It's our annual festive dinner and birthday celebration for December babies. Nice food and great service. Will surely visit again!

Makanannya biasa saja, pelayanan nya bagus dan suasana tempat makannya bagus buat dinner ramai-ramai. Cuma makanannya saya kurang pas dengan price tag standar mereka seharusnya dapat cita rasa lebih lezat

Been there last month, the food was so awesome. The service was also so good. They give us. They give us complementary fruits as well. Watermelon and Papaya. We have tried tomyam and squid. It was usper tasty. I would love to go there again and again. One of the best Thai food in batam. The place is too good. You can see the sea view as well

Food is really good, specially tomyum, papaya mango salad, green thai curry. Pricing though on the higher side i feel its reasonable and find myself coming back again and again

This review is going to be tricky as ive lived in Thailand for 10 years and my taste for Thai food are rather authentic. Im.going to leave out my comments on their seafood as ive not tried. But its my 3rd visit to Jumbo Thai. Although their menu are rather "Hybrid" but i had to admit their Thai flavours arnt that bad either if im craving for some Thai food. Tops on the menus are their Mangoes Somtum (Salad), Tomyum, Pineapple rice, Prawn cakes. For a Thai food in Indo, they sure can beat the hell out of many Thai food ive tasted in Batam. Lastly, their service staffs are great. Thumbs up Jumbo!

Lovely Chinese Thai fusion with a focus on seafood dishes. You eat in the open air facing the harbour bay promenade along the waterfront so the ambiance is very relaxed.
Food taste is excellent but don't expect the similar strong spicy kick like typical authentic Thai food.
Service is excellent, polite and very efficient, food coming out quickly after order.
Price is relatively high for Batam, about IDR 250,000 per head without alcohol.
Parking can be very complicated on Saturday night as harbour bay keeps being crammed with more new places.

Menurut saya makanan disini enak, saya cobain pad thai nya nilainya 7.5 sebenarnya enak cuma menurut saya kurang kering, kl lebih kering nilainya bisa 8, dan stip pedas lemon ikan kerapu menurut saya nilainya 7.5 juga, secara saos pedas lemonnya enak, tetapi ikannya agak sedikit amis, stimnya agak kurang lama dan sptnya cucinya kurang bersih jd ms ada sedikit amis, tp overal saya ms cukul puas

Nice choice to eat inside and out. Views over to Singapore. Clean and polite staff with quick service. Good prices for size of portion of food. Really enjoyed crab and Thai green currry.

Tempat makan tepi pantai di kawasan harbour bay Batam yang nyaman untuk makan bersama keluarga ataupun relasi. Menyediakan menu Sea Food dengan olahan ala Thai, rasanya enak dan cukup ramah di kantong. Pilihan menunya cukup bervariasi dan tersedia juga pilihan menu ringan seperti singkong Thai. Santap malam lebih seru disini karena view kerlap kerlip lampu di Singapura terlihat jelas. Apabila tidak suka ngin pantai maka dapat pula bersantai di dalam ruangan. Fasilitas pendukung seperti toilet, washtafel, parkir dan tempat sholat juga disediakan di restoran ini. Selamat mencoba Jumbo Thai Kitchen dijamin berkesan.

Very nice restaurant with tables indoor and outdoor with stunning views to the sea. The place around is very good for a quick walk by the bay. The environment is relaxing with nice decoration. The variaety of dishes is fair with predominance of thai style food. The quality of food is about 7 out of 10. The portion is quite big compare to other standard places and the price considering the amount and quality we could say is moderate to low. Totaly worth it at least give it a try Im sure you will not be disapointed. The place got temperature measure and hand zanitizer. Interior toilet as well. Parking is all over around and always there are slots free.

Makanannya enak, tempatnya nyaman, dg pemandangan bagus di sekitarnya. Beneran ga bakal nyesel datang kesini.

It is quite good, the food is nice, i got the chance to try VIP room service, quite comfy but the toilet on second floor is only one, it not enough if the room is fully booked.

The place and service is OK, food is also just OK, the portion of food serve is too little as compared to other restaurant, we have 5 person and order a plate of cereal prawn, the size of the prawn is the size of my little finger, and guess what? There are 8 prawn head found in the plate but only found 5 prawn body, each of us took one small prawn, so, where is the other 3 prawns body gone? Only god know.

Prices too ridiculous and poor customer service. We have been here. They are serving liquior but tends to close early and even off lights even if customers still around.

Food was good i liked sea food and place also nice near the ocean i would like to visit again

If You're not a mosleem and have long time to waste, this is the correct resto.
They didn't have praying room, but maybe because we have a big event (aound 100pax) then they let us use their empty VIP room to pray and wudlu at toilet
They also need a long time to serve the meal untill almost all of us left the place before the main dish completed

Nice taste of thai food, book your table and enjoy your dishes and seeing sunset, recomended place

Food average, place so so. I am not that satisfy with the menu which this place called it Thailand food. But the taste is still okay.

Food very nice, price reasonable, at the end of serve they give us the bonus fruit plater.will visit if i have special occasion. But the place is kind of hard to find. Remember to follow the maps
