I met Alvina, who works there, and she was courteous, helpful, and very welcoming. She made the stay pleasant. 5 star customer service and above what I expected. Thank you for everything!

Saya cukup senang berada di tempat ini apalagi kalau suwaktu saya mengunjungi tempat atau kota ini Tapi sayangnya belum ramah pelayanannya dan fasilitasnya terhadap difabel atau kawan-kawan disabilitas

Hotel Mewah dari harga per malamnya saja sudah terlihat ya jadi gak perlu di ragukan lagi.
Untuk Pelayanan pastilah sangat sangat sangat memuasakan.
Untuk kamar jangan diragukan karena hotel ini hotel mewah jadi kamarnya bagus rapih dan bersih.

Mewah bak istana. Untuk menjaga 1 palang pintu masuk mereka menempatkan 1 anjing pelacak dgn 2 atau lebih security. Dan securitynya kurang ramah & kurang memiliki etika.

Pertama kalinya ke hotel ini dan terkesan banget sama keramahan staff2nya, plus pada sigap dan helpful juga. Kaya ngga bisa gitu liat tamunya bingung or kesusahan.
Padahal waktu ke sana aku sama temen2 bukan sebagai tamu nginep, tapi lagi tugas negara jadi wo client kita yang cuma nginep buat persiapan wedding, bukan tamu wedding di sana. Tapi tetep see-helpful itu.

Great personalized service, with hotel staff going an extra mile to accommodate requests. During my first visit, I was given a complimentary coffee package. And to top it all, they have very scrumptious breakfast buffet with a wide selection of cheeses, breads and rolls, cakes and pastries, fruits including blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and yogurts. You can even order from their menu which is already part of the free breakfast that comes with the room. Another plus is the fast internet service. A tip: you should be mindful of your reservation. I was upgraded several times to the Hotel Residences, but I felt it was a downgrade, While the residences are spacious, with two large rooms with own toilet and baths and self-contained complete with a kitchen, they do not have the same amenities as the hotel. The hotel also connects to the Pacific Place Shopping which has lots of restaurants, a grocery and lots of high end shops.

Spacious room! Great breakfast buffet at Syailendra. A good meeting point for business matters. High security system.

Once you step inside you feel the 5 star quality surround you. Its professional yet friendly staff makes a good welcome balance.

Dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan mudah nyari restoran dan perlengkapan lain disini.pas kesini baru ada pembangunan dan sempat mati lampu pas ada acara jadi punya kesan kurang bagus.hanya saja pelayanan dan service nya baik, walau butuh beberapa waktu untuk memulihkan keadaan

Luxurious old ritz. The lobby is very grand and nice. However the room needs a revamp i think. The interior of the rooom is looking rather tired.

I've spent 2 days from 26-28 Dec 2019 with family & this was our first time. Compared to other 5 star hotels, i can say the service is quite slow or even seems they've forgotten of what we asked. The staff are nice (except one of the receptionist in Asia Restaurant). The facilities are quite old & the swimming pool is the worst. My 8 yo son had an accident that caused ripped ear. The floor is very slippery because of material is unsafe (does not use materials commonly used in other hotels, which are not slippery). His ear hit the floor sign that is made of metal with silver metal color which makes it unnoticeable (i don't understand why they use this material). The rubber pathway is thin, small & only cover few parts of the pool edge. They don't even have first aid ready near the pool. That makes my son had to wait quite long for medicine. Very poor. But the staff at that time was very helpful though i assumed it is not his responsibility. The management must willing to invest on this.

Dinner di Asia Resto saat tt sy ultah. Makanannya bervariasi, semua pelayan disini ramah, memberikan service yg lebih utk yg berulang tahun. Semuanya oke bgt

That was amazing! Everything was of the highest quality. Lots of complimentary surprise extras. After checkout I got to stay a few hours longer at the fantastic pool on the fifth before my taxi arrived. Only one possible improvement: it was hard to understand some employees' English pronunciation.
Mrs Brenda was the best employee.

Impeccable facility and service as you would expect from a five star hotel. I also had access to the club lounge which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The food was good and every day they had a different local dish for dinner. The service was great and the waiters were always friendly and helpful. Other parts of the hotel like the gym, spa, and pool were also great. I used the gym extensively, it was a decent size and never thought it was over crowded. The service was also great, the staff always kept all the machines stocked with towels and water, and they offer free classes at select hours.

Kudos to the staff. They are knowledgeable and well trained. One of the intern even remember my name days after I checked in. Keep up the good work Ritz Carlton!

Good service! But for Sunday brunch it's so so. Not so much selections, less selection for desserts, No Italian food, & Local food also not complete.

Huge, luxurious and clean hotel. What a class hotel in Indonesia. Hope one day I will be there again. Thank you for the chance. Love it
