Easily one of the best dimsum in Surabaya, had tried a lot of dimsum and this one by far sits above e rest.favorite is Nasi renginang. Price is very reasonable with promotions available, highly recommended

Pesan Tamie Goreng Seafood dan Koloke, minta loh/bumbu siram dipisah tapi yang datang malah TIDAK ADA loh/bumbu siramnya. Disuruh menunggu lagi sampai nenek kakek saya telat makannya. TIDAK PROFESIONAL, makanan yg dikirim TIDAK DICEK. Cuma modal minta maaf tiap ada kesalahan. Sudah mahal tapi service JUELEK kaya gini? Ga sebanding dengan harganya!

Makanan lumayan enak, tapi manajemen dapurnya rodo berantakan, minggu kmrn makan disini pesan dimsum keluarnya lama dan sampai bayar masih kurang juga item yang keluarnya

Tolong pelayanannya diperbaiki lagi, saya sebagai driver online sangat kecewa. Pelanyanan terhadap driver online dan pelanggan yang makan ditempat sangat² berbeda. Bagai langit dan bumi driver online dianggap lalat disana, pegawainya juga cuek² sekali dan memasaknya cukup lama. Pesan mie 2 porsi dan lumpia saja bisa 30-40mnt.

Cita rasa hidangan diatas rata² pengajian bersih rapi. Sudah lama jadi jujukan saat lunch. Harga masakan juga diatas rata² resto sejenis.

Pesen lewat ojol pas malam natal, makanan ngga enak semua, harga mahal, porsi sedikit sekali (padahal pesan ukuran yg besar) paling parah kepiting sokanya berminyak banget dan iga babinya, nunggu juga super lama banget. Cukup itu terakhir kalinya beli disini. Kapok banget

The quality of the cuisine here is really great only the price is also very expensive.the average taste of the cuisine here is delicious.but never order food made from live fish because the price is very expensive. Tallking about service, this does give more value to this restaurant. Cleanliness and comfort of this restaurant is also worthy of praise.

Awesome chinese restaurant especially to enjoy dinner with your family.the food tastes so good.fast and nice services from the staffs. 1st floor and 2nd floor are set for the dining restaurant. 3rd floor is ballroom for any occassion like wedding, engagement, birthday party, anniversary, etc.

Kece, keren, berkelas. Satu2 nya di Surabaya, harga agak mahal tapi so worth it lah rasa dan service nya

The food in western Surabaya branch is good. I tried this time the ham steam fish and also baby kol. Both good to fill our stomach and we arrived almost their closing time. Fast serving that time, eventhough I saw the face of the waitresses a bit grumpy because they tired already as I made joke abot the day, they smile with tired face. So it must be a very busy and hectic day there.
Overall the place is good for Chinese restaurant, food is good and tasty. Fast respon from the waiter despite what I said before.

The place and the meals are relatively good. However, it does not seem to have its own parking lot.

Food is in general good, not special. For the price point and quality of food, you'd expect them to give you quality service. However, service was very bad, waiters were slow, and tables upstairs take way too long to be served. The manager doesn't know what he's doing, always look busy, which is not a good thing to have in a restaurant. The amount of servers look adequate, just utterly unorganized.

Ruangannya luas, cocok untuk makan keluarga. Bisa di lantai 2 juga klo lantai 1nya penuh.
Porsinya lumayan banyak, dari 8menu yg kita pesan hampir semua kita pesan yg small, tapi tetep pas porsinya.
Harganya termasuk mahal, tapi worth it.
Dari semua makanan hampir semua enak.
Yang paling top bebek packingnya, saosnya mantap, tapi kulit pangsit pembungkus kulit bebeknya kurang oke. Jd kita sisain itu saja, semua ludes.

Good food but lack of service. Especially during dimsum peak time. 3 times came here, they always forgot some of our order then had A gesture that we should cancelled them. Too bad for a good restaurant and good food but the waiters either too short or lack of attitude.

Always good, solid meals here. They have some specialties offerings that you can't find elsewhere, as well as your regular trusted dishes. The place is good for family gathering. You can rsvp ahead of time to avoid long waits during peak hours.

The service was slow. But should be toleratable if the food was fine.
BUT NO. The food sucks.
For the stirfried cheongfan, they cooked it until the cheongfan was hard and tasteless. The siewmai which should be a classic dimsum dish was cold and tasteless. It is nothing like the maystar in Jakarta which was very appetizing. Others were not bad but just below average.

For me the price is expensive, but they claim their food is msg free (there's a banner in front of the restaurant)

The food was not bad albeit expensive. The service was a bit disappointing. We were not informed that the snack that they had provided when we were seated was free of charge. We only found out when we looked at the bill. The waitresses quickly tidy up the plates even though we were still sitting on the table and there was no people lining up.

Aduh dim sum di sini ternyata uenakkk puollll.
Walau harganya agak mahal, tapi benerna puas sih.
Buburnya juga sedap.
Biasanya orang-orang ke sini buat makan bareng keluarga mereka.
Tapi bareng temen juga oke kok.
