Kangen Cafe - BCS

To me the food still acceptable but the way the time for the food being served is not acceptable and the services rendered by the staff are not acceptable. This is my first time and last time I am patronising this restaurant.

Saya sering pesan tapi selalu telat datangnya saya sebagai karyawan di bcs selalu telat masuk pas jam break, respon kurang baik, tolong dong kami juga sabar menunggu tetapi selalu telat pesanan datang, masalahnya pesanan saya doang selalu di akhir bad banget.

Lain kali kalau uda di komplen, jangan malah sinisin orang. Pelayanan lama makanan nya dingin? Gajelas.

Tolong waiter nya dilatih dengan baik dong. Terutama pendengarannya. Orang order 1 dikasih 2, dikasih tau malah nyalahin balik.

Kacau ini kangen kafe pelayanannya, bukannya murah itu makanan terpaksa hrus saya bayar tapi tk termakan!

First impressions ke kangen cafe bcs jelek bgt:) sedih sii, aku pesannya ayam penyet kremes tapi kan klo ayam penyet psti ayam nya dipenyetin gtu kan, ini kagak.trus lebih sedih lagi ayam nya itu gosong.apa salahnya si diganti aja gtu ayamnya, digoreng lgi.tmpt makan klian itu dgn nama cafe lo bkn angkringan, angkringan aja gk prnh gtu.gamau rugi bgt, pdhl demi kepuasaan pembeli gk salah kan klo digoreng ulang:) dan jg kurang ramah, gk ada snyum”nya melayani pembeli.

Pelayanan nya kurang bagus, nunggu pesanan lama banget karyawan nya ga ada yg sopan, menunya ga sesuai sama di buku menu

Horrible horrible horrible. There are plenty of other places to dine at in the mall. Firstly they take forever to attend to you despite it not being busy. The food takes more than 40 minutes to arrive. They mess up your orders with wrong items. Forget items from your order. And after checking with them several times, from them saying it's being prepared, the watermelon juice suddenly becomes out of stock. A whole hour later. This was a small order, by the way. When you do get to eat the food, the standards are below mediocre. I ordered the ayam bakar and was served overcooked rice and chicken that undercooked on the inside. Really dine at your own risk. Such a waste of time.

Food is average.price is abit expensive compare to other Cafe.service is very slow.and enivironment not so clean.

I'm so disappointed for the service, I was wait until 45 minute but my orders not yet complete, while the other customers have already received their orders, even though I came first to order

Food was mediocre and took very long to be served. Empty tables are not cleaned right away. Disappointed

Suasananya nyaman, cocok untuk nongkrong, juga luas, makanan nya sesuai dengan harga. Sedangkan untuk urusan minuman, yah tergantung kantong masing masing. Untuk harga promo cocok untuk yg kantong tipis asal jgn pesen minumnya.silahkan dicoba

I like the tomyam kwetiaw here, or some light snack fried banana just to spend time hang out with friends. They also have other dishes and drink so check it out if you are around

Worst cafe ever. Food didn't come after 45 minutes. Had to leave and buy some snacks. We were just ordering fried rice but they failed to deliver. Would not recommend this cafe to anyone.

Makanannya enak-enak, yang paling aku suka bakso beranak dan ayam goreng sambel hijau bilisnyaa sering ngadain promo yang makanan dan kualitasnya tetap sama seperti yang harga normal

Food is nice but quite pricey esp the drinks. First sit in the shop feels warm coz like poor ventilation.

Makanannya oke, menunya banyak, tempatnya bersih. Tapi pelayannya harus lebih sopan.
Dua orang pegawai ngobrol menghalangi pintu dapur dan area makan di depannya. Saya jadi terhalang. Lalu petugas yang membawa baki ke dapur mendorong pinggang saya sambil bilang "awas! ".

Pelayanannya lambat d anter menu trus ga balik2 kalo ga d panggil padahal pengunjung ga terlalu rame.
