Bagian washtafel perlu direnovasi krn selalu berkesan jorok.

Pembersihan lebih baik mencakup semua, bangku, kursi, lantai di bawah meja dan bersihkan sampai ke sisi2nya dan ke sudut2 spy jangan ada sisa2 yg menempel.

Mngkn krn sibuk, staff agak kurang tanggap dengan customer yg makan di tempat.

Gelas minuman sy sudah bocor bag bawahnya, sy sudah lap2 dan bawa minuman utk diganti/diatasi, tapi staff bergeming bahkan setelah selesai melayani customer lain pun spt cuek saja walau meja, lantai sy sudah kebasahan.

Setelah menunggu dan mencari staff lain, akhirnya ia hanya memindahkan sisa isi minuman yg sudah bocor ke gelas lain. Sy lalu harus minta dipenuhkan (green tea tidak ambil sendiri).

Masih ingat di awal2, staff Wingstop lebih ramah2 dan sigap, mngkn seiring dengan waktu, belum ada upgrade training lagi utk staff.

The fries portion very small now and for some flavour have to add extra charges. Chicken very dry and oily. Buy greentea but cannot refill with greentea just can refill with softdrinks.

Layanan terburuk, gojek driver datang.ga ada basah basihnya.ga ada etika menyapa. TERBURUK! Dan driver datang belum dibuat sama sekali

Pelayanannya payah, pesen makanan dari jam 12.15 baru keluar jam 12.45 itu juga pakai salah menu. Hasilnya baru terima makanan jam 12.58. Jadinya take away karna udah mau jam kerja.

Went with my son on the weekend and bought its 10 pcs boneless wings with fries (or 2 portion of steamed rice) for 55k IDR, the price is for their weekend promo package. Located inside Citywalk mall, the place itself is comfortable and since it’s weekend, almost no one was around. Service was okay, food was freshly cooked and ready under 10 minutes. Taste was great but my son complained that the hickory smoked bbq sauce was too spicy for him. The cashier told me it wasn’t spicy. Had I known, I would’ve choose other sauce to go with it. Overall, was a pleasant experience dining in there and I would recommend going here if there’s promotion involved.

Tempat nya bersih & nyaman, tidak terlalu ramai. Banyak pilihan variasi makanan & minumannya.

Kalo lagi rame mending onlinenya di matiin bos, tolong hargai yang lain, klo pingin omset gede tambah crewnya biar nunggu ga lama, yang nyari duit bukan ente doang.

Sering banget kesini karena deket banget Sama kampus, asli wings nya gada yg ngalahin sih. Suka ada promo gitu jadi makin seneng hehe.

Penggemar kuliner ayam harus stop di resto ini yaa.rasa ayam yang mantap dengan varian bumbu yang dapat menggelitik lidah anda. Bakal ketagihan deh pokoknya, dan tidak akan pernah stop untuk makan di wingstop!

Enak banget, atomic blast terbaik deh buat pecinta pedas combo sama Garlic parmesan nya pake cocolah Honey Mustard. Juara banget

Branding themselves as "not fast food", wingstop proves that their foods and beverages always served fresh and hot. How can you complain to such a delicious chicken wings? My personal favorite is always Mango Habanero.
The good thing about wingstop citywalk specifically (since I don't know how about in other places) is that they have a dedicated cashier queue for online order (gofood, etc) so that the customers that want to order dine in meal won't be waiting too long. But beware when you go there on the after office hours or in lunchtime, the queue might be longer than usual.

I love this! Their wings chicken has many options. Also their flavors option are the best! My flavor fav is Garlic Parmesan or something like that hahaha. It need take a long time to get our order to arrived savely to us. They fry our order right after they put our order into their kitchen. So, don't worry or surprise if you see their customer sit and waiting for their order. Also, go-food driver! Yep. So many people order this by go-food and the driver must waiting and usually they will chat each other while waiting. And a good thing is at Citywalk Sudirman, they offers the drivers to drink. We have to help each other! Besides the wing chicken my other fav is their chicken soup but last weak they said that menu is no longer exist! Sadly but what can I do. Their chicken tasted really deep, fried really even with gold color and soft also crunchy! The good smell is everywhere and if you take a picture, they are looking good and will make your saliva's out hehe. They also give you a sauce that you can dip with the chicken. The staff also friendly and smile while we are thinking about what's to order. And they will give you a free wifi, so what are you waiting for!
