Trus harga ratarata selfservice 35k di laudry lain tapi disini 50k dan masin cucinya kotor

The place is small & comfortable and overall is good.but the big problem is the service. One of the staff/girl cashier is RUDE. I often doing laundry by myself, and i saw the staff (mid age woman with glasses) shouted the customer because she wanted to put the basket on the desk. One time, i drop my clothes there to be washed as laundry per kg and had the receipt for certain amount. The next day when i want to pick up the laundry, the cashier told me to pay more. Because they MISTAKENLY had ironing my clothes so i have to pay more (ironing clothes is IDR 15,000 additional charge). So, it's their mistake.but i'm the one who have to pay! When i confused, she rudely said i have to pay the additional charge because she's already ironing my clothes. I don't mind with the small additional charge, but what i DO MIND is the attitude of that staff who's very rude even though it's their mistake. The other staff is actually friendly, but this particular staff had to be learnt some manners!

Selalu puas dengan hasil cucian di Sini.suami maunya klo cuci BC di Coin Laundry 59.ga mau di tempat lain.kalau laundry bed cover lgs 4 BC.padahal saya dr bekasi. Klo uda PUAS.jarak dan waktu tidak akan di hitung.

Kalau aq stay lama di jakarta, pasti nyuci bajunya disini, selain tempatnya homy n adem, disekitarnya banyak jual makan, n tentunya 1jam kelar deh cucian kita, satu lagi yang harus banged ketika laundry pakaian yaitu harus wangi, disini wanginya bisa kita pilih sendiri dalam beberapa varian yang pasti wanginya tahan lama.

Nothing special, just expensive. I brought my white clothes there because I needed to wash them at 40 degrees. When I came back not only did they look 'unwashed', no perfume and definitely not washed at 40 degrees, but I paid extra 10k for hot water washing

Sudah lama saya taruh pakain disini, alasanya simple pakain bersih, wangi.bahkan pakaian putih sekalipun.selain tempatnya yg bersih, staffnya juga ramah dan paling penting jujur, beberapa kali saya menaruh pakaian disini, dan tdk sadar ada uang yg masih tersimpan di kantong celana atau saku baju.setelah pakaian saya ambil uang masih ada.dan ini bukan kejadian satu kali dua kali.salut buat kejujuran dari staffnya.dan ada lagi keunggulan dari tempat ini, air yg dipakai untuk mencuci terlebih dahulu disaring sehingga kwalitas air yang keluar bersih dan tdk berbau.

THE BEST LAUNDRY SERVICE EVER!

I've been doing my laundry here most of the time when I'm staying in Kuningan area.
Why? Because they have a self-service option! Which is rare in Jakarta, even Indonesia! They can do your laundry for normal & express services too if you don't have time to wait
The price in here is a standard laundry service and for me is decent & affordable.
Here's my review in some aspects:
1. People: The staff is SUPER NICE, they let you just do your thing while waiting for your laundry to dry.
2. Place: It's located in the middle of Karet Pedurenan Street, a busy street and lots of rent-rooms (kosan). A very comfy environment with AC, TV, Free Wifi, even Free Tea! You can definitely do your work here while you wait
3. Price: For Self Service (Wash + Dry) you only have to pay 40K per 5KG. Which is. A LOT of clothes.
For their service ranges between 35K-60K
They have a FREE pickup & delivery service too if you live nearby!

+What to expect: Don't worry to pick the right time for self service, usually they're not packed, because people tend to use their pickup & delivery service. Also, for self service you only need to spend 50-60min (30min for wash + 20-30min for dry)
The good thing about this place is also they claim to use a friendly concentrate liquid detergent. So that's a plus!
