Ramai pengunjung saat weekend jadi harus sabar menunggu antrian dan penyajian makanan. Staffnya ramah.

Pegawainya diskriminatif.kondisi saat saya datang itu masih banyak tempat sepi, lalu saya minta di sofa tapi dibilang gabisa.lalu saya minta request tempat lainnya tetep dibilang gabisa dan akhirnya ditempatin di tempat duduk yg kurang nyaman.ga lama setelahnya ada pasangan datang dan mereka dikasih ke tempat duduk yg awalnya ga boleh saya tempatin padahal kami sama2 berdua.saat saya tanya ke pegawainya kenapa saya diperlakukan berbeda jawabannya malah muter2.makanannya enak, servicenya buruk.ga akan balik lagi kecuali buat take away

Tempatnya cozy ditambah model kursi jadul makin nyaman buat ngobrol lama
Paling favorit nasi goreng sei kecombrang ga ada lawan badebest deh u must try

Ismaya gak pernah gagal!

Makanannya enak dan sangat variatif. Kayak makan dengan menu warung. Harga sesuai dengan rasa. Kopi di sini Djurnal, tetapi gak selengkap kalau ke Djurnal langsung.

1. Nasi goreng teri nya enak banget, terinya sangat banyak (mikir sih kebanyakan gak ya, karena jadi asin banget). Tapi saya sih suka asin.
2. Ayam geprek kejunya standard aja. Tapi kalau pesan geprek keju, gak dapet sambal jadi agak boring.
3. Pisang madunya enak. Tapi buat saya kejunya kurang banyak.
4. Kopi gak usah dipertanyakan lagi. Juara kelas!

Their food is just So-So and their Aglio Olio is weird. The taste is like eating chili's powder. Eating their snacks is good like cimol, Bihun pastel, bakso goreng is really recommended.

The atmosphere is really good and good for hangout with family, colleagues or friends

The price is affordable so dont scared to come ya.

Tempatnya enak buat meeting dan ngumpul sih tapi pelayanannya sangat kurang. Saat customer lagi ngobrol pelayan datang tanpa bilang permisi ambil piring kosong. Meskipun niatnya mungkin supaya meja lebih luas. Padahal tempatnya lagi kosong dan datang di hari selasa jam 2 (bukan rush hour meskipun di mall). Pelayanannya juga kurang ramah. Makanan okelah harganya standard tempat mall dan rasanya masih lumayan enak

Food wasn't served about 30 mins. I order Ayam Geprek, basically its easy to cook. But why? I need to wait more than 30 mins? I instead to quit this restaurant and pay my bills without any food served. This restaurant highly not respect customers time. This was a twice here I had visited. I have my own Ismaya Membership too and Its Black tier, but the service does not match with this tier. There wasn't greetings when I arrived, I immediately sat alone without the direction of the GR staff. Sucks.

I know i've been sitting for a while as I was working while waiting for a friend. We intend to order more food when the waiter suddenly came and told us to settle the bill. Told him we want to order some more but he insisted that we need to pay NOW. It's like they're forcing us to leave. Not happy:)

Tempatnya nyaman, asyik, enak buat ngumpul bareng teman. Tempat duduknya lumayan banyak sebenarnya, tapi karena ramai jadinya cukup padat dan jarak antar meja tidak begitu jauh.
Makanannya enak dengan harga yang affordable serta fair. Penyajiannya lumayan cepat untuk makanan, minumannya malah belakangan. Pelayanannya baik.

Ke sini karena banyak review bagus, sayang sekali harus ngalamin pengalaman yang jelek di sini.
Datang di jam 12, sepi, tapi ga ada yang nyambut dan ngarahin.

Pelayan (cowo) ngasih kertas scan menu cuma dilempar aja, gak kaya resto lain yg dengan ramah kasih tau silahkaj discan menunya.

Pelayan (cowo) yg bawain minuman pesanan kami datang menyimpan minuman sambil ngomong ke pelnggan di meja lain yg nanyain colokan, trus dia lempar sedotan ke meja kami, trus dia langsung ke pelanggan yg nanyain colokan itu dan bantuin dia.

Meja sebelah kami, pesan teh panas, dikasih air panas aja, tehnya lupa dibawain.

Kopinya enak, tapi nggak sebanding dengan pelayanannya. Kayanya cukup sekali aja ke sini, mending ke kafe/resto lain aja.

Took my lunch here and had good food and service. Couldn't pass my favorite street food spicy tofu or tahu gejrot fresh from the traditional chariot and tender spicy green chili chicken with white rice and fried soybean cake or tempe. This ayam bejo julid was so tender and the seasoning was just perfect. Please don't order if you can't stand with the heat. The service waa good, waiter was bother to ask the food taste and if everything was fine with their service. The price was really value for money. You can buy this dishes with the price of food court dishes. Well better to order here than food court as there was crowded and noisy.

The food was Ok
But the service is bad compares to people's cafes i tried before (in gandaria city & bandung). Our drinks came very late, even when we were half way enjoying our meal, still not coming, only my child's drink that serve on time. I had to ask & remind the waiter for so many times. Then my husband drink's were served when he almost finished his food but mine need to wait additional abt 10 mins to get served. AND MY DRINK WAS ONLY AN ICED TEA, WHY IS IT SO HARD TO MAKE AN ICED TEA? I complained to the waiter, the waiter did say sorry, told us the reason that our drink wasnt printed on the system (i think it's so weird to happen with online ordering) but with a big smile no sign of guilty on the face. Then I see one of the waiter in black shirt were talking & laughing in a very loud volume. The cafe played calming background music for the customer, the employee in a black shirt should know his place & the ambience of the place he works in. Very disappointing.

Terrible service. Ordered ice doger. I was watching my order melts on the counter nobody bothered to deliver it to my table. So i ended up taking it myself (self service)

Bad attitude for the staff & manager. Gaakan balik lagi kesini hehehe.

Kesini bareng sama team kantor buat makan siang - makan malem sambil kerja, dari awal duduk sebagian udah pesen tapi staff nya bolak balik ke meja secara tidak friendly sampe nyebut "soalnya kan duduknya rame rame, masa pesen makannya dikit. " padahal itu baru beberapa menit duduk & sebagian dr kita udh pesen makan berat.

Karena beberapa kali di treat kaya gitu, akhirnya kita pesen sampe 6x sampe pesen dessert2 dan snack2 dalam rangka waktu 4 jam-an duduk.

Kirain udah selesai sampe situ, jam 7 malem tbtb staffnya dateng nyamperin udah bawa bill dan disuruh bayar, katanya managernya yang nyuruh. Padahal itu belum selesai, masih mau pesen makan malem. Katanya waktu nya udah melebihi dr seharusnya (?) padahal ga semua bangku di cafenya penuh means kita ga menghalangi orang jadi gabisa duduk & dine in. Akhirnya yaudah bayar tp karena emg masih mau duduk & mau makan malem, pesen lagi di bill baru.

Udah peseen makan malem masih disamperin & ditanya secara tidak friendly "masih mau ada pesen lagi ngga ya? " kayak heeh udah berapa kali sih nanya & udah pesen banyaak daritadi. Salah satu staff terparah di restoran yg pernah ku temuin hehe

Another bad notes; para staff nya suka bercanda pake suara kenceng & kasar nyanyi nyanyi dipelesetin pake bahasa binatang & semacamnya.hihi takut dechhhhhhh

Sebagai pecinta spaghetti carbonara, menurut saya spaghetti carbonata disini rasanya enak, creamy banget tapi enggak bikin eneg

Langganan makan di sini, bahkan waiter juga dah tau.tp gak pernah pesan salad. Ini pesan salad, udah keluarnya 1 jam, sampe akhirnya di take away eh liat deh isinya cm lettuce 1 jenis dan ayam suir!

Yg parah masa dressingnya bener2 di kasih mayonaise tanpa di bikin dress macem2, Asli ini Ismaya apa usaha baru buka ya?

Food was delicious but more rice than the meal itself.
Overall it was okay

Rasanya so-so dan pelayanannya super parah.pesan makanan sampai 1jam lebih ternyata pas ditanya belum diproses dengan alasan system error.padahal yang baru datang makanannya malah pada keluar duluan.bilangnya proses 15-20 menit tapi ternyata stelah 1jam lebih makanan sy belum diproses juga jadi hrs nunggu skitar stengah jam lagi.ga worth it ya nunggu lama buat makanan bgini.not recommended.

Aku pesen 3 jenis menu
1.spaghetti carbonara: cream nya asem kayak basi
2.soto mie bogor: tidak ada rasanya (kurang seasoning), mie nya keras, kuah nya dikit banget
3.laksa: too creamy & gaada seger2nya

Pesan di grab pake ambil sendiri ga sesuai waktunya di aplikasi. Nunggu lama bgt. Pelayanan nya jg cuek, konsumen sendiri aja yg ambil di cuekin kayak gini gmn Abang online yg ambil ya? Pasti LBH di cuekin

Food was okay and fairly priced. I could give 4 star for the food but the service was really really bad.
I was coming with my son and husband, and my son is sleeping hence we need to have proper chair to be able to enjoy our food.
The child friendly table with sofa is available, the waitres said okay, but unfortunatley the supervisor/manager (?) came and said the table is for >4 people, the waiters (with trainee tshirt) are kind enough and speak politely but the supervisor/manager who use plain shirt with no apron is not talking with good manner, not even look at our face when talking. Pretty rude.
To be honest we can understand the reasoning, and accepting at first when they gave us the table with wooden chair and chair without back support. I have to hug my sleeping son during eating while trying to enjoy the food. When the resto is not so packed anymore I asked if we can move to the sofa. Again, got rejected because we are just a group of 3. The waiters was kind enough to say that he need to ask the supervisor/manager (the same rude person) only to get the same no answer.

Then not long after that came young people of 3 and they seat on the table with sofa, then coming another family group of 3 and they can seat on the table with sofa seater too.
They are also not saying thanks or giving warm gesture whenever customers finished and left. I mean.wow what a cold approach. I have zero energy to complain to the staffs, because it seems useless and only creates drama, so let the complain typed here and hope the management to see and hopefully ISMAYA willing to improve this.
Restaurant/cafe is not only about food, but also service, they should know better.

Such a bad experience, staff with ZERO empathy and BAD manner is not worth the food at all. Def not coming again.

8 PM. Sunday 22nd May 2022.

I was with family of 6 + 1 baby.
We are seated to a table by the manager in black shirt.

After 5 minutes, suddenly he asks us to move to another table because a lady of his acquaintances want to sit in our table, even though they were only 2 of them.

At the end they give us another table, with a split seat.

Just wondering, is it a common etiquette in this restaurant? Or just this one?

Nice ambiance for morning business meeting. Nice coffee and local food snacks:) - My fav is Cireng Goreng.

3. Pelayanan skor 4, uda bagus perlu ditingkat aja

5. Kenyaman Skor 5, ambience n atmosper dalam ruangan ok banget, cocok buat kumpul2 and ada smooking room juga didalam mall.

Peringatan utk para pengunjung yg blm tau aturannya di cafe ini, walau sdh pesan makan dan minum, maximal kita cuma boleh 1.5jam di cafe ini.tempat ini ga cocok untuk kerja ya, cuma buat makan dan minum, walau judulnya cafe tp bukan tmp nongkrong.
Kalo mau lbh dr 1.5jam hrs pesen lagi, ya maaph deh mba, namanya jg lg kerja ga kepikiran mo mkn minum lagi.
Kami si ga keberatan kalo memang ada peraturan seperti itu, itu hak nya yg punya resto, tp paling gak bahasanya yg lebih enak dong. Gak usah ditekenin "kakak sudah 3 jam di sini".
Saya si ga bakal balik lagi ya ke cafe ini, walau cm mo mkn doang.

Nice place, wide array of menus with reasonable prices. Piccolo is sort of on the low end of an acceptable quality, served plain with no latte art, flat and too hot, serving saucer is too small to hold the glass.

Our first time to TPC.
The scanned menu system is flawed, unfortunately. It made us confused for 10min or so, coz other table's order was submitted to ours and we could not proceed with our orders in the basket.

Luckily staff was nice and helpful, taking it manually with the ol' reliable paper note:) but still the experience was ruined a bit the first time.

Fix it, please.

Saya dan istri mendapatkan pelayanan yg sangat sangat buruk disini. Pertama kami disuruh menunggu ketika ingin memesan hingga saya langsung mencari pelayannya. Kedua saat pembayaran pelayannya tidak sabaran, tidak memberi kesempatan pelanggan untuk mencari uang pas karena dari kasir sendiri kurang 1.700 rupiah. Jadi demikian ulasan ini. Tks

Nice food, nice location, nice price and nice waiters! They have a good protocol ; providing
the eating utensils in an envelope; scanned menus and order directly on your phone ; all the workers wear mask. Check out their daily promo menu which is very affordable! I've never experience any People's cafe that is bad, most of them hv good service, keep it up!

Nice place to hangout. They have wifi connection, but you have to register first the ismaya group member via application. I got free voucher 100k. Yeay!

Suasana nyaman, pelayanan cepat, durasi penyajian kurang cepat. Pramusaji sangat ramah. Kasir menerima payment via cash dan debit, mungkin kredit juga.

Diluar pemandangannya bagus tapi sayang ga terlalu keliatan jelas. Tempatnya asik buat sekedar nongkrong cuma harganya ga sepadan sama makanannnya. Mungkin karena ini Jakarta kali ya.

I tried one of their recommended dish, Salted Egg Chicken (IDR 50k). The dish comes with a sunny side up egg and warm white rice. I love that the salted egg yolk sauce is rich and creamy, perfectly coated the fried chicken pieces. As a big fan of salted egg chicken, I must say that this is one of the best in town! Their Twisted Nachos (IDR 45k) were also good and perfect for the appetizer while waiting for the main dish. Never disappointed with The People's Cafe menus. A great option should you wish not to overspend when you're visiting Grand Indonesia shopping mall.

The first problem is i ordered Milo Macchiato. It took a long for me to know that Milo was out of stock.i asked the waiter once, then he said, "oh, please wait, i guess they have made it, i am afraid it can be a double order". Ok, i am waiting. Until 25 minutes i came to cashier and asked them my order, and they just informed me that Milo was used up. They didn't inform me before. So i changed it to other beverages. The second thing is, when i paid the bill. Again i must to waited a long time to take my change back. Then i came back to cashier and asking them my change. I Hope The Cafe can be better than this.

This place is quite cozy, lovated in fifth floor of grand indonesia, the menu have a width variation, with indonesian food specialty, I'm only take a cup of coffee here, single origin toraja, it's not too bad, but it's not strong enough tough, eitheir it too much water or not enough coffee in it

Smelly

I love the food at The People's Cafe but something about the outlet in GI is it smells so bad. Around the area where I sat, I could smell terrible aroma perhaps from a dead rat.
Please Ismaya, improve the cleanliness and get rid the funny smell.

Loving the pizza, loving the prices, and loving the service given from the waiter and waitress. Definitely will go back again for quick meal there

For beverages taste is pretty good but im quite dissapointed with the salted egg bowl. It was so tasteless. I thought salted egg supposed to taste more salty. Other than that it was fine.for the price is mediocre

Pesen ayam geprek porsinya besar dan rasanya enak sih. Temen pesen salted egg juga tampilannya menarik. Cuma servicenya yang agak ngaco.jarak antar pesanan datang lama, sampai2 temen saya ada yang pesanannya dibungkus aja gara2 ga dateng2. Minta bill juga lama banget datangnya. Kalo diliat2 kayanya waitressnya pada kebingungan sendiri, gak jelas gitu siapa ngerjain ini siapa ngerjain itu. Dari segi keramahan udah cukup sih. Cuma tolong SOP nya diperbaiki lagi supaya pelayanannya oke dan gak lama.

Only wanted drinks. Got sat down in the corner but not one of the many waiters approached to take our order. All stood around like zombies.

Great partially hidden peoples cafe. This is in grand Indonesia west mall below the cgv cinema. The views are good as long as the pollution does not get in the way. Chicken ceasar salad was good but a bit much on the dressing. The grilled cheese was very good. A place to relax and get some work done.

Plus the beverages are nice too. So it was a pleasant dinner we had here.

I ordered Mie Tek-Tek (Jogjakartan’s fried noodles style) and my friend ordered Nasi Goreng Ikan Teri. Both dish were good. And the portion are big! If you have big tummy so it’s quite an advantage.

I really like the fried noodles, it’s rich of spices.taste really good:)

Their fried enoki mushrooms was yummy, too.

Definitely will come back again.

Popular place, great for a coffee and a snack, very comfortable and their cappuccino is really good and reasonably priced

Makanan nya enak, pilihan nya beragam, ada beberapa menu baru. Menjual Alkohol juga. Tidak ada high chair untuk anak. Pelayanan nya cepat dan ramah. Interior cafe nya menarik. Pembayaran bisa menggunakan cash/card/pembayaran digital lain.

Pesen mie bakso tidak pake toge. Nunggu 20menit lebih.begitu datang pakai toge. Minta ganti eh kuahnya bau toge, kuahnya dingin. Ini diganti atau cuma didiemin trus tinggal toge dibuang?
Nga lagi2 dech makan dengan bentuk begini. Sdh lama bukan main trus dapetnya makanan sdh dingin salah pula.

Quite good cafe & resto. The taste of foods & beverages also good. But many times came there, the sound system was quite bad, so noisy and couldn't be adjusted.

Salah satu People cafe yang saya kunjungi ada di mall Grand Indonesia Jakarta. Untuk tempat ok, cuman makanan kebanyakan makanan pedas, untuk menu yang lain ada juga, cuman kalau saya liat mereka mengusung tema pedas. Oh yaa.meskipun di mall. People cafe ini ada smoking room yaa.untuk yang lain nya kunjungi aja brother.
