Transport yang bagus driver sangat ramah, hotel yang sangat bersih, perjalanan bromo ijen sangat menakjubkan dengan Nakula tour, Terima kasih

Avoid if possible,
We didn't choose this company, as we booked trip in Yogya with Jogja Triper - 3 d/2n mt.bromo and Ijen and instead we went on a trip with Nakula Tour. Quick highlight:
- accommodation in mt bromo wasn't what we were promised in Yogya, instead we have stayed in house with no hot water, there were no additional blankets provided while the night were cold and breakfast was a joke, plain rice with one egg served in a box
- zero communication between driver and the group - we didn't know why we stopped, didn't know how much time in each place we have, and drivers were not keen to really share with us any details
- in the office in Probolinggo they promised that the transfer to accommodation close to Ijen would be on schedule, we checked maps and this was indeed feasible. But in reality we drive for 4 more hours because driver choose to go around the coast for unknown reason (zero communication)
In result we were deprived from proper sleep for 2 nights and they were rushing us after coming back from Iljen.
-on they way to the bromo, one of the busses (full of people broke down) and as a result other two busses were packed to the brim with people and luggage - making our ride pretty uncomfortable.

If I could give 0 star I would.
My two friends and I booked a tour to Bromo and Ijen. In the homestay Nakula chose for us in Bromo we were stolen of more than 10 000 000 IDR. 1 400 000 in cash, one external battery (1 300 000 IDR) and a GoPro camera (8 000 000 IDR) were taken from our bags while we were hiking. We locked our room but we think the people of the homestay had an extra key and they came during our hike, knowing that we wouldn't be there between 3 and 7 am.
We reported the situation to Nakula when we found out but they did not do anything to help us, they said they had been to the police but when we asked them what they said they did not reply. They even accused us of lying to get some compensation.
Just the worst experience of Java we could imagine having.

Such an adventure, loved it. Not everybody speaks english on the way, but it's good enough and they are happy to help you out. We were really surprised by the homestay we have slept. Everybody got a private room, so nice! There are some good restaurants for diner as well. Nakula explained everything to us and we saw the most beautiful nature ever. The jeep drive was very cool as well. Thanks!
