Akses jalan luas cuman kalo sabtu minggu harap bersabar karna kalo kalian ambil jalan ir juanda bakalan kena macet di terminal dago, penyempitan jalan, saran rute lewat cigadung

Lokasi di Bandung utara sehingga udaranya sejuk dan segar. Pemandangan sangat indah melihat kota Bandung. Dekat dgn golf course, arsitektur modern, kamar luxury, tempat parkir luas, untuk makanan saya nilai 8 dari 10. Karena lokasi lumayan jauh dari kota jika lapar dan mager tinggal order online food.

The quiet atmosphere was nice, the reception was very friendly, and the check-in and check-out were quick and convenient.
We received a variety of welcomes from the hotel entrance to Welcome Drink, Snack, and Latter, and you can feel the effort to improve even minor inconveniences with very quick responses to requests.
This is a hotel that will be a good memory for your first trip to Bandung.

5 stars hotel which deserve less. Bad punctuality, villa facilities not well maintained, besides all that everything is fine.

Great Place to Relax, 5-10mins drive to reach Jl Ir H Djuanda (dago). Good breakfast and staff hospitality.

Kids club is relatively smaller than other 5 stars hotel.

Horse Riding for kids is only available on Sat and Sun.

Expensive 5 star hotel. You can see Bandung city from above. High traffic to this place in weekend or holiday

Serasa tidur dibawah bintang2, keindahan kota bandung terlihat dr atas sini hotel yg nyaman, pelayanan ramah, ketika malam disuguhkan pemandangan yg luar biasa. ️

Very great stay, and a 5 indeed at Intercontinental Bandung. Book the Kingclub room and straight check in at 18th floor upon arrival. Great service and attentive staff during the whole stay. Room is spacious, the bathroom huge and very clean as what you expected from Intercontinental. And the pool is warm water, so it is just nice to swim there with the cool and breeze weather of Bandung. Definitely will be back for another stay when planning to Bandung!

As expected of Intercontinental hotels, top notch rooms, amenities and staff.
Good views especially at night and it's quite a way from the city center. Recommended.

Hotel bintang 5 di Bandung yang sangat terkenal, dengan view yang sangat anti mainstream.pokonyamah, kalian harus kesini

Overall the hotel strength is only the View that can sell. The Room building quality n Food variety is below the H hotel. Bathroom floor is constructed poorly tilt so the shower water can overflow to outside. The Hinge show that the floor is not perfectly 90degree. Some finishing in room looks mediocre, carpets n wallpaper has many stains not clean, actualy should be replaced for 5star quality. Bathrobe has holes but the Staffs did make apology and send some complimentary cookie for nice gesture. The pool is not big enough for 5star fascilities. Food menu variety not many selection. Since i am member elite IHG, we did get room upgrade after we asked. All the IHG perks are given upon requested, not before we mention.

Tidak di sediakan air buatan cuci bis kamar mandi buat drv tidak layak security juga kurang ramah sama drv pokok buat drv bis dan lain ya inpa siap siap mobil kotoran

Hotel yg brgaya international, brtmpat d daerah yg nyaman n sejuk.cocok utk mbuat acra besar spt pesta prnkhan, krn dpt mnampung undangan seribuan n parkir kendraan yg luas.

Servicenya kurang ok, tamu mesti nunggu sampe jam 7 malam sampe bisa dapat kamar. Sekalinya dapat kamar yang bau rokok.

Good hotel for backpacker. With minimarket on the ground floor. Better if you book a room only (without breakfast). The breakfast needs more variety and tastier. And they only have small parking lot.

Respon CSnya lambat, telpon berkali2 baru di angkat. Dan CS kurang cerdas, menyapa pelanggan aja berkali" salah, dan info yang diberikan juga salah".

Pemandangan bagus, tp kamar yg seperti villa, sarapannya lengkap dan enak, namun cukup jauh jika menggunakan transportasi umum

Kamar oke. Ballroom air cond tidak berasa, cenderung panas, padahal okupansi belum 100%. Wifi utk tamu kencang baik dikamar maupun di ballroom.

Hotel berkelas, di bandung.di daerah dago ke atas.parkir luas.fasilitas mobil penjemputan.bisa utk pertemuan, rapat, weeding dan acara lainnya.makanan nya sangat enak, dg chef yg berkompeten.

Hotel nya bagus, tempat nya dingin, view exclusive, hidangan sarapan sangat memadai, recomment utk menginap.

I booked with agoda this saturday and try to postpone to next saturday. The front desk said she will ask the manager firstly. The front desk called me and said it was ok to postpone to next saturday. I inform agoda about this and agoda said will make confirmation by mail tomorrow. Today agoda confirmed me if the hotel do not accept the postpone and charge yesterday night fee. I called the hotel front desk to reconfirmed twice and she said so.

Love the room.its quite nice and have a good modern interior.but dont try book on the villa.its smelly, dirty, very slow butler service, waiting about 45 mins just to get a shampoo.and cant even use the hairdryer in the room.it will cause blackout in your whole villa.if im coming back, i prefer to stay in a normal room
