A nice co working space. But its location is too high on 6th floor. And the building itself is confusing, had a hard time to find the elevator event the entrance of Union Space is right in front of the elevator of 6th floor, but most of the visitor took an escalator
I have no idea how to call this place because it's confusing, this place is like a combination of; - business centre - business lounge - virtual office but with no one help to handle all your calls - office space - cafe - printing center
In conclusion, this place is cool and become your temporary office to handle the clients or you need a meeting room for a group. For those who have no office, this place is an ideal place to run your business, you can do print and other functions as above mentioned, bases on the rental cost. Well, make it as your own office, your meeting room, your guest room and whatever your business needs because this place is open from 9am to 10pm daily including Public Holidays.
Another point plus of running a business from this place are; many banks, cafes, gym, cinema, hotels, retails and supermarkets within walking distance from this place.
No worry about serving food or drink to your guest or client, you can order food and drinks there. At the time you have done with your works and feel tired you can find a comfort coach to rest and feel at home.
My friend and I went for dinner here the other day and here is our review.
=Crispy Pork with Truffle Salt at 95k= Have you ever been to any Chinese noodle restaurants where they serve you crispy pork fat cracklings / Chicharrones on top of the noodle (lemak babi goreng) ? Yes it is what it is, albeit with fancy name and truffle salt to justify the 95k price! Well, save your pocket and don't order this one, just add another IDR10.000 and you will get.
=Escargots with Garlic Butter at 105k= Totally on another level than the pork cracklings! Well, I have never tried better escargots around. The combination of garlic butter and tender escargots just nailed it. Of course what I say here is merely my opinion, and I am not a food critics, but hey I have tried several places serving escargots and this is the best one for me.
=Salted Egg Spaghetti at 90k= My friend ordered this I think, I don't remember exactly. But definitely pasta with salted egg sauce. We thought this one was well-balanced and quite okay, but nothing out of ordinary.
=Bone-in Pork Chop Katsu with Japanese Mustard at 225k= I think the meat is tender enough, but seasonings can be improved for sure. Rather tasteless and I honestly regretted I ordered this menu.
And the noise when the live music session starts.bang bang bang! Definitely not a place for casual dinner with your significant other. More like place for hangout with bunch of friends. Not exactly fine dining, and yet not exactly a bar. But I think they may have their own target market to cater to.
All in all, I give 3/5 stars based on the mixed feeling about food taste, service, ambience, and price.
Bad food, bad coffee, bad snacks, and expensive.displaying mouth watering slices of cakes, but they are all meh. Come here if only you want to "buy" their soso ambience. That's all!
Food taste meh, presentation might looks good for millenial kids, but again, taste is not good. And the price.is way way too expensive for that kind of taste. Very not recommended. Place ia cozy though.
It's very cozy environment to work and have fun at the same time. It feels casual, the people are extremely friendly! There are two hoverboards that you can play with in UnionSPACE. The coffee is great and they provide infused water too. Love this place!
Good place for working and comfy, thought small space for office. But the ambience and coziness is the main ingredient for optimal working spirit, good place to have meeting, hang out, discuss, and lot other stuff to do.many great workers in here i found really contribute for what should office really work out
Paduan caffee dan resto di dalam PIK AVENUE MALL memiliki tata ruang yang cukup unik dan enjoyable, sayang menu kurang komplit, bentuk sajian perlu ditingkatkan lagi.
