Staff are very helpful and friendly especially Liz! The place is beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend it!

Had fun with the tennis coach Bien! Friendly and accommodating! Also had some really cocktails with Lucky the bartender! Ask for Lucky Special from Lucky and you are in for a real good trip!

I had a wonderful time at Bintan Club med. Especially thankful for GO Sanndy B, Athena, Ringo, Yuga, Chloe, Cheryl and many more! Because of them, it made my vacation unforgettable! They were very professional when they were at work and down to earth when it’s time to party. We became friends and some of them even take their time on their day off to come say goodbye to us when we are leaving! I can’t ask for a better vacation! Thank you to all the staff here!

My first time join Bintan club Med this place is absolutely amazing. Already missing this place. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Every night there is a different theme party and food were surprising good and offers great variety. Our family had a good time here. Overall a relaxing experience for the family. Will come again!

My appreciation to Jean, the yoga teacher, who shared the great yoga experience with us. We were all beginners but the class gave us no pressure thanks to Jean’s patient instruction. I can feel her love for yoga and it’s very inspiring:)
I enjoyed the Chinese food made by Ong during my trip as well. He is a very considered chef who takes care of my friend who can’t bear spicy food.
Overall I enjoyed the trip and I recommend it to those who need good yoga class and good food to heal themselves;)

This resort is not qualified as ALL inclusive resort. Hidden cost of drink and food which is ridiculous. Advertisement never stated these. Paid average $800 per night and even a coconut also chargeable. How many coconuts can a guest drink per day really? Beer and wine are charged separately maybe understandable but a coconut? !? ! Seaside resort but frozen seafood were served which is kind of shame. And it’s not a lot of option to choose: prawn, clam, fish…. That’s all. Lobster and steak available at dinner for additional cost $100/pc. Just for few slice of fishes and scallop also need to queue for it. Not even a fresh prawn.eating food here for 3 days is kind of suffer. Chef’s skill is 2-3 stars hotel standard. I had been eating steam dumpling for 4 continuous meals bz other food are…. Hard to describe especially the fish. With this cost per night I can stay in Sixsenth resort standard and still left extra money for seafood buffet. Room facility also ran down. Only thumbs up for the G. O team.

Went on 26th May 2023 with family the beach is so clean and beautiful swimming there doesn’t feel like getting off and the food is great but unfortunately is not halal, great sports game to enjoy with clubs and parties but unfortunately the Wifi is very poor at your room so just get ready your data bills will increase

The overall place definitely need some renovation, especially the rooms, the toilet and room look old and one of the room i stay, the air con was leaking water but they manage to stop the leaking the next day. Shower area need to do some renovation to it. I find the activities is a bit too little and some of the activities clash with the kids timing. Example we suppose to pick the kids up at 4.45pm but the yoga start at 4pm and crossfit start at 5.15, so if you are having lesson then you will have problem picking the kids. Will be good to add more things to play in the resort, place is big but too little things to play. Gym is very small, could have add more equipment and machines! Food is fancy but not tasty, could work more on the taste rather then the look.

Simply great all inclusive style resort great for families but any type of traveller should be able have a nice stay here. It is an older property so the rooms are slightly dated but very authentic to the area and comfortable clean and well serviced some have been refurbished and there are many room types to chose from. There are lots of steps so chose rooms carefully if you may struggle with these, abundant wildlife monkeys, civits, moniters have to watch some of the monkeys the can be naughty, we found the all included drinks and food to be great part of the stay top shelf drinks aren't included but cocktails are great at the beach bar and are in the package. The food is fantastic, lots of it lots of variety and really tasty there are also heaps of activities with shows and entertainment to keep it interesting. The staff are just fantastic very friendly, welcoming and attentive to the guests needs would definitely stay here again and plan on coming back with more family in tow. Stayed Sept 2018 for 5 nights.

My husband and I visited Club Med Bintan Island for a 5 night stay from 31st Aug 2018. This was our 4Th Club Med resort and as always had an amazing time there. The location of the resort is stunning with a private beach, beautiful blue sea with white sand.
The transfer from ferry terminal in Singapore to Club Med Bintan was hassle free and smooth.
Our room was in V block. It was spacious and clean. Though it was far from main reception area, it was very peaceful and quiet and had a short cut to the beach. The housekeeping team would leave wonderful towel art in the room every day. Wifi in the room was available.
The food at the Terrace restaurant was varied, catering to all tastes…various cuisines like Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indonesian, Indian…a special kids corner and of course yummy desserts. It was wonderful to meet Indian chef Dev, whom we had earlier met at club med Bali in 2017. It was like meeting a long lost friend. The waterfall restaurant was also very nice with a sea view. Free flow of all sorts of drinks, juices, cocktails all day long. Variety of snacks were also there at the bar.
Kudos to the GO’s of the resort. They were practically everywhere…. Greeting with a smile every time.
The best thing about the resort is you can choose if you want to laze around the beach and have a quiet holiday or participate in the day long fun filled activities.
Variety of entertainment every night performed by the staff…glow party was wonderful. We had our faces painted with glow colours. And I would like to specially mention Hera. She would sing in the bar in the evening and at times during entertainment programmes at the theatre also. She has amazing voice and is a wonderful singer.
Aris, who looks after sports was also very friendly. He and Hera joined us for meals and would chat with us whenever we met them.

First time in Club Med and I must say it's a good experience. The welcoming atmosphere, the buffet which even features plated food, the performances by the multi-talented staff including the GM, all gel together to foster a congenial spirit. Of course the free flow cocktails, mocktails and beer help a lot to loosen up the entire population. Set in a beautiful beach resort with almost flat sandy beaches, lots of coconut trees and pondoks, water and land sports and a circus school, what more can I say; especially as the price is an all-inclusive one. I think we'll definitely try other Club Meds after this experience.

The best place to have vacations! Excellent team, amazing activities and food. Due its proximity to Singapore, is a good option to pass some days enjoying the beach and the sun.

Place is old and dated. Very far to walk if you're given a room at the end of the resort. Service is decent. Food is average. Presentation of the food is good but they tend to go overboard with using big and heavy plates but the food portion is so small in the middle. Not very efficient use of plates. You get free flow it drinks but they are quite watered down so you need to order more to get a kick. Activities are present throughout the day if you like working out. The night show is a literal joke, almost fell asleep, it's only good for kids, adults stay away. The resort is also very far away from the main town. It's OK as a first trip but look elsewhere as there are other resorts in Bintan to explore.

Everything was amazing, but the teens club could use some more funding so when it rains there are more activities to do.
