Always a choice.u want ambience? Or good food? I chose the latter.all food is freshly prepared and takes 20 mins.but worth the wait.

Strongly suggested not to go in this restaurant. They don't care customers. Better they should close permanently. I went there today and it was quite urgent but still waiter not come to take order.

Good and tasty food too.freshly cooked for individuals (not the pre-cooked food), taste typical for South Indian Tamil food.

Indian menu.food snack n drinks. Strong taste with rempah rempah. Recommended for the one who is crazy about indian food n the one who eats to try the Indian taste cuisine

Will highly recommend for keeping away from this restaurant have very bad experience couple of time, they are indeed horrible in all ways. Badly managed, especially never order for home delivery usually it takes more than an hour or more to deliver and you will be surprised the curry would not be there, recently when ordered a special dumb biryani with premium cost received one box which had cold rice with only one piece of bone, similar case when ordered samosa got something, unshaped small alien thing, so frustrating with this restaurant when you are hungry with expectations caution!

Good food. If they improve the speed of serving food after ordering, it would be great. Staff good. The best Indian food in Batam probably.

As I moved to batam for work purpose I was missing Indian cuisine. One of my colleague introduced me empire restaurant from that moment I became a regular customer to empire restaurant. The food from empire makes me to feel I am in my country and having home food. All the food items prepared in the empire is yummy. Quality and quantity wise food is really worth for the money we pay. Staffs are friendly and caring. They always make the customers so special. I am really greatful to the cook and staffs of the empire restaurant. I am gonna miss food from empire. All the best empire.

This resto was recommended by a friend when I visited Batam for work. I have no regret, the food was great, the resto was clean, also accompanied by great service and hospitality of its personnel. The price of the food on the menu were a lot cheaper compared to other Indian restos in Jakarta. During my visit to Batam, I came here twice, for lunch and dinner. Will surely come back again when I have a chance to visit Batam in the future.

Very bad response. Just we go to eat at restaurant we have ordered 3 dosa they bring which made or kept at cooler earlier. Which they bring dosa to me it's very cold, When we ask to incharge lady she said I don't know ask to chef. How could we ask to chef. Finally we left dosa with out eat from restaurant.

The place is actually small. The food variety is quite ok, the food taste is not fantastic just pass and it will take a while because they will start all the preparations after you have order so every dish you can be sure it is just made to order. The portion is towards to small size and the price can be consider high in relation to the portion served. So basically this are tge reasons why I just give two stars. The place got TV and environment is quite. The service treatment is good.

Very worst customer service Indian restaurant in batam. Tastier is second only Customer service is first. But they failed to satisfy customer. This s not my first time experience many times I faced this issue. But today is the extreme worst bad customer service. That's why I make this post. Naan is available only at Friday to Sunday, last two weeks I went on Saturday and sunday so they said already many orders so can't make Naan. So today I called their number before I start from office but no response. But I went directly and ordered butter naan, server said wait 30mins, I replied its OK I can wait. Then suddenly one lady came from inside and said now have many orders so can start your order after 1hour only. They know very well last two weeks I returned by empty mouth. And this time also replied attitude. Running business don't see the quantity of order and don't show attitude to customers. Without customer you are zero. Think and change your customer service response.

Restoran India di Batam Center, persisinya di simpang kara. Sangat strategis karena terlihat jelas dari jalan besar. Restorannya nyaman, ada kursi dan meja diluar ruangan. Nasi Briyaninya enak, dan masih banyak juga menu yang lainnya. Untuk makan sendirian sambil kerja bisa kerna disininada free wifi.

All fresh fine dining. Take time to wait but the taste worthed. They provide complete veg meals every Friday lunch time and idli available after 6 PM on weekend.
