Never buy online. Worst experience ever. Delay of 2 weeks and dishonest several times saying that the parcel was sent and the day after you discover it's not. And now after my 1-star-review, they're also pumping fake reviews to cover it, from 131 of few weeks ago to suddenly 137 and now 139. Be ashamed for that. You're lucky I'm not reporting this to local police in Surabaya.

This is update of my previous review
I should appreciate their effort to apologize in fullteam (including their team manager)
1.harga catalog tidak sesuai, harus menanya langsung untuk dapat tahu nett price nya jadi jangan order online ya temans karena bisa beda 500rb sd 2jt rp
their explanation is the price difference due to fluctuations in USD/IDR rate, acceptable but it means u should call their customer service to get the exact price
2.pengiriman tidak termonitor dengan baik.kantor tidak tahu apakah barang sudah dikirim atau belum bila pelanggan tidak mengajukan complaint.dari segi etika Dan profesionalisme sudah tidak bagus.for this issue they promise to improve their internal communications and monitoring.the product is on hand, exactly as my order.the next review might be about the product itself and the follow up service.thank you
