While many companies strive for progress and improvement, it appears that J&T is constantly experiencing setbacks. I recently had an issue with their service where the route from Surabaya to Jombang, which used to be a direct route, has now been expanded to include Madiun city. As a result, the delivery time for my package has increased to three days, compared to the previous one-day delivery time. This change has been quite frustrating.
It seems that there might be some internal management issues at J&T that need to be addressed. Perhaps the manager of the company should consider seeking professional advice from a doctor to assess their mental well-being, as their decision-making process appears to be inconsistent or even conflicting. However, it is important to approach such suggestions with empathy and understanding, as mental illnesses like schizophrenia are serious conditions that require proper diagnosis and treatment.
Overall, I believe J&T could benefit from evaluating their operations and striving for more efficient and customer-oriented solutions. It is my hope that they take steps to address these concerns and improve their services in the future.

Tempatnya kecil dan kl parkir motor agak susah karena tenpatnya curam gitu oh ya u/ pengiriman barangnya agak lama karena saya 3x kirim salah sortir atau tempat kirim terus.
Tempat favorit saya untuk mengirim paket berdasarkan permintaan dari customer, tempatnya nyaman pelayanannya cepat dan Yang pastinya barang dijamin sampai ke tujuan.
