Kelong Restaurant 188 Citra Utama

Came here via private hired car. Grab maybe difficult to get to return to the city. Reached at 330pm. Surprisingly the breeze is nice and not hot/humid feeling. No mozzy at this hour.

Chili pepper crab is too spicy to our liking. Smaller than I thought even though it’s big size. Salted egg prawn: too little salted egg taste but fried till very crispy that you almost can eat the whole thing without removing the shells.
Red snapper steam thai style: the nicest of all: mild spiciness and mild sourness and it’s very appetising. Rice is foc. Overall food is very fresh.

Environment is pretty with some decoration for you to take photos. Can see the owner put in effort for that.

However, it will be great if the owner can take care of the toilets too. All female toilets, the door locks are spoil. No toilet paper inside (remember to take some from your table).

Food was average. Atmosphere was pretty good. They try and emulate the 'kelong' feel to your dining experience. Service was pretty good too.

Food is good and the price is reasonable.

Just that the instructions could be better followed

Generally clean place to dine in. They added some nice decorations and swings for rest n relax and photo taking.

If you want to eat good seafood, this is the place, you can choose your food even when is alive, Fresher is not possible

Long time no see Citra Utama! This is one of my favorite restaurant. It's located before Barelang's first bridge. I'm shock, they upgraded the facilities, it's so fun to play the swing and the wood chairs are perfect place to take photos. The taste of foods there are also good but yea.a little bit pricy, but worth it! Recommended menu is blackpepper crab, I like it so much

Bagus tempatnya, tentu hidangannya juga mantap.

Gong gong na fresh n murah.kalo ga salah 7000/100gram. Makan b5 dg 5menu gonggong, renjungan, udang nestum, sayur kailan, steam ikan bawal porsi besar dan 4kelapa bulat dan 1kopi susu serta 2 baskom nasi kena 665rb. Lebih murah dr sebelah kopak. Untuk udang nestum kurang gurih aja.

Very affordable price and delicious fresh seafood. The portion I bought kinda big. Location is not far from main road, on "kelong", a building located above the sea. Very great experience and I want to come again.

Their Boss is very friendly to allowing us to fishing at their Kelong.

Foods and drinks are fresh and tasty, recommended.

Excellent seafood. Tempatnya lumayan jauh tapi worth untuk dikunjungi. Fasilitas cukup.makanannya mantab sekali.
Kelong terapung di laut.kira kira 50 meter ke laut. Sebagian makanan diambil ketika dipesan jadi fresh.

Kalau yg biasa makan di "BANDAR JAKARTA", rasa makannya sangat jauh dari kata enak dan harga nya disini terlalu mahal.

Wanted to go to Kopak Jaya but was recommended by our driver to come here instead. And it was one of our worst decision made. Food was terrible. Service was terrible. The whole looks dirty and old. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here to dine. Don't waste your time and money. Even if the driver recommend this place, don't go. They probably receive commission for every customer they bring in.

Seafood was ok as it was freshly caught and ok price. But other food like tofu and fried sotong quite normal.

Waited 2h for our fish, don’t allow us to cancel because they claim they started cooking it already. Lousy service, dirty place, rather eat at its neighbour 007 Seafood

This place is terrible.

Service crew lacks standard.

Dish was wrongly served and at the end, the fish that we ordered did not come.

We waited two hours for the fish. At the end, after we finish eating all the dishes and waited on the fish (checked with the staff), they realised that the fish was not served and told us we could not cancel it. But we told them we have waited so long even after finishing the food and yet they left out the order. However, the service crew was rude to us by saying in what position are we to tell them to cancel and the lady boss rejected to cancel it even it was not served.

The service lady mentioned there is drunken prawn and when we ordered and served, the prawn came was steam and the service crew lied that it was drunken prawn. We did not pursue further.

The more messed up part is that the crew went to cook a fish right after we were settling the bill. And they serve us when we are at the counter. The lack of experience and bad training and attitude by the service crew is an extremely disappointing. We ended up paying for the fish but it is not a matter about the payment but about the experience.

Turns out other tables are facing the same issue with the wrong bill and tables with food that waited 2+ hours for food and vegetable even though the place was barely packed.

Would not recommend to anyone. The one next door is better.

Kelong style seafood restaurant within 5-10mins drive from harris barelang resort. Fresh seafood from crayfish, crabs, variey of fishes, lobsters, clams and prawns to choose from which you can choose your desired cooking style for the restaurant to prepare. Pretty tasty especially the prawns which we choose to have it steamed. The chilli crab is kinda spicy which is different from the usual singapore/ msia chilli crab style, which is of the sweeter version. Overall affordable seafood with great scenic views to catch during sunset. This place closes at 8pm so you will need to be here at abt 7pm for last order to avoid disappointment.

Love the seafood. Taste is so good esp the crayfish with butter. I dont go for prawns n cockles coz they are too small.

Dirty ugly restaurant direct by the sea, the food is much too expensive for indonesian conditions.

The place looks great and rustic. Might not be a choice for some but the village feels are definitely there. Don't touch the plants though.

Very special seafood restaurant, Singaporean should visit this place. Peaceful and natural area.
