A hidden gem in the busy city of Jakarta and a blessing for vegetarians.specializes in South Indian food but their Indian Chinese and North Indian food is equally tasty.nice and friendly staff thought the place is bit cramped but when you are looking for good tasty and hygienic food ambience doesn't matter that much.must visit place for Indian food especially south Indian food.

Old type restaurant, great food even order 2x in one week, great services with nice server give great recommendations, just have nasty toilet

Food was ok. There was no other vegeterian restaurant in Jakarta so we went here. Food was not that great but if you’re very hungry u can eat. They have non vegeterian restaurant and vegeterian restaurant separately. Please check and go

We have some bad experience while we have dinner with our guest from India. We ordered paperdum. Untill the other food we order served, the paperdum not yet serve and even the servant thay looks so so busy they didnt inform us the paperdum has sold out. Finally our guest was disappointed with the service given.
We need you to improve the service. Your waitress need to be able speaking in English too.

Bener-bener persis seperti di India dengan atmosfer restoran India, piring-piring stainless, dan aroma masakan penuh rempah yang mengambang di udara.

Restoran ini cuma menyediakan menu vegan. Kalau ingin yang nonveg, bisa ke restoran satunya bernama Udupi Delicious. Semuanya sama-sama enak.

Saya memesan pani puri dan aloo paratha. Benar-benar mengingatkan soal India dan segala kelezatan kulinernyaaa

Overall, semua okeee baik dari rasa makanan dan service. Terkadang mereka sering memberi complimentary untuk icip-icip. Untuk harga, memang cenderung pricey, tp cukup worth it untuk kuliner autentik di kawasan Jakarta.

Great for South Indian food. North Indian food is average in taste. Sometimes service is bad when it's too crowded.

Terrible food and terrible service! Why am I giving anything to lazy pathetic servers? Don't go to either this place or Udipi Delicious both have same owner and both are bad! Udipi Delicious is cheating on taxes so watch your bill and the menu closely. Make sure your bill total is correct.

I have given 5 stars rating as it is only pure vegetarian Indian restaurant in the region.
Taste is good and Indian. Though space is slightly limited as compared to other Indian restaurants, it is comfortable and good enough. Prices are also ok.

Kalau belum sanggup kerjasama sama gojek jangan kerjasama. Orderan masuk jam 19.03 jam 19.35 belum kelar, hadeeeeh. Alasannya lagi rame, ya emang kalau lagi rame kompornya cuma satu doang. Astaga. Kita gojek kerja make waktu, harus di hargai, apalagi kalau lagi ngejar bonus. Tolong di pahami. Orang makan di tempat kan dia emang lagi santai ga buru2 kayak gojek.

Ordered Indian Veg thali and on Go food it was showing in stock. Order got placed. Card was deducted automatically. Then I get message saying order is cancelled please reorder another item. No option in gofood. I call up the restaurant and the guy on phone says item is out of stock and hangs up the phone.the second time I fall up the girls says it will take time for refund to happen.
So far nothing has happened.
This has been an incident reported twice by me.

I'm not vegetarian nor Indian. But this place was delicious!

Malasa dosa - 5/5. Perfectly crispy. The chutney was flavorful without overpowering.

Protip: Order the paper dosa if you have an army to feed and get ready for something the size of a table.

Will certainly be back again. Would consider moving to this neighborhood or finding a job in the area just so I can be closer to this restaurant.

Cons: They don't have rasgula on the menu, only gulab jamun. If you know where I can find it in Jakarta, let me know.

Amazing food, lovely staff, quick service, and they even added cheese on request to my Dosa I visit atleast one a week.

Udupi Shree Krishna is a very good Indian Restaurant, offering authentic Indian food in north Jakarta. The food was awesome and the ambiance was pleasant.

Udupi Shree Krishna is the veg restaurant of the 2 restaurants in same place. Both are located in TKC in North Jakarta.

The dosa options are just too good. So is Veg Manchow soup. The service is fast and they serve you with smile.

One star less, since the manger (Sridhar), doesn't smile at patrons nor does engage in conversations or asking abt service.

If you are carving for South indian food this is the place to go for in Jakarta.restaurant is well maintained and clean. Food is amazing with lot of options to choose from be it south Indian, north india, Chinese etc. But south Indian is just amazing.others are just ok

The saviour kitchen for vegetarians and english speaking people in the island nation! Exemplary taste.unbeatable hospitality! Very curteous staff. Just we made sure to be back for lunch dinner breakfast in our short stay in JAKARTA:)

The food is very authentic indian. The crowd is indian families. Service is not very professional as they use young locals. Locating is a bit difficult.
