1st time menginap di The Pod Kost bersama teman-teman.

Very nice. Very detail. Comfort buat acara ramean. Konsepnya unik dan suka banget.

Bersih, rapih, wangi. Next kalau mau ada hang out/outing/liburan bareng teman-teman dan saudara, mau ah ke sini lagi.

Oya, ga usah susah-susah cari makan. Bisa pesan makanan dan minuman dengan harga sangaaaaaaat terjangkau.

Tempat nya cocok buat kumpul2 ato team gathering untuk rame2 (>28 orang). Deket sama kota tua. Pemiliknya juga ramah dan fast respon. Fasilitasnya lengkap ada kulkas juga dan ruang kamar nya ternyata cukup luas walaupun konsep nya bunkbed

Best ini tempat, berdasarkan sebulan ngekost disini
1. Penjaga baik dan oke untuk ngebersihin kamar. Disini ada house rulesnya tapi menurut gua masih fair untuk tenant dan owner, kalo mau pulang lebih daei jam 11 ada solusinya juga jadi masih ada jalan keluarnya.
2. Kamar okee ngga sempit juga, pas untuk yang mau tinggal sendiri ataupun berdua, untuk desainnya kamar ini punya desain industrial minimalist.kamar mandinya juga okee ada shower, toilet duduk, kaca, wastafel.tapi untuk ac agak kurang dingin tapi kalau bilang ke ownernya bisa segera dibersihin. Untuk keseluruhannya dari segi kamar okee banget
3. Lingkungan disini tipenya individualis karena yang tinggal rata rata mereka proffesionals, yang penting ngga mengganggu satu sama lain bakal aman.
4. Ownernya ramah dan peduli banget, kenal sama semua tenants dan selalu nanyain ada masalah apa ngga kalo ketemu. Sebelum pindah kesini dijelasin peraturan peraturan di kos ini sampai paham. Jadi diusahakan ngga ada kesalahpahaman sebelum masuk kesini.
5. Fasilitas disini ada rooftop kalo mau hangout bareng dan rooftopnya cukup okee apalagi kalo malem. Selain rooftop disini ada kantin bagi yang males keluar dan pesen gofood. Disini juga ada laundry jadi kita ngga usah keluar keluar kos untuk nyari laundry
Mungkin itu review dari gua, ini tempat gua rekomendasiin untuk orang orang yang nyari kost deket kota tua karena deket bus tj kali besar barat (tinggal jalan kaki) untuk yang rombongan disini juga ada kamarnya jadi bisa untuk ngelakuin gathering

Kami mengadakan rekoleksi selama 3 hari 2 malam disini, dan merasa sangat nyaman. Fasilitas lengkap, bersih, design menarik dan bagus utk foto, pelayanan ok, owner sangat ramah, privacy terjaga, ac bekerja dengan baik, layout tertata sangat rapih, area kamar dan lounge terpisah dgn pintu, sehingga kalau masih ada yg ngobrol2 di lounge, tidak mengganggu yg mau istirahat. Overall ok banget! Akan balik lagi kesini dan rekomendasi ke temen2. Thank you ko.

The PodKost is a nice place for community gatherings. They have a big space for around 30-50 guests. The bunk room is clean and has enough space for each person. I like the complete facilities such as a pantry, cutlery, plates, electric stove, dispenser, refrigerator, beanbag, clean bathrooms, hair dryer, wifi, a lot of ac, and a TV that can connect to YouTube.
The host is so kind and fast in response. Thank you The PodKost for making our community gathering fun and comfortable.

Tempat yang nyaman untuk berkumpul 50orang dan buat yang males pergi keluar Jakarta ini adalah solusi!

Tempat yang nyaman untuk rombongan sekitar 50 orang. Tempatnya bersih, ruang bersama / keluarga di lengkapi smart tv, dapur peralatannya cukup lengkap, kamar dan toilet bersih dan juga nyaman. Minusnya tidak disediakan selimut dan handuk, but ok

Good place to stay if you want to bring group and just do a staycation or even visit the old city district. The host is friendly and the bunk room is good. Toilet is clean and overall I find the stay quite enjoyable

Cozy place! Near the toll also so it's an easy access, overall a great place for large gatherings and staycation!

A great and comfy place to have gathering events. Homy yet well-designed interior, the big space enable multiple type of big group activities.

Also, hands up to the kind and good service by the owner. Oh, and the food is reasonably cheap and heyy.its very near Kota Tua famous spot!

Recommended for group stay, corporate events, etc, for 16 up to 64 people. The common area is spacious loft and the rooms are bunk bed. Each bunk bed (they called it pods hence the name podkost) had its charging station and lamp. They have unique security passcode for each room and common area so the security and privacy are guaranteed. The facility is pretty complete too, as they have wifi, cutleries, smart TV (connected to youtube, netflix, amazon prime). The owner is very helpful, fast response, friendly and giving thorough explanation from the start til finish. You can also order food like Indomie, roti bakar etc by asking the house assistants for extra fee. The rules are quite strict but nothing peculiar.

Another plus, it's just 10-15 mins walking distance to Kota Tua, so you can walk or have a nice jog there.

I really enjoyed my staycation in Podkost with my friends, the owner really nice, humble and help us to get the best experiences for our staycation event, staffs also really helpful and kind, the rooms are very clean, and everything is excellent! The rooftop has nice plants and a perfect place to enjoy a bit of jakarta city view, location is also very good it is near shops and 'kota tua' which is a famous tourist spot in Jakarta we also can use the smart tv for our event which make it more perfect!

Jenis penginapan yang jarang ditemuin di Jakarta. Bangunan baru, bagus dan rapih. Sangat disarankan untuk stay disini.

Best place for large community gatherings in the city, the owner is very welcoming and explained everything we need to know about the place prior to booking, even offered a tour. Plenty of rooms for up to 64 people. Less than a kilometer from Fatahillah Square and Jakarta Kota Station so we can bring our group there by walking. Certainly full of good memories for our community.

The location is strategic and owner is very responsive.

Its a great place for meetings with lots of people. We use this facility with around 16 people and still feel spacious. Just several hundred meters from kota tua. (Walking distance). You need to be aware with the parking as it will only fit for several cars only. Kudos to the owner, very helpful and super friendly.

Tempat penginapan yang sangat nyaman dan bersih. Terdapat kost bulanan dan Airbnb harian, rooftop untuk tempat santai di lantai 4, laundry di lantai 1, dan room service (makanan ringan, berat, serta minuman yang enak).

Had a meeting here for around 30 people. Common room, rest room is clean. If you are searching for a place to stay with a big group this is definetly the place.

Rekomen banget buat staycation bareng BFF atau family gathering. Lokasinya dekat dengan Museum Sejarah Jakarta atau Fatahillah (5 menit jalan kaki). Tempatnya luas, bersih dan private. Fasilitas menginapnya juga lengkap, seperti dapur, colokan banyak, WiFi kenceng, shower air panas, TV, pin code door lock, rooftop, dll.

Yang terbaik adalah hostnya ramah dan informatif banget.

Masukan buat The PodKost. Kalo check out-nya bisa agak lebih siang akan lebih baik. But overall, satisfied.

At first time I'm not quite sure it will be a great place to stay in. But I found the room was so clean and the service was so damn excellent. Kita dilayani dengan baik, bersedia dihubungi tengah malam. Frankly, yang paling mengesankan ketika kita ninggalin ruangan dalam keadaan berantakan, paginya semua ruangan sudah bersih dan rapi, piring dan gelas sudah dicuci, sampah sudah dibuang. I highly recommend you guys The Podkost.

The place itself is very spacious so it's comfortable even if you have lots of people. There's a Wifi for people to connect to, a Smart TV to watch something, and an incredibly comfortable bunk beds.

The caretaker is really helpful and easy to contact. The owner explains the rules of the place clearly and isn't too strict with anything as long as you're reasonable.

Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay in Jakarta with a considerable amount of people in your group but still looking for a fair price, this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

Villa / Guestroom yang amat bagus. Pelayanan baik, ada keeper yg ready to assist 24 jam. Harga ramah di kantong, cocok untuk acara gathering, reuni, dan acara acara informal lainnya. Kamar tidur bersih, begitupun kamar mandi. Tersedia dapur dan meja makan. Recommended for budget staycation.

This place is awesome. Perfect place for big groups, provided up to 40 guests. The place is big, comfy and clean. The toilets are awesome, water heater works perfectly. The best part is that Pak Andi (the caretaker) was very helpful. He takes the garbage regularly, easy to contact (even at midnight), refill water etc. Probably would recommend this place to all my friends. There's rooftop also if you want to smoke or doing barbeque. The owners are fast response. Price-wise it's 10/10

Best staycation place you will get in jakarta for a group, space lega dua lantai, sterile and private cocok untuk acara bersama sama, ada penjaga 24 jam lengkap dengan security camera di berbagai tempat, bunk bednya juga cukup besar hingga ada tempat penyimpanan masing masing, response owner cepat dan rules jelas serta penjaga yg juga ramah, highly recommended

Nginap 3 hari 2 malam disini nyaman banget, parkiran lumayan lega bisa untuk beberapa mobil. Daerah wajib masker lengkap dengan westafel di area parkir.

Ruangan bersama luas ditambah dapurnya lengkap ada kompor listrik, dispenser dengan air siap minum dan peralatan makan. Kamar model kapsul, tapi lega karena kasurnya besar, ada gantungan baju dan ada lemari kecil juga.
Kamar mandi air panasnya lancar, sabun dan sampo juga ready terus.
Ruangan ber-AC jadi ga bisa ngerokok, tapi ada rooftop yang lega untuk ngerokok plus ngopi santai.
Oh iya disini ada fasilitas smart tv lengkap dengan netflix dan beberapa aps stream lainnya.

Disini juga jual beberapa makanan berat atau cemilan, bisa dipesan via WA dan diantar ke kamar.
Staff sangat bersahabat dan banyak membantu. Intinya saya sangat merekomendasikan The Podcost.
