

Sebenarnya fotografernya bagus, tapi customer servicenya yang jelek banget. Bisa2nya nanya santun, malah diteriakin (?) Dari suka langsung kasi bintang satu.

I here would like to share my experience in Tarzan photo. This Tarzan didn't have a good manner. We would like to take like 3x4 photo the soft photo quality was given is less then 0.2 mp. It's not really suitable for a renown known photo studio like Tarzan. I'm ashamed that I ever use this service. You should treat your customer more gently and not so strict on rules. You're not the only photo studio out there. I wouldn't go back here for sure. Especially due to the poor manner of the management. (Although, I must say all the photographer and receptionist was really nice. Only for "Miss Julia" I would say that you shouldn't be so strict on stuff. It's not really polite to treat your customer as such. As we pay not a cheap money it cost around Rp. 300.000, -. In addition, you promise to send the photo the next day, yet you delay it more than it supposed to be.) I have a horrible experience due to her. I wish next time or anyone who visit do don't dealt with this person.

Bad service. Photo took too long to finally be printed because you have to confirm the edit before it got printed. But the problem is, they didn't contact you first to confirm the edit (they sort of forgot i guess lol). So you have to actually call them so that they remembered to actually confirm the edit to you. Had i known this, i would've contact them weeks ago. Verdict is i finally got my photo printed after a month of waiting for them to contact me. My bad for being too trusting, but my brother did his photoshoot here too, but he got contacted.

Photo quality is great, can't deny that, but there are other photo studios that have probably the same photo quality but better services. Be wise before actually deciding wether to do your photoshoot here or choosing another. They have the name yes, but with this service? I'm going to say next please. Will not be doing any more photoshoot here.

And the fact that this ibu ibu judes still here after 4 years and didn't improve her service. My my I'm speechless Ibu (read another 1 star review to understand what i mean lol)

The front desk staff are probably the worst, unfriendly, impolite, and apathetic in town.you would have to treat them cold to get anything done.i have received far better treatment from government offices, which says a lot.unfortunate, since their photo quality is pretty good.i would find other places with better service, but if you don't care for it, their photo quality is good.

Servis buruk banget. Orangnya ga friendly dan dan maksa untuk foto sampe telpon 3 kali.
Kirim foto ke alamat yg salah, sampe salah kota. Not worth the price yg kemahalan dn too overrated. Won't come again!

I think this is the most professional photo business. I was surprised with many photos of former president of Indonesia which was taken place in this Tarzan Studio. Anyway, our photos for graduation ceremony are truly incredible. Two thumbs up.

Hasil foto ada yang mata ketutup ga dikonfirmasi langsung sembarangan kirim. Waktu mau di cetak ulang harus nambah 100k‍️

Very nice place and good gallery, have high quality photos and you can inquire anything to the staff will be replied kindly. The parking lot is limited. But great studio capacity. For the street in front can be quite cramped so perhaps to anticipate delays it is recommended to book first

One of a common place to get a good and everlasting family picture. My family has a tradition to have family picture taken every 5 years with Tarzan Photo everaince I was 5. Price is noy cheap but wotth the money. One of the recent receptionist staff was not friendly but other staff were kind. Especially the photographer crew. The photo crew were ao funny ans were able to pose us and handle my kids behaviour and my parents 's request really well and very patient. Many well known actress and actors and presidents and other important people had their picture taken there too.

Menggunakan jasa foto tarzan untuk wisuda.
Hasilnya ok, tp pelayananya kurang. Sewaktu mau foto sudah janjian jam 1, ternyata pas datang sistemnya tetap first come first serve. Kemudian pelayanannya di bagian administrasi kurang ramah dan kurang terorganisir.

Saya mendapat whatsapp dr salah satu staff tarzan bahwa foto saya sudah jadi dan dapat diambil.
Saat sy mau ambil foto pakai layanan ojek online, ojek onlinenya sampai marah2 karena tdk bs menemukan order atas nama saya.

Akhirny Sy datang sendiri kesana dan mbak2 nya dengan santai bilang bahwa order atas nama saya tidak ada atau mungkin belum jadi.
Lalu begitu sy minta untuk search ulang nama saya dengan ejaan dan spasi yang benar, maka muncullah data order saya.

Saya rasa karena selama ini Tarzan cukup memonopoli pasar maka pelayanannya menjadi kurang. Mungkin beberapa tahun mendatang saat fotografer2 dan studio2 baru yang lain muncul, maka Tarzan akan semakin ditinggalkan.

Semoga Tarzan bs semakin meningkat dr segi pelayanannya jika tidak mau ditinggal.
