The Westin Jakarta

Everyhing was great! I really love the shampoo and conditioner! Clean bathroom, plenty of hot water, great wifi connection (zoom conference call in 2 devices without lagging at all), greaf service from the staff. The location is also great. LRT and Trans Jakarta station right in the front. Plaza Festival is also in a walking distance. The breakfast is really nice, so many to choose from!

A beautiful hotel with coffee on the 53rd floor and an attentive view. There is alcohol in it, may God protect us and you. And there is another view of the 69th floor, and there is a restaurant, but I did not eat there. I took a cappuccino and dessert

I attend an event located on Westin, and have a chance to see the room on 59 floor. The room is quite spacious, with exquisite city view. The food taste very good, especially for Indonesian. It's really suitable for business trip or staycation, since it is located in one of Jakarta business district

Well. I didn't stay there. I was chilling out at the bar. It has good view, best view in Kuningan I suppose. The cocktail is not as good as I thought it would be, cz it didn't have enough booze in it.

Very nice hotel, worth the stay.

One detraction, part of the amazing top floor view is looking over a giant cemetery.

The place is nice and the hotel is a bit away from the central district! The place has the highest bar in Indonesia at 65th floor! It has amazing view of Jakarta from the roof! The menu is limited after 11 pm

Hotel bintang 5 yang berlokasi dijalan Rasuna Said ternyata berada digedung yang tertinggi di Jakarta saat ini, jika dibandingkan dengan saudaranya yang di Bali Nusadua areanya tidak begitu luas, makanya untuk parkir tersedia juga dibasememt meskipun dihalaman ada, tapi ngga banyak. Untuk mencapainya ada dua lift yg khusus untuk naik dan khusus turun, saat kesini saya ngga mau menginap, tetapi ada janji dengan seseorang yang akan take foto/video disalah satu ruangan didepan cafe. Untuk mencapainya kita harus kelantai 52. Wow. Tinggi banget bro. Pantas naik liftnya lama bener baru sampai.

Attending birthday party friend at hensin restaurant and enjoying nightlife at hensin bar to relax from above. Supper cool dinner at 69th floor and with city view of course classy meal.

When I checked in 2 days ago reception no good take care what inside my package from marriot?
Also 250rup from marriot voucher they have to ask the boss the towel turn yellow no more white
The package include late check out Til 3pm. But they did not know, so upon checked out time 12pm they called up disturbed asked and also 1pm 2pm so disturbing
About 2 pm I give up never ever return to this hotel no more

View nya bagus banget, bersih banget hotelnya, pelayanannya juga bagus, menu breakfast nya juga banyak dan makanan nya enak banget

I came here for the resto, it is Seasonal Taste. May I say this is the best buffet restaurant in hotel I ever visited. Really lots of choices of food; Asian, Western, and Indonesian. The taste is really good. It is at 51st floor, the view is amazing

Stayed in an Executive Suite with Club Lounge Access for 5 nights. Our Suite was on the 65th Floor with stunning views of the Jakarta City skyline. Check in was smooth. Tiffany was great very professional. We were greeted by Steff - Dir. Of Loyalty & Guest Services. She has arranged us a nice little surprise which was very sweet.
Our Suite was great, beautiful, big, nice and clean with the best views of the city. The Westin Club Lounge being on the same floor was a bonus. It was like home. All the staff were super friendly and professional. Isti from the Club Lounge even booked my nail appointment! All the staff in all the outlets were very nice and friendly.
Club Lounge breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails are very good. Great spread. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere.
Special thanks to Housekeeping, they were amazing even folded our clothes! Plenty of towels and amenities. I can honestly say the staff cleaned our suite with love everyday. We were never disturbed once unlike in the other hotels, the staff don’t talk loud in the corridors. We slept well. Thanks so much HK.
This is one of the nicest and best hotels I have stayed in and will have beautiful memories. Thank you Westin management and all the staff who made our stay very memorable.

What i Like is the feeling of Modern Hotel. But what i dont like is the Westin Club not up to the mark. Le Meridian Club Lounge is 100 times better than Westin

High building in Rasuna Said, strategic location.
You can enjoy the scenery of Jakarta from this building.

Price is expensive.

The highest resto in Jakarta. Beautiful view even in the day, and must be more beautiful in the night.
Food is delicious as well.

It's nice hotel for conference and stay. The room side and room design are great. Food variety is awesome! You can find anything you wanna eat here (both breakfast and dinner).

The only problem I can see for this place is about elevator as there are only 3 elevators available and you have to change elevator between ground-to-hotel and lobby-to-room. This is quite annoying for me.

Join the important meeting with great service and food from the hotel. This is the second Westin that I have visited before in Kobe, Japan

It is good to find the praying room (musholla) nearby the function rooms.yet the space is too small

This is great hotel, Loved every moment I spent there. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Seasonal taste breakfast buffet was so diverse and wonderful. Specially the Indian corner, never had such good Indian food outside India.

Disini ada Henshin tempat rooftop yang tungginya hampir 67 lantai. Dan disini gak seperti rooftop sebelah yang masuk musti pake deposit dulu.disni bebas yang penting elegan aja dan bisa bayar.tempatnya enak mau datang sore ato malem tetep asik

Located in the highest building in Jakarta. It was a good experience sleeping at fifty-something floor. The room was good. You can also see a nice view of Jakarta from the restaurant.

Came here for birthday celebration on the buffet restaurant. The food got very good variety from local, western, and asian cuisine.
The desserts are mostly local and my favorites.
The ambient is abit dim for family events, but I guess it is perfect for date.
Services is good since this is four star hotel. I definitely like the place and will come back sometime.

Cannot give review on the rooms and the facilities but only on the food. Went there for the sunday buffet. It was quite packed since the place is relatively new. The restaurant has many stations; salad & sushi, grill, indo food, indian food, noodle, and dessert. I probably missed to mention one or two though. Love most of the food served and the chefs are really informative. The dessert area is also great. From martabak to donut to ice cream to cotton candy to pastries. They got it all.
The buffet is also reasonably priced and already include drinks.

The Westin is one of the best hotels in Jakarta. Our overall staying experience was pleasant and the service was excellent.

Occupying the top 19 floors of Gama Tower, currently the tallest building in the town, The Westin offered a breathtaking view of the downtown from the beginning. Since the lobby is located on the 52nd level, we had to take an elevator and it's funny that our ears kept popping. Checking in was quick and easy, although we had to wait for about 10 minutes before our room was ready.

Our Premium corner room was on the 59th level, decorated in a contemporary design and warm, earthy colours. The main space was spacious, with one king-size bed, widescreen television, and a sitting space which quickly became my favourite spot to read my novels. Full-height windows gave us unobstructed view of Mega Kuningan and Rasuna Said area.

The bathroom was luxurious in beige-coloured marble walls and floor. Bathroom products provided had a nice scent that I liked a lot. The bathtub was positioned next to the window, perfect for deep soaking while enjoying the city view.

It was Saturday night and we spent our night at Henshin on the 67th level. We met our friend from college who has befriended head chef Hajime Kasuga. She introduced us to him and he was very friendly and humble. He even took us on a special private tour around Henshin. If you stay at the premises, a visit to Henshin is a must. The rooftop bar serves Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine and a nice selection of cocktails (try Eden of Kyoto for something exotic).

The swimming pool on the 50th floor was quite crowded at that time. We did not spend much time there but I enjoyed the vitality pool in the men's changing room.

Our stay at the Westin was short but it was memorable. We would definitely come back here.
