The individual tour was excellent, we were met at the airport, taken along the promised route, the hotels were good. Overall 5*+

If you find 12 people, then each will pay 50,000IDR for the trip; if there are fewer of you, you will have to negotiate. The six of us were driving at 75,000 IDR, however, at the entrance to the village the driver announced that we had to pay another 25,000 IDR for entering the barrier, although we could get out in front of the barrier and walk calmly to the hotel. They squeeze money from tourists by any means.

The best guide ever Warno Guide Ijen, he is very helpful and kind person. I high recommend

Andri charged me 850k when everybody else on the jeep paid 600k.
Even a couple of people who booked on the same day (on a busy Sunday)
Everybody offers the exact same service.
Andri is just a middleman for the drivers.
He doesn't own a jeep himself. He is not the driver.

I traveled with my 3 friends to Surabaya. We do not usually book such full tours like 3D2N. But it was our best decision to book the full tour with Andris & team! Right from the airport pick-up till the airport drop-off, it was a fun filled & well planned tour. Our driver friend (Ipin) is a careful & professional driver & he drove us to all the places very comfortably. For the Mount Bromo tour, Danny guided us to the good spots & took good pictures of us. The best part was Ijen Crater, where we met our guide Warno! He was such an energetic & joyful person. He made our trek very easy and happening. He clicked amazing pictures of us with very innovative ideas. We even enjoyed singing Indian songs with him ;-) I would definitely recommend Andris to all my friends & colleagues.

We did the Bromo and Ijen private tour. Overall the tour was disappointing because it did not include what we agreed with Andris. Would have been less stressful to do on our own.

Good:
* The volcanoes themselves are beautiful and the driver/guide allowed us as much time as we need on private tour.
* Hotel in Ijen was clean (we got the 1 hotel option and stayed in Baratha hotel). The restaurant at the hotel was also well priced with good food.

Bad
* The guide provided did not provide any information and was not able to answer any questions about Ijen even though we explicitly clarified we wanted to learn
* Did not get the requested and agreed on English speaking driver so we can easily communicate and we agreed to have flexibility to drop off other places on the way but later had to re-negotiate on the same
* Food/inclusions are non existent. No mineral water throughout the trip (which is fine, but since the booking mentions they will provide water, calling it out so others can account to get their own instead). Togo “Breakfast” at hotel is the most basic of sandwiches, not even coffee/tea provided and not sufficient before a difficult 14km trek at Ijen

I usually don't write reviews. I was looking for Bromo tour package on the web and contacted Mount Bromo via WhatsUp. They asked me which month i wish to go and i said in two days:). It wasn't a problem. Also later i asked them if we can reschedule for one day because the weather. Again no problem. About the price. The price was more than fair from the beggining. No negotiations was needed. When you will do the trip, you will see for yourself that you realy get what you paid for at least, if not more. At the end i would give them more than 5 stars for the level of proffesionalism. Everything was arranged through whatsup, hotel pickup and dropoff at the end. Thanks again!
