Jiwa Jawa Bromo

In our opinion the best hotel to visit Mount Bromo.
Spectacular structure, environments and locations at 2000 meters, in an optimal position to act as a "base camp" for excursions on Bromo
The rooms are clean and beautiful although very basic, both the safe box and the fridge are missing.
The wifi only works in the common areas. Friendly and helpful staff.
It's cold in the evening, so bring appropriate clothing.

I would like to express my gratitude to all for your services. Me and my family enjoyed your resort. We stayed for 3 nights only, and we wish to stay more if we have more time. The resort area is spacious, excellent restaurant, the chef knows how to serve delicious Indonesian food. We also used based on your recommendation a guide and a car to visit Bromo. We were very pleased with the guide and his service. Your resort definitely deserves 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you again, see you soon. We are planning to come to you and celebrate the New Year.

It is very close to Boromo volcano and is a good-quality resort. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the insects and birds are chirping outdoors. It is a good choice for mountaineers.

Accommodations near Bromo are normally in poor condition. Jiwa Jawa is probably the only HOTEL, or even resort if considering the location, you can find here. And I would say the breakfast is great.

What a modern and comfy hotel, yet too many mosquitoes and bugs around the room. The food for breakfast was good, but I personally didn't like the lobby, it's outdoor, no-rooftop, so in the mountains, it's oftenly foggy and raining. So, it's kinda slippery due to a bunch of grass.

Kamar tidak disediakan wifi. Air minum, Kopi, teh gula hanya sekali waktu datang. Hari berikutnya tidak disediakan lg.

Katanya resort hotel bintang 4 tapi fasilitas nol. WiFi di kamar ga ada.tv Chanel cuma lokal itupun global dan Indosiar. Kopi ga ada, adanya teh.menang lokasi aja tapi view-nya ketutupan pohon.saya pesen yg 2,17jt tp fasilitas minim. Bagi anda yg suka mehong2 doang. Parah

Tempat luarbiasa dengan sentuhan kenyaman bintang 5 yang terdapat di titik terakhir bromo.pemandangan sekliling mengingatkan akan bukit di new zeland.kamar yg luxurious dengan material kayu asli membuat kita merasakan menyatu dengan alam bromo.sajian makan di restoran yg cukup menggugah selera dan pelayanan yg sangat ramah, membuat kita mersakan pantas dengan harga yang harus kita bayar.

They gave you the most ‘premium’ feel and interior design among other hotels. Fresh garden and friendly staff. Unfortunately, you don’t get to see Bromo directly from the room unlike many other hotels. Ah and I think it’s overpriced.

Harga tidak sesuai dng faciltas kamar di di berikan, facisilitas dan pelayanan sangat buruk, dan suasananya horor, itu kamar kotor dan berhantu, tempat nya sangat tidak nyaman sekali.

Lokasi Dekat dengan Bromo. Tapi fasilitas sangat minim dengan status bintang 4. Tidak ada Wifi, saluran tv hanya 1 channel dan tidak ada penghangat dan Wastafel pun sangat dingin.

Tempat bagus, lahan luas, harga lumayan mahal, ada air panas, afternoon tea, breakfast.pelayanan ramah, breakfast bisa di kirim di kamar

Stunning mountain hideaway set right on the edge of the Tengger caldera, amongst tree ferns and day lilies. The art gallery, coffee shop and restaurant are exquisitely beautiful. Wish we were here for the jazz festival!

I think the ambience so nice, I just stopped by had a coffee in there. I didn't stay there but if I look the room was so nice but still not my choice to stay there instead other hotel.

Great views from different parts of the property. The family rooms have beautiful balconies. However, note that there is no wifi in the rooms, however it is quite fast in the lobby and restaurant.

Tempat untuk mampir sejenak atau ingin menginap ketika kita berkunjung di bromo. Selain menawarkan resort yang menawan salah satu fasilitas yang tak kalah keren adalah kedai kopi atau yang lazim disebut coffeeshop dengan nama Java Banana Café.

Kedai kopi ini memiliki ruangan dalam yang khusus tanpa asap rokok dengan desain interior yang sungguh menawan, namun diluar juga disediakan tempat bagi pelanggan yang juga perokok sambil menikmati indahnya pemandangan sembari mencecap sajian kopi.

Such a beautiful resort. The views are stunning and the gardens are amazing. Their coffee is fantastic and there is even an art gallery on the grounds. The restaurant is great too amd the staff are so friendly. Honestly a place i would return to.

Malam tahun baru saya sekeluarga berlima menginap di hotel jiwa jawa bromo atas rekom seorang teman, harga mahal, makanan tdk sesuai, aturannya sangat kaku kayak tdk butuh tamu, kebetulan dapat kamar horor

Beautiful resort hotel in the mountains. Lovely gardens, an art gallery and cafe. The rooms are slightly basic and WiFi is only available in the public areas but we had everything we needed. Delicious food in the restaurant but a bit lacking for vegetarians - only 1 item on the dinner menu and it was a pasta option rather than indonesian food. Though the staff were very helpful, I'm sure if asked they would adapt something.

Sebenarnya saya mampir ke Rehat Bromo, sepertinya pemiliknya sama dengan Jiwa Jawa.
Tempat yang layak untuk disinggahi kalau kita mau ke Bromo di waktu malam tapi tidak mau menginap di hotel.
Tempat parkirnya luas. Bersih dan asri.

Place relax peacefully, food price ok still reasonable but room price too expensive lack of facilities like fitness, Jacuzzi, bbq pits, indoor warm pool, rental atv & bicycle too expensive. Reception lobby staff and restaurant staff more polite and respect to western people only, we ask question haven't finish but western people coming they ignore us and serves them directly. What unprofessional attitude! Parking said free but difficult to claim, parking rural area but big cities mall price. This hotel not suitable for guest with wheelchair. Alot mosquito, bugs even cold weather! Again expensive and not value for money. We expect to get more then what we spent!

Really like this place. Beautiful view, Cozy room and good food. What left in my mind is the taste of a traditional cookies called 'pukis'. I never find it in another place before.melting in your mouth once you bite it. If you remember how Igo's expression on Rattatouile movie.that's what I mean

Exterior of the resort is indeed very nice, but are you kidding me?
For rate your are charging per night (expensive as 4-5 star resort), I expect at least decent level of service and amenities!

- no wifi in the rooms (just in lobby, cafe, restaurant)
- no minibar in the room,
- no fridge in the room
- no safe in the room
- no air-con or heating in the room, so its chilly during the night
- no hairdryer in the room
- if you come back wet from your hike you have no way to dry your stuff
- there is a terrace outside the room, but there are no chairs or table
- room wasn't clean (mold in the shower, dirt in the corners, stains on the walls)
- poor restaurant

Probably worst value for money I have ever stayed at!

Fantastic mountain hotel, perfect for those who want to disconnect. It's a long way from almost anywhere, following steep hills and mountain roads, so trip should be made by car. Accommodation is good, rooms may be a little bit obsolete in terms of decor, but beds are very comfy and overall, they cover anything you may need without a doubt - the smell at 3am has nothing to do with the hotel but with the nature in the area but it just disappears after a while. The landscape around the hotel is simply precious, quiet and peaceful. Food at the restaurant is tasty, well prepared and cooked using local produce, maybe for some a little bit limited in the menu but definitely very well prepared. Staff and service provided, as in all Java, are simply excellent, attentive and polite at all times. Trips for sunrise at Mount Bromo, usually taken from here, are a once in a lifetime experience that must not be missed.

Hotel paling recommended di sekitaran bromo. Lokasi dekat dgn kaldera bromo dan ke puncak mentigen. Harga relatif terjangkau dengan servis yg memuaskan. Hotel wajib inap jika ingin menikmati jazz gunung yg diselenggarakan tiap tahun di hotel ini. Makanan yg disajikan enak, dgn restoran yg di design seperti layaknya galeri seni. Banyak aktivitas yg ditawarkan hotel ini, salah satunya bersepeda berkeliling desa sekitar dengan pemandangan persawahan dan dapat berinteraksi dgn warga yg sedang beraktivitas.
