Mantap baso nya harga nya jg sangat terjangkau. Mie ayam nya jg enak murah lagi. Pendukung nya jg bnyak dan bisa milih minuman lumayan. Tempat nya sangat ok buat semua kalangan. Cuma parkirny kurang dan di pinggiran jalan.

The service needs to be improved.restaurant service i mean.i live the croissant n the donut for my breakfast.so yummy

Hotelnya bersih. Ramah banget staff nya, fasilitas juara. Bakalan balik lagi ke hotel gumaya. Deket dengan mall paragon, deket dengan tempat makan. Simpang lima juga lumayan deket tp jangan jalan kaki, naik mobil muter dikit, karena satu arah.

Full service 5star hotel. Had a pleasant stay, good food, fully decorated room, most of all great room service

Sekali kesini waktu di undang Pak Joko Widodo yang kebetulan beliau sedang ada kunjungan di Semarang. Gumaya Tower Hotel adalah salah satu hotel mewah yang di Semarang. Fasilitas sudah pasti lengkap dan pelayanan juga sudah pasti mantan

Lobby hotel, nyaman buat ngobrol nerima tamu, restoran dg menu lengkap dan enak, kamar hotel bersih ukuran kamar cukup, kualitas kasur dan handuk mandi ok

Location: very strategic, within walking distance to some famous culinary destination
Room: no complaint, very spacious, bathroom clean spacious, bed are comfy, amenities everything fit the description of 5 star hotel.
Service is great, fast.
They have many facilities, swimming pool but not too wide, fitness center with spa and sauna, they also provide shoes in case you use sandals.
Price compare to Jakarta, ofc it's very affordable, if you visit Semarang and you wanted to stay in an affordable 5 star hotel, this is it

The staff attitude was so bad it covers up my experience staying here. The staff who was serving us didn't even say welcome at the first place. And after making us wait for around 1 hour (turns out he was too busy assigning newly arriving guests), he wouldn't even look us in the eyes when he's setting up the room key. Terdapat aula dengan ukuran yang sangat luas di lantai 2.
Aula ini sering digunakan untuk acara kantor, acara pesta, atau lainnya yg memerlukan area indoor yang sangat luas.
Jalan menuju ke lokasi ini hanya satu arah sehingga akan merepotkan jika ingin putar balik

I didn't know that there is a five-star hotel in Semarang.
It was great to stay here for 2 days.

They have a large enough bathub and large mirorr on the foyer area. The rug are soft enough so if you stay with toodler, it's safe enough for them.

The plug in the room can be used for both Indonesian, US, & Japan type. Since I have a device bought in Japan, I did not have to worry when charging my device.

The staff service are very nice too and don't forget the various traditional herb drink "jamu" you can have during breakfast time!

I also had a dinner in the Skyline (a skydining restaurant). They provides various food and drink.

Bagus banget hotelnya! Kolam renangnya bersih enak juga, tempat gym nya apalagi machine dan equipment nya lengkap banget available juga buat member perbulan dan pertahun, makanan nya super delicious, kamar mandi renang & gym bersih banget dan ada sauna nya, pelayanan ramah

The room was nice. But i found many overseas 5 star hotels are better than this one. But surely this is one of the best if you come to semarang

Kamarnya luas. Gym-nya lengkap plus studio yoga/Zumba dan sauna. Kolam renangnya klo Malam jg masih available.
Rooftop-nya cukup Instagramable.

Hotel Gumaya Semarang memiliki fasilitas yang lengkap, kamar nyaman, juga ruangan meeting yang tersedia. Pelayanan bagus, staf ramah. Kebersihan terjaga, makanannya lezat dan variatif. Jika sedang bosan di kamar, naik ke lantai 17 Skyline untuk menikmati pemandangan Kota Semarang sambil memesan makanan dan minuman dari staf yang ramah dan sigap. Hotel terbaik di Kota Semarang.

Senang banget nginap d sni org'y ramah2 room' luas bersih nongky d sky line kerenn ke semarang ngga mampir ke Gumaya ngga kerenn dech.

Alhamdulillah fasilitas yang sangat luar biasa dari Hino safety driving competition 2019. Semoga kedepannya akan lebih sering diadakannya kegiatan yang seperti ini, sehingga akan banyak pengemudi yang handal dan untuk mengurangi angka kecelakaan di jalan raya. Terimakasih Hino.

Salah satu hotel termegah di Semarang. Ballroom nya cukup luas, muat banyak orang. Hotelnya bagus, bersih sekali. Bahkan kamarmandinya juga sangat bersih. Dari luar agak tdk terlihat. Tapi setelah masuk ternyata hotelnya besar.

The management unhelpfull to guest needs and problems according to rooms selection between e-commerce and walk in to the hotel. Even though we are repeated loyal guest. Very disappointed.

Hotel berbintang 5 yg ada di kota Semarang ini memiliki bangunan yg megah, berkapasitas besar, pelayanan dan fasilitasnya sesuai dengan bintangnya.

Tempat nyaman, namun kurang cocok untuk penderita asma/ alergi debu karena lantai kamar dilapisi karpet. Pelayanan kurang ramah

Kamar keren abis. Luas banget. Kasur empuk. Ac dingin. Bathup ya enak buat berendam, hotelnya keren abis.pantas kalau bintang lima. Goodjob lanjutkan untuk lebih baik lagi gumaya hotel.

So firstly i want to recommend about the gym in gumaya hotel, the most comfortable gym in town for me.the place the atmosphere and the equipment is good
The price is reasonable, you can train for a year + swimming pool they use cybex equipment for those who want to weightlifting train

At the entry of the parking lot, theres a van mounting goods that we hv to wait for them to finish, before we can enter.
Smells of tobacco during entry to lobby n toward coffee shop. As we ask for non-smoking room, the waiter is reluctant to point to the restaurant, because we hv stated we only want cake n coffee. So she asked permission first n told us we can sit at the restaurant.
As i asked for the rest room, they point me to the second floor, n i cant use the elevator, but the escalator.
As we leave, we noticed people are smoking in the restaurant, n smell it too.
Seems like poor designing.
