The experience in Jumeirah Villas was very excellent. I was treated as if I were the guest and not like a tenant. All the staff were cheerful, kind and helpful throughout the day. I thank them all for their kindness and special thanks to the number of raindrops and grains of sand to brother Muhammad Al-Aql for his good reception, quick response and gentle manner.

The most important advantage of the villa's location is that it is easily accessible for the driver + all the daily services you need are close to you, such as restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and exchange offices.

Most importantly of all, I strongly advise families to live there with 100% privacy.

Bagus bgt tempatnya mewah bersih fasilitasnya juga berfungsi dgn baik.kolam renangnya bersih, kamar mandi bersih, ada air panas ny, pokonya memuasakan.

- Quilts and bed linens are not good and non-hotel, and the smell of perfume used to perfume them is exaggerated
- The toilets are not good and they are interrupted continuously and suddenly

Peace be upon you, the location is very suitable because it is close to many places, and the view is very, very beautiful. The place is quiet, family-friendly, the service is excellent, and the place is new, because it is very clean

The villa is nice for large families. The best thing is that the guard sleeps while you are reassured
For the pool, I arrived 2 and 45 minutes, and the entry time is 2. The workers are still cleaning the pool
What is not clean is dirty. I spoke to the workers twice after they cleaned it, and it is not useful for swimming, unfortunately

The second drawback is that the refrigerator is moldy, like the smell of rotten meat, and the kitchen needs more attention

The bathrooms need to be ventilated, the bathroom items are all poor, like staplers and other things

The advantages are its location, view, security, and reception

Rekomendasi banget lah tempat penginapan dan melepas lelah setelah bermacet2 di jalur bogor puncak. Susana yg tenang sejuk dengan pemandangan alam nya

The prices are reasonable and they treat you well.

Harga villa termasuk mahal, ada deposit pada saat check in, alat kebersihan gak lengkap, alat masak juga cuma sedikit seperti piring, gelas, sendok, cangkir cuma ada 5, padahal kita group family of 8 pax. Staff nya juga kurang care, air galon gak di ganti, sampah gak di buang nunggu sampe check out. Selama tinggal gak ada satu pun staff yang menanyakan tentang keadaan villa. Ac di salah satu kamar bocor di tembok, tempat cuci piring juga bocor. Pada saat check in dan check out ada inventory oleh beberapa staff nya.
Gak ada hospitality nya.
Nilai plus nya ya view nya aja sama kolam renang.

Kolam renang bersih bgt, alat makan ada tpi dkit, kulkas gede muat bnyak, kompor full masak apa aja ga abis2, ruang tengah luas ada taman juga, cuma syang ga ada kain gtu karna wastafel buat cuci piring muncrat kmna2, kamar oke lumayan gede dah ada balkon yg.langsung pemandangan view yg adem

Menginap utk meeting bersama tim, ada kendala di AC yg sdh diperbaiki sampai malam blm juga kelar akhirnya dipindahkan kekamar yg lain. Pelayanan lumayan krn dikelola sendiri kebersihan bagus, viewnya aja kurang

Lokasi deket dan mudah dijangkau, fasilitas oke, ada deposit 1 jt dan pengecekan fasilitas bagus jadi sama sama enak, termasuk murah dengan fasilitas yang ada, bisa banget buat rombongan keluarga besar
